I was really disappointed with my order. The food arrived completely cold my dip burger was cold and overloaded with mayonnaise, making it unpleasant to eat. The burger buns were chewy, and the french fries looked burnt. On top of that, the batter was falling off the chicken. Overall, a very poor experience. Would not recommend.

Food was stone cold!!! Maybe delivery guy needs a new bag that keeps the food hot. Doesn’t usually happen with burger & sauce. Usually comes still hot. Had to microwave it!!! Will still use burger & sauce in future.

The food was great the first couple of times I went, but since then has been hit or miss. The service is minimal. Any questions about the menu are met with robotic and unhelpful one word answers that just come across as rude, no smile or friendliness from the server at all. Probably wouldn't return.

Had a take away from Burger and Sauce and the food was amazing, full of flavours. The food is well worth the money you pay. It came in decent times was hot. Would highly recommend and will be using them again!

Best thing to do is call this place after placing your order and make sure they understand your dietary restrictions.

Rubbish staff, food can be good, but these lot don’t know how to read simple instructions, terrible service made me pay for a second meal because they made a mistake.

I am trying really hard not to slander a new joint, but this lot really need to learn how to READ instructions.

Illiterate staff, never gets order correct

Wow definitely the best burgers I have had in years I ordered not long ago on Uber eats it was delivered fast and the food was absolutely banging it's my new favourite and certainly ordering again

Illiterate staff, can’t read simple instructions. If you have allergies call the restaurant and drill it into their head to adhere to your dietary requirements. I have to throw this burger in the bin, I can’t eat it

First time I visited and didn't hv any idea about the menu but the girl who took my order even I asked her name but forgot she wear hijab. made me understand the whole menu . Perfectly well trained staff and she recommended me to take fiery burger with signature fries which was delicious.best spicy burger I hv ever had.

only fault is that the burger that had smokey BBQ sauce only, was super spicy and almost inedible for my daughter. smokey bbq sauce is not supposed to be firey hot. I think they put the wrong thing in! the rest of the food was spot on.

Driver was very rude, showing a lot of attitude over the phone and also in person. Clearly looked like he did not want to do his job. That behaviour is unacceptable and will not be ordering from this restaurant again just to be presented with a bad attitude one more time. Worst delivery experience i have ever had

Well, what can I say, once again, only my second order from these guys but one the less, another excellent delivery, & stupendously fantastic food. Decided to try the beef burgers this time & they were just as amazing as the chicken we had last time

What can I say, the food was sensational! delivered hot, the quality was excellent, so tasty, just everything, even down to the presentation, the packaging, you can tell that the establishment is a professional outfit & after that, they have literally nothing to prove, it was just awesome!

My boyfriend ordered from this place and got severely bad food poisoning and ended up in A&E with very painful cramps. I would not recommend eating from here unless you want to spend the next 3-4 days in severe pain and constantly running to the toilet :)

I think they were the tastiest nachos I've ever eaten. And the bread on the burger stayed in tact even with the sauce which was also really tasty. first time I've left a just eat review and been using it for years. Just really tasty

The fries had way too much salt on them and had to throw them away as you couldn’t eat them -shame the quality is going downhill!

Sometimes its not all about food!! The awful customer service puts you off!! There are days the chicken is nice and soft. There are days its hard like a rock!! These people dont take phone orders. Avoid going there if you are in a rush. You are wasting your time and money!! I have escalated the experience i have had!! I wonder what can be done on this. They have simple pissed me off!! And the phone order we are talking about was only £5. Not £100 that would put them in a loss!!

Wow! This place is a hidden gem in the city of Leicester! Probably the best burger with their own special sauce on (fiery fries too) was possibly thee best I've ever had. Also the chilli cheese bites were awesome! Definitely worth a try 👌🏼🥰 🍔🍟🥤

Before i used to eaten Burger & Sauce in Birmingham Grand Central but now I visited once or twice in Leicester branch I like their veggie burger and chicken cheese fries but all the food delicious and staff members are very respectful, friendly and very nice atmosphere so I recommend to people must visit and enjoy their food

I visited lot of times Burger n sauce and was thoroughly impressed. Burgers were really tasty and cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly and attentive and passionate about their work. Burger n sauce is definetly worth a visit!

I've always had good from Burger & sauce, but today they only put in 3 chicken strips and put veggie burger instead of beef burger. Really disappointed :(

Won't be going there again, couldn't wait for it to be finished. I'm sure they used to be smashed burgers. The burgers were tough even the dog had to chew hard ( yes I gave the Angus meat to the dog.) The worst thing for me was the soggy mess, I hate soggy bread! and the lack of any decent salad. I was thinking about 1 star cos it went down my new top and I was trying to be so careful to not let that happen.

I went in after work to collect dinner on my way home for my family. The original beef burger had a rotten tomato in it, I found out when I got home and the burger had to be thrown straight in the bin as there was a strong smell. Have ate from here before and didn’t have a problem but clearly after this incident I won’t be eating here again. I emailed them but did not get a response. I couldn’t go back to the shop as it was a bit further away from where I live. The restaurant it self was clean and was nicely decorated. Staff had a bit of attitude, couldn’t even make an effort to smile.

obviously being Italian what could I ever expect! but I was shocked when I took the kids menu chicken nuggets when my son ate it his mouth was inflamed it was super spicy, but why put spicy?? you have to ask customers if they like spicy or not and then don't give children spicy, it's bad for you! a unique absurdity in short, £5 wasted then the chips were raw and full of oil plus I was wrong to also give the juice chosen by my son.

Not up to your usual high standard, burger was warm & the fries were cold. Past orders have been perfect, so this blip won't put me off.

Ordered from this place 1 hour before closing time on Uber eats. Waited for nearly an hour then the driver that was supposed to pick up the order told me that the restaurant was closed. The app then automatically cancelled my order. This isn’t just because the restaurant clearly f’d up, but so did Uber eats. They need to find a way to bloody rectify this “inconveniences”. I literally haven’t got time for this!!
