Best quality local food; I ate in. It seems underrated probably due to location but its a surprising fine eatery locally.

apparently they were busy and a driver short, and the guy got lost. hot food was cold and the ice cream had melted. The burrito and rice bowl tasted ok, the chips and waffle not so much. it's usually not this bad though.

Was told delivery would be 20:35-20:55 - 21:20 now and still not arrived - no contact from restaurant- I had to call and then told oh they were busy, last time I order from her

The place is called the burrito bar but I have honestly had a better burrito from a petrol station. Ordered a beef burrito with spicy rice, pinto bean, sour cream, guacamole, chipotle sauce and grilled vegetables. All I got was spicy rice and pinto beans. No meat no sources no vegetables.. Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!

the food was a bit late and lukewarm but was actually really nice food, shame it arrived late but the food was great. also really nice vegetarian food

Very poor quality chicken, fried chicken is not grilled. Not even fresh. the fries are older, taste disgusting. Never ever again. All the food in the bin.

Lovely burrito, but we ordered garlic mayo cheesy fries and it came with normal mayo.

Food freezing cold , part of order missing , phoned to ask where food was then to say cold to get response call and order tomorrow for discount as we busy but doesn't solve that we was missing 3 items ordered. Waste of money highly disappointed.

Food was taken 30 minutes away from my address to another orders delivery. Staff told me they will cook fresh food and deliver it. They recorded the burger but everything else was cold. Chips unedible. Wrong drink. They told me I would get a refund, I never did. Terrible

Great sushi menu, staff very knowledgeable about the food, all vegetarian items on the sushi menu are vegan apart from one - so a really wide choice of vegan options! And they do crunchy / fried sushi, what more could you want. Love this place.

The food wasn’t that great they could off done better chicken just had no flavour to it

Was nice but was a shame the guacamole and sour cream was left out our Burritos. The nacho cheese sauce was a bit congealed by the time it got to us where it had cooled down - might try the tacos next time

Chicken wasn’t cooked properly, chips were rock hard. The melted cheese on the Nacho’s was like slime.

I was concerned given previous reviews, but I really wanted a burrito and didn't have time to make one during my lunch break. I pre-ordered for opening time and still got a cold burrito - kinda feels like yesterday's ingredients for freshness. The 'mango habanero' sauce I ordered in that was neither of those things. Perplexingly, both the fries and the corn on the cobettes seemed hot and fresh, but nothing exciting. Maybe a burrito shop isn't your calling, folks.

My food has just arrived and it’s stone cold. Useless.

My order was 2 hours late and the food was freezing cold.

First time ordering and the food was over an hour late, stone cold and missing 3 bits of the order. They marked the order completed and delivered 1 hour before it turned up. Guy on the phone instantly cuts you off to say the order will be with you in 10 minutes without any context and I was told 10 minutes 55 minutes before my food arrived. Corn on the cob for 2.50 each and it’s a stale small cobette that is burnt to a crisp. Shocking service and even worse food. Never again.

I’ve ordered from here quite a bit but it’s getting worse and worse every time. Lately there’s always either something made wrong, items missing from the order or the food is cold when delivered. The order yesterday had missing items again and the food was so cold when it arrived, we just threw it away. A complete waste of money

STEER WELL CLEAR DISGUSTING PEOPLE AND PLACE. My neice ordered food at 21:08 tonight it’s still not here, it’s 22:10. We rung up to cancel and the woman said it’s out for delivery then the delivery time changed to 22:30. Now they’re closed. It’s got to be the worst service I’ve ever received. The sooner this place shuts down the better. How dare you then ring up my neice and ask to talk to her about this review. Disrespectful little rats. How unprofessional to call up a customer like that.

70% of the burrito was rice and it was very dry. Chips were cold but flavourful, which is surprising as the delivery was very quick.

Some items were wrong but this restaurant can’t do enough to help. Always happy to order from here! Lovely food too.

Ordered a burrito and missing part of the order - no vegetables, no salsa. 90% of the burrito is just rice. So very disappointing.

Food would have been amazing had it not been stone cold. To was delivered an hour late be even tho it was new years even you can’t deliver cold food!! Real shame as it had really good flavour and would’ve been amazing hot

Customer service is horrendous - the girl on the phone doesn’t have much of a clue and another person I spoke to kept telling me that I was somebody else’s order when I kept repeating that it wasn’t. First time ordering won’t be ordering again. Ordered at 7 and hasn’t arrived by 8:30 or left the store.

