Dined here for my son's 15th birthday and food was lovely and service was exceptional, Polly who served us was brilliant and she was always checking we was ok and I couldn't fault her for her amazing service

This place is fantastic! The staff is super friendly and helpful, and the atmosphere is really great. The seating is comfortable too. And the food is absolutely delicious! Plus, the prices are very reasonable.

Visited at 1:15pm on Sunday 16th of December as a party of 3 children under 12 and 4 adults. We were seated quickly, chose our meals, ordered our drinks and paid. Crayons and drawing/puzzle sheets were available for the younger children under 9yrs old. Although pens weren't provided, and we only had one between us, the staff were happy to let us borrow another pen to save arguments, haha! Our food came out within 20-25 minutes, which in my opinion is perfectly reasonable. All of our food was hot and delicious. The medium and medium-rare steaks were cooked to perfection, as was the gammon and mixed grill. As my older niece doesn't like onions or peppers, I had made the mistake of not removing the bed of peppers and onions when ordering her mix it up sizzler meal. They immediately offered to cook the meal again so it didn't taste of the veggies. My niece said it was okay to remove them and she'd try them. She was happy with how they tasted, but I was thankful they'd offered to replace the meal. The two under 9yr olds childrens meals, including their desserts were enjoyed and all of our food was demolished. We were there for approximately 3hrs 15m. All in all we had a lovely meal, all of the staff we interacted with were kind and helpful and there was a good atmosphere. I didn't use the bathroom facilities, so I can't comment. Thank you for the a lovely meal and afternoon. We will definitely be visiting again.

Ordered gammon for wife and I had steak Mine was no problem Çhef stood next to barman while I ordered and was watching order,place empty,no peas,meal came out with peas so sent back,burnt pineapple ring and hard egg yolk

Food was OK, typical chain pub, nothing special but nothing overly wrong in general. Biggest issue we had was the service. The waiter didn't know much about what he was serving and one of our meals turned up in waves with one memver of our party not getting his food until after some of us had finished. Food quality was fairly good overall though the mac and cheese was very watery. Lastly the app for ordering was terrible, discount codes didn't work, deals were hard to input and upgrades weren't available, after inputting most the order we ended up ordering in person. We probably would go again but would hope that the service issue was just temporary

The food was great but the salt and pepper fries are a bit of a scam; taste nothing like how you'd expect and not in a good way. Food came out at different times.

Went there with the whole family the other night. It was awesome. The staff were awesome, especially Polly. Food was really nice. Would definitely recommend.

Enjoyed our visit today and was served with a smile by Polly on the bar and our food came out very promptly served by Kimberley. Couldn’t fault the quality and portion and price. Highly recommend the festive menu.

By far, the best Sunday dinner in Lincoln! I've been going to different carveries and restaurant's throughout Lincoln, Crown and Arrows have topped every one of them by a mile! The staff were also fantastic - so polite and did everything they could to help. The restaurant was very clean and well kept too. We will absolutely be returning!

Typical hungry horse pub, but well run and maintained. Food orders were taken and served quickly and all was well cooked and very tasty. We were slightly disappointed in the quantity of food served, as in previous visits the portions were larger, but bearing in mind the very reasonable prices this was a minor issue. All in all a very satisfying visit.

Was in today with family while on holiday and we all had a lovely meal

Unfortunately our first time in years at this establishment, and it wasn't good, husband had mixed grill which was just OK but the sausages were well like a tuff rubber, they exchanged for more but they were the same maybe been sat for a while, I had the vegetable lasagna which I think may have been over heated as was so dry and hard stuck to the dish all round the edge, was dissapointed after reading such good reviews,

Enjoyed a family meal. Staff were lovely and welcoming. The mix it up menu - spot one!

Had breakfast here several times. Food has always been good, service quick and staff polite. Only downside is they serve little sachets of long life milk with the cups of tea that ruins the taste. Fresh would be much nicer. Update: despite many visits with friends for breakfast during which we have always been able to swap items such as no bacon, have an extra sausage in my most recent visit I was told "we don't do that". I explained that we have been coming regularly for well over a year and have always swapped items. Again, the member of staff insisted it does not happen (as if I was lying). This complete lack of flexibility means my friends, family, and I have now moved out 'breakfast club' to an alternative venue.

Food was delicious, staff were very attentive and welcoming. Kimmy especially was very friendly and gave great customer service. Atmosphere also very family friendly. Tried some of their cocktail pitchers on offer and not only did they taste great but the price was so affordable.

Arrived as kitchen was closing on our first day in Lincoln.Had not eaten all day due to relocation.Kieran went out of his way to source us some food which was greatly appreciated.

Only popped in for my tea. Just ate and ran. Ordered my food with the Greene King App. My drink appeared after about 30 seconds. Very quick.

Great service late Sunday afternoon and that with it being a very sunny day and busy. We had the Sunday lunch which was very good although the meat was a little dried out, the vegetables were cooked well above average and tasted great. We will try to get back before the end of our holiday.

it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Despite our last-minute decision to dine there, the restaurant welcomed us warmly and provided with a great service. On arrival, we were quickly seated and We decided to try their steak dinner, and we were not disappointed. The steak dinner was simply outstanding. Cooked to perfection, the steak was juicy, flavourful, and cooked exactly to our preferences. The portion size was generous, and the accompanying sides were delicious as well.

Holy cow! Was my first time in the UK and my girlfriend wanted to show me some good pubs for lunch. This one has been my favorite by far for both food and drinks. Good freaking grief this is the one I’m gonna beg her to bring me back to!

This has become our eating out pub of choice. The staff are so friendly and helpful you are always made to feel welcome. Combined with tasty food and excellent value for money what's not to like. Would highly recommend.

Been quite a few times and food has always been good and staff are friendly. Definitely recommend a visit.

Tried this pub today for food and was not disappointed I had the jerk chicken and my wife the Mediterranean sea bass. The food was delicious and a good portion size we had bourbon sticky toffee pudding for afters which was free on promotion again very nice. The Guinness was spot on and the elderflower cider very nice. Service was very fast and the staff very friendly. We will definitely be returning thanks for a great meal 😁

Cheap and cheerful. Was slightly disappointed with the food though. I ordered an adult roast and my little lad had a kids roast and there's not much difference in quantity to be fair.

Overall - very impressed with their lunch selection, and lite-bites. Good value, good food, quick service - very friendly staff.

Myself and a friend had the steak and ale pie we were very disappointed with the amount of meat in the pie if you can call it meat did complain but got told its already sent in made and they just heat it up

Just good pub grub for a reasonable price

An old friend came to visit so i treated her to tea out. Plenty of offers on menu..we opted for 2 meals for 10.99. I had a chicken salad which was very nice and chicken was flavoursome. My friend opted for steak salad and said steak was cooked well. She had a mug of coffee I asked for a pot of tea ( but comes in a mug with a teabag hanging out 😖) so i went without. Quick service Nice and clean Good price But i didnt get my cuppa..😞

I was dealt with by a lady called Polly. Her customer service skills were absolutely exceptional. Very polite and amiable. Thank you Polly you make this place as great as it is 😁

A busy pub serving very reasonably priced meals. We visited for a quick lunch stop and used the feed the family for £15 offer. A healthier and cheaper alternative to the golden arches that we had planned. The children enjoyed their meals, and the service was quick considering how busy the pub was. We would return as a family.
