Your food is always good and the delivery time is always short. Dont know where you got that delivery driver from. In the face of a smile and an hello he just demands "Code!!" "Code!!". Obnoxiously rude. Sack him

Absolute shambles the last time we ordered, delivery time was pushed back an hour we phoned and they said driver was on his way for the order to be pushed back another hour. After waiting nearly 45 minutes again we were then told via just eat and not the takeaway themselves that the order was cancelled.

I tried 1st time monster burger on burgermate. Taste 9/10 It was amazing.

absolutely love this place!! it's consistently great!!! the chicken is better than KFC and the chips are SPECIAL... I know people think chips are chips but these are crispy and seasoned in a reallyyyy nice chip spice mix!! I didn't order it this time but the burritos are the best in the area hands down. this place is excellent, if you haven't tried it TRY IT!!!!

Shockingly good! Came here as it caught my eye online and discovered that it was so cheap I expected it be bad, but was in the mood anyway. I couldn’t have been more wrong - I had fries, a burger and fried chicken for £7.50, the fried chicken was the best I’ve had from a random takeaway in years and the burger and fries were both not far behind. Genuinely good food and friendly service, I’m only around for a couple of days but I may visit again before I leave

We had a feast from burger mate and it tasted great! It arrived on time and was still hot. The chicken batter was really crispy and tasty, and the chips are ten out of ten!

Nastiest takeaway i have ever had. Wasn't even edible its going in the bin.

First order all round pretty good value delivery guy was nice, food was hot and cooked well chips arrived crispy and nicely seasoned, only improvement is the fried chicken and fried fillet burger could be better seasoned, found it to be slightly on the bland side

Delivery fine and love the food here but I have. Huge issue that I never get the house sauce I request with the order, it’s a small tiny pot of house sauce that I request and call the restaurant to say I don’t mind paying if a bit of sauce is an issue but they never seem bothered always we will send next time, not good enough from a customer who orders couple of times a week every week , really disappointing as a dip does make the difference !! No appreciation for repeat customers !!

Milkshakes need more of the flavours in there. I ordered the Ferrero Rocher one and it just tasted like a mild chocolate shake, no nuts, no bits, no Ferrero and no Rocher. Cakes need to be bigger too. The burger was nice except for the stale tortilla

To charge more than a fiver for a pre made dessert is ludicrous. You need to increase the portion sizes, present them in more premium packaging, and include a palate cleansing accompaniment such as cream, whipped cream, ice cream or custard.

Burger mate is genuinely like eating from a restaurant. I’ve had it so many times. I have never written a review before but I can’t put enough people onto burger mate. I do miss when they did the 40% off if you spend a certain amount though!

The Oreo milkshake was awful. Didn’t taste like Oreo, same thing happened last time and was told they would make it to their usual standards next time which they failed to do.

Burgermate is a hidden gem. They make great burgers and they're such a friendly bunch. Plus there are great pubs nearby. Give them a try.

Been using them for a long time but this was terrible, felt like I ordered a rice wrap instead of the Tex Mex and Mexican wraps, the cheese was awful too. Lost business tonight.

Very quick and friendly service. I have dined in a few times and really liked their steakhouse with rice, grilled chicken burgers and grilled chicken wings. All freshly cooked! Would definitely recommend!

My order came missing a burger and drink (we only ordered 2 meals). I was told I couldn't have a refund but offered to have it added on the next time I ordered. The owner was rude and argued with me, he did offer at this point to send one out later and sort of apologised, but we just wanted a refund which they wouldn't give.