I’m extremely unhappy with this order. When it arrived later the food was cold and tasted disgusting. We returned the items to the restaurant and the manager told us we would receive a full refund in 24 hours. I haven’t received it yet.

Awful! One of the worst take outs we have had in a long time! Delivery time instantly increased after order, it was then delayed further, and marked as delivered once it hit the end time of that slot! It was then a further 20 minutes before it turned up, making it over an hour late… food was stone cold, with items missing!

Food was cold as the order took so long. I expected soft tacos. It should be stated that they are hard shell tacos. They were soaked as couldn’t be picked up. Steak was chewy. Flavours were okay but nothing special.

Ordered for delivery. It never showed up. No effort what ao ever made to actually deliver the food. Don't bother with this place. There's easier ways to give money away for nothing

Really nice quality food but be prepared for 1 hour 30 wait. So order with plenty of time spare.

Burger, chips and chicken strips were good. However the tacos had gone soggy, the steak was chewy and the pitta and hummus arrive soaked in chilli oil and no hummus. Although some of the food was nice, I probably wouldn’t order from here again unfortunately.

Our order arrived 20 mins late, chips turned out cold and we ordered garlic mayo sauce which we payed extra for and didn’t receive this. Burrito was absolutely shocking, would not recommend this place unless you like the taste of cow pat. Was just full of rice, not much meat at all and there was no sour cream in it either. My fiancé also ordered the same without rice, however she got rice and same again no sour cream. It tasted so bad that I couldn’t continue eating it. Very disappointing.

I found a razor blade in the nachos i am not happy

Burrito was great, but I ordered the pitta and hummus and the pitta breads were stale and couldn’t eat them. Shame, as the burrito was really nice.

The food was hot when it arrived and was very tasty. The only issue was that we paid for extra salsa on both items and there wasn't a lot on either. I also ordered sour cream and guacamole on my burrito (the latter was an extra cost) and there was none of either of those either, which was a bit disappointing.

Burrito was not worth £9.99 it was mainly made of just rice and beans. I could just about find the meat.

The restaurant is a ten minute walk away if that. When I rang they said the delivery driver was on his way and would be 5 minutes (already over the estimated time). I don’t live 5 minutes away. It was 15 minutes before it got delivered. Food also arrived quite cold. I had to heat it back up.

Terrible. Food came cold. Chips were not only cold but hard. Food tasted more like a mix of Indian dressed up as Mexican. Worst Indican restaurant …ever. Trust the other reviews….. run!

The chicken wrap was underwhelming, too much lettuce and not much flavour, my boyfriend didn’t want to finish it. My burrito bowl was lovely though, i asked for extra cheese and they were very generous! The fries here are good too!

Worst burrito ever!!! The lady on the till had no idea how to use the system. Could not taste any of the extras I put in. Mainly just rice. Ordered a side of halloumi fries which they then put in one of the burritos. Will never go again

Immediately added an hour on to my delivery time after accepting the order. Changed my status on the app as enjoy my food when I have had no delivery. Cannot comment on the food as an hour and a half in I have had none! Shocking do not use. Will be seeking refund

Took over an hour to drive 7 minutes, good arrived cold (reheated).

I paid extra for steak in my burrito and it had 3/4 small pieces and the rest stuffed with rice . Not ideal after paying extra

Food is overly salted . Poorly put together. Missing ingredients that were advertised. It’s not the best .

An hour and a half late, this is not acceptable. All food was stone cold on arrival. The only thing that was supposed to be cold (milkshake) was warm and had melted. I’m absolutely disgusted and one very unhappy customer.

Delivery: food was late arriving, and driver was incompetent. Rang me to say he was outside the gates, and had to ask him to press the buzzer so I could let him in. Rang me a second time to say he was outside building entrance; once again, had to ask him to ring the buzzer and this time he asks if there’s a code. Eventually found his way to my flat. Food: disappointing. I paid extra for guacamole and selected salsa verde as my salsa of choice. Neither were supplied. The burrito was mostly just rice, with some beans and a few pieces of peppers.

It’s a very nice and friendly place to have food with friends or family, they have excellent food with good service.

I can't explain how horrible it was. Sat in there for 45 minutes waiting for the most disgusting burrito. 80% white rice with a spoonful of the saltiest beef. It's was soooooooo horrible and the service is shocking. Chips came out stone cold after sitting on the side for 30 minutes Do not waste your money toilet paper and time.

