Great Burger and Fries. A bit over priced but very good quality Burger. Alternative to Five Guys style. Mexicali Burger very tasty indeed

Burgers are over priced, understanding being where they are but staff are rude, presentation was really bad my burger was soggy poor stacking, made my milkshake when I placed the order so it was sitting in the chiller for 10 minutes, milkshake usually bit thick, blend of icecream but mine went runny and they wouldn’t change it, toilet is disgusting 🤮 not maintained or visited frequently to check as people stepping on urine and coming up the stairs with urine stamped all over stairs & restaurant, I would rather have McDonald’s and have their fillet burger at least I know it’s cooked in good environment

Aquí hay 1000% de calorías y deliciosa comida rápida. Hay algo para todos en el menú: verduras, carne, pollo y tiene un buen rango de precios. Los tamaños de las comidas son grandes y las bebidas gaseosas rellenables. La ventaja es que es Halal lo que lo hace más accesible. ¡Solo una estrella de la máxima puntuación ya que el lugar aún no ha arreglado su secador de manos después de años de estar allí y los grifos del inodoro se están congelando!

Je tiens à précisé que je n'ai pas testé les burgers mais uniquement les hot dogs, je n'ai jamais mangé un hot dog aussi infecte et sans âme de toute ma vie ! Une saucisse dans un pain tortilla car ils n'avaient plus de pain hot dog... une sauce chedar industriel à vomir, pas de moutarde ni ketchup... et plus de 5 pound le hot dog sans frites... Grosse arnaque fuyez !!!!

Fueron durante la cena, aunque el restaurante no estaba ocupado, tuvieron que dar prioridad a los clientes de Deliveroo en línea y eso ralentizó el servicio. También tenían poco personal. Doy muchos elogios al personal porque manejaron los problemas de manera brillante a pesar del estrés y el caos. Las hamburguesas eran geniales una vez que llegaron. El único hecho que no aprecié fue compartir el baño con los clientes del restaurante de al lado. Creo que esto es difícil de manejar para el personal, como resultado estaban sucios y carecían de papel / jabón.

The staff so kind!! The burger was delicious with the perfect fries. The price little expansif for just one Burger is average 8£ without fries but you have to try one time.

can be hard to find "cheap" filling food in the Soho area but this place did the job. cheeseburger and fries cost 11GBP, free cups available for water, also a 15% student discount I think but I forgot about it. Would go back.

The most tastiest buffalo wings! Totally loved it. Very large portion. The Mexican burger was very juicy & had a pineapple slice in it. Also had spinach and peppers inside which made it a very juicy burger, it feels don’t have a single dry bite. Definitely would go back.

Burgista bros is actually now known as Surgista bros and having eaten at the Ealing branch back during our sultry summer was looking forward to eating here at their Piccadilly branch. Unlike my decent experience at Ealing this was a shambles. From the first minute we entered the restaurant we expected a member of staff to approach us and offer us a place to sit. A member if staff did indeed walk in our direction but only to grab a drink from the fridge next to us, I did say "excuse me" however he was clearly in a zombie state and ignored me. So we just chose a spare table (Which had food on it that had not been cleared the previous guests). We chose one starter to share (buffalo wings, truly awful taste avoid this) and a selection of burgers and wraps. My chicken burger had grease oozing from it and it was not particularly tasty. My wife's wrap was also tasteless and the hamburgers that my kids are were not up to scratch. We did want Oreo milkshakes but they had run out so we plumped for strawberry milkshake. This was ok. It seems like to serve a busy restaurant in a prime location the food preparation has been overlooked. They should take a leaf out of the Ealing branch. And the lack of professionalism, the place is now known as Surgista yet the cartons and packaging still have the old name with the B scribbled out in pen. The website has also been scribbled out they have no website, which is a major surprise for a chain. Very disappointed.

Went there last night for a burger. The staff were wonderful and very friendly. My friend is intolerant to gluten so they really went out to their way to find out if there were any traces in the food. Alas the toilet floor in the gents was wet with urine and filthy and when I came out and sat down 2 of us spotted a mouse running across the kitchen floor. We promptly left.

We struggled across this place by chance as we were wondering around. The food was delicious, children's meals were excellent quality and value for money. I had the chicken wrap, which was tasty. I would definitely recommend this place.

The only reason we went in is we saw it was halal. The service was terrible, very unfriendly staff just interested in your money. The burgers were over expensive, small and not much worth writing about. Sorry will not go there again and do not recommend it.

I visit this restaurant on a regular basis and find their food to be of exceptional quality and their service is friendly. I would recommend anyone who has passion for good food to visit.
