Delivered wrong order first of all then Over a hour later re delivered warmed up food that went in the bin it was that bad. Wouldn’t recommend or order ever again.

Shockingly good! Came here as it caught my eye online and discovered that it was so cheap I expected it be bad, but was in the mood anyway. I couldn’t have been more wrong - I had fries, a burger and fried chicken for £7.50, the fried chicken was the best I’ve had from a random takeaway in years and the burger and fries were both not far behind. Genuinely good food and friendly service, I’m only around for a couple of days but I may visit again before I leave

We had a feast from burger mate and it tasted great! It arrived on time and was still hot. The chicken batter was really crispy and tasty, and the chips are ten out of ten!

Nastiest takeaway i have ever had. Wasn't even edible its going in the bin.

First order all round pretty good value delivery guy was nice, food was hot and cooked well chips arrived crispy and nicely seasoned, only improvement is the fried chicken and fried fillet burger could be better seasoned, found it to be slightly on the bland side

Delivery fine and love the food here but I have. Huge issue that I never get the house sauce I request with the order, it’s a small tiny pot of house sauce that I request and call the restaurant to say I don’t mind paying if a bit of sauce is an issue but they never seem bothered always we will send next time, not good enough from a customer who orders couple of times a week every week , really disappointing as a dip does make the difference !! No appreciation for repeat customers !!

To charge more than a fiver for a pre made dessert is ludicrous. You need to increase the portion sizes, present them in more premium packaging, and include a palate cleansing accompaniment such as cream, whipped cream, ice cream or custard.

Milkshakes need more of the flavours in there. I ordered the Ferrero Rocher one and it just tasted like a mild chocolate shake, no nuts, no bits, no Ferrero and no Rocher. Cakes need to be bigger too. The burger was nice except for the stale tortilla

Burger mate is genuinely like eating from a restaurant. I’ve had it so many times. I have never written a review before but I can’t put enough people onto burger mate. I do miss when they did the 40% off if you spend a certain amount though!

Wouldn’t order from here again we ordered a spicy burger and a normal fillet burger and both were exact same in taste… nothing but bland and had no flavour what so ever do not bother ordering from here it’s a waste of money

We get food from this restaurant regularly. The food is always absolutely delicious - especially the Mexicana steak house burritos!! Great portion sizes, quick service and friendly staff. Will continue using this service in the future!

The Oreo milkshake was awful. Didn’t taste like Oreo, same thing happened last time and was told they would make it to their usual standards next time which they failed to do.

Burgermate is a hidden gem. They make great burgers and they're such a friendly bunch. Plus there are great pubs nearby. Give them a try.

Been using them for a long time but this was terrible, felt like I ordered a rice wrap instead of the Tex Mex and Mexican wraps, the cheese was awful too. Lost business tonight.

Very quick and friendly service. I have dined in a few times and really liked their steakhouse with rice, grilled chicken burgers and grilled chicken wings. All freshly cooked! Would definitely recommend!

My order came missing a burger and drink (we only ordered 2 meals). I was told I couldn't have a refund but offered to have it added on the next time I ordered. The owner was rude and argued with me, he did offer at this point to send one out later and sort of apologised, but we just wanted a refund which they wouldn't give.

First time ordering, I got a smash box and a few sides and drinks everything was delicious 😋 will definitely order from here again.

Awful experience, ordered really early as needed to be here for 5 o clock, was due at 4.50. Time just kept getting pushed back, called the restaurant who couldn’t really help, they said they’d speak to just eat. Food finally arrived around 6.15! No option on here to cancel, food was good when finally arriving but had to rush it so wasn’t enjoyable.

The food was way better a month ago! The food was nice but they have changed the spicy fillet burger and fried wings. There was no option to have wings without sauce. I like crispy wings and they were drenched in sauce. The burger is a lot smaller and full of mayo that tastes really cheap. They need to go back to their original recipes. Will order from somewhere else because of this which is a shame because the food was so much better before. Crispy chicken is better

I would recommend ordering through their own website - Never usually had a problem with just eat but tonight it had said to keep a lookout as my driver was close by, I was stood on the street nobody was there, two minutes later it says my order has been delivered. I called the store but unfortunately they weren’t able to help so I’ve had to reorder through their website and request a refund off justeat (which I more than likely won’t get because they tend to never give refunds)

Food was bang on, really tasty! I would defo order from here again. My only negative is that I ordered the ‘create your own’ which came with 2 pieces of chicken which were more like scabby chicken wings (not bad but not as described) it also came with chips that were leathered in sauce (so much sauce) which I would of preferred separate as it made the chips really soggy. It also came with a wrong burger in the meal, I ordered a peri peri burger and I received a beef burger, which was a shame

Very poor services an absolute shocking with prices as they can’t stick to one price every day prices changes I am a taxi driver that comes every Friday an Saturdays am they portions are tiny like McDonald’s not filling an not appropriate to be sold the communications skills from the males staffs in this is absolutely shocking can’t even speak English If u order a burger ur burger will be ready before ur chips are made also there been days we’re the chips have been reheated an sold to customers I will no long use this place an I will tell all my friends an Uber taxi drivers not to use them

The food was really good and hot. Good delivery time. They did miss out our onion rings we ordered. We rang and as it was close to closing time so we were told they would be given to us with our next order 🤔 Fingers crossed 🤞 they don't dispute when we order next.....assuming we will order again. To be fair it is good food so we probably will order again!

Burgers tasted nice. Ordered chicken steak and chips but was given a chopped up chicken fillet, this was salty, chicken steak should of been given, the drink was not sent with this also, disappointing. Chips tasted nice but a bit undercooked. Just a bit more attention to detail and you will get top ratings always. Probably would order again as a lot of potential.

Server didn't include my drink, had to ask for it even though it was shown on the receipt which he checked before he first said no drink included. Corrected him a nd he got me one so all well in the end. Food was hot and fresh, burger was tasty and the meal prices seem good until you realise it's more than a pound extra for a drink. Really think they should include drinks in the meal deals at the same prices. Boneless pieces are always tasty and fresh. Chips always seasoned well and still crispy

Got the full peri peri chicken with rice delivered as I was working away in hotel.. Chicken was tender and sauce was good. Rice good, delivered on time and very reasonably priced. Will use again

Ordered a burger and was given a wrap, was 9pm and I’ve been driving for 6 hours so I didn’t have energy or time to return. The wrap was dreadful and had a weird taste, chips were okay and chicken tenders were a 4.5/10. Waste of £20

Ordered two Burger box meals - portion sizes were good, everything was seasoned well, good amount of sauce. Needed a bit of time in the oven to heat up slightly but other than that, top notch. Will definitely order again

I really do love this place, the quality of everything I've ever ordered is exceptional. Today I ordered the fried chicken 12 piece (I think) deal, which is fantastic value for money, far cheaper than KFC and the batter is easily superior in my opinion! Burgermate is a place I'd happily recommend to anyone, the burgers, chicken and burritos are the best in the area by far!!!

Food is quality and I will use Burgermate again but was not hot at all when we received it on this occasion. Dont get me wrong we all know it can happen with takeaways and this is the first time we have experienced it here, just disappointing particularly when it costs you fifty quid.

Food was cold when we got it and my order was wrong we ordered chicken wings and got something else and I ordered a cheeseburger and it came with no cheese on it