Ordered 3 different items. Nachos- didn't have any jalapenos, "salsa" had no sauce. Wings- ordered spicy wings, instead got plain ones. Burrito- I ordered a chicken tikka, all rice and a tiny couple pieces of meat. Disappointed.

I was looking forward to a nice burrito filled with beans and rice and guacamole It was filled with those But it was sooooo salty I couldn't eat more than a couple bites. The nachos were soggy and had far too much onion 80%of my order went in the bin

Ate dinner here and it was not even close to Mexican apart from the names of dishes. A bit expensive on the pocket for no reason. The guys need a lot of training on how to make Mexican food

Had really high expectations but I was so disappointed. Barely any steak although charged extra for this. Lemon size was flavourless and tasted stodgy. I ate 3 bits and binned the rest. Wouldn’t order again from here.

Was sent raw peri peri chicken it was very pink and uncooked. Looking through these reviews it seems that raw chicken is common from this restaurant. It’s a big no from me

Was very quiet at time of visit at 3.00pm. Service was excellent and food good. Very extensive menu. Not gourmet but great value for money.

Decided to give this place a try as mixed reviews seeing the menu and so much choice service was not great no customers yet food took half hour no vinegar or salt for chips on tables, no sauces unless you ask, Fryed chicken was extremely greasy and bland and gourmet firecracker chicken burger no taste the halloumi wrap however was very nice nice decor hoping the place changes into a decent business but doubtful as you can tell it’s a business that’s been taken on by people that don’t really know what there doing unfortunately will not be trying this place again as too much money for food that has no taste a big disappointment for a first eat in visit

Food arrived cold and poorly made with weird taste, they did not even call or notify that one item ordered was not on the menu and by time order delivered store was closed, very rushed delivery. I feel they really did rushed the delivery but I ordered within the open time and now have had to order another meal from a different restaurant because the food is not edible.

Food was satisfying but arrived warm at best. Hot sauce was all in one small part of the burrito.

So glad I ordered. My husband loved the burrito and I loved my taco, the grilled chicken was amazing. Also had the nachos and I could eat them all the time. Amazing fresh guacamole and salsa. Definitely will go back. My husband picked up the order and it was ready on time in just 10 minutes. He received a complimentary Fanta as there was a delay in orders, which even didn't affect us.

Disgusting, threw it straight in bin, labels on it were from "sushi and shakes" if i knew it was from a seafood place i never would've ordered. waste of £20, paid in cash so im not even gonna bother with the hassel of getting a refund and i dont want more food from them. avoid.

Wrap was cold, they’re clearly making them all in one go and giving them out without heating them. Too much salad in the wrap and barely any chicken. Didn’t give any straws with the milkshakes, milkshake was advertised as being Dairy Milk Caramel but it was actually Caramilk (white chocolate). Not great.

Was really excited to have a Mexican place open up, so decided to give it a go despite some negative reviews. I really like to support new businesses as well, but I'm sorry guys, the burrito I ordered was really not OK. It was basically a wrap filled with only rice? There was virtually no chicken in there at all, and a couple thin strings of cheese (I paid extra for cheese). There was also no salsa or sour cream in there at all. It was a flavourless, cold, rice burrito unfortunately. The beef nachos however were good, but a bit confused as it was just tortilla chips, beef, and guacamole. There was no cheese salsa, sour cream, or anything? The waffle wasn't bad, still quite warm when it arrived as well, and ice cream hadn't melted. Delivery time was good and driver very friendly. Hope everyone's feedback is taken on board as this place has potential to be really popular!

Burrito grill !!!? , well 100% no grill used in this place, maybe a microwave ? waited an hour for collection when told order was ready, prices are well over priced for what you get, items missing from order (waited so long just wanted to get out of there, as I was already drained from counting the chairs to pass the time), driest burrito ever even though sauce and extras where added to the order, think you have to pay extra for this but was none existent, Oreo milkshake consisted of the below, Little bit of Milk, 1 Oreo, and topped with water (no joke) at least I was re hydrated after my Sahara dessert burrito. Good Luck

It was awful my chicken tikka wrap was soggy so was all the salad inside like it’s been sat there for a while not only that but I made it a meal for £2.50 to only get cold chips and no Fanta I cannot believe how awful this place it

Awful experience food arrived it was cold Kids meal had spicy sauce in burger And burrito was missing Restraint send replacement meal which still had sauce in after me requesting no sauce so couldn’t eat. Very disappointed will not order from here again

Food was missing ingredients they didn’t redeliver quite quickly. The food is really not very good. We ended up not eating it it was that bland.
