Outstanding food and service, very budget friendly and delicious.

Sometimes its not all about food!! The awful customer service puts you off!! There are days the chicken is nice and soft. There are days its hard like a rock!! These people dont take phone orders. Avoid going there if you are in a rush. You are wasting your time and money!! I have escalated the experience i have had!! I wonder what can be done on this. They have simple pissed me off!! And the phone order we are talking about was only £5. Not £100 that would put them in a loss!!

Wow! This place is a hidden gem in the city of Leicester! Probably the best burger with their own special sauce on (fiery fries too) was possibly thee best I've ever had. Also the chilli cheese bites were awesome! Definitely worth a try 👌🏼🥰 🍔🍟🥤

It’s amazing place to eats foodstuffs with, kids , family and friends . Before i used to eaten Burger & Sauce in Birmingham Grand Central but now I visited once or twice in Leicester branch I like their veggie burger and chicken cheese fries but all the food delicious and staff members are very respectful, friendly and very nice atmosphere so I recommend to people must visit and enjoy their food

Aman took the time to explain the menu and even recommended a few items that turned out to be fantastic choices. The fries were crispy and golden, just the way they should be. What truly stood out was the level of customer service. Aman went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming, making it a pleasant place to sit and enjoy my meal. Overall, burger and sauce surpassed my expectations. With delicious food and outstanding service, especially from Aman, it’s a place I’ll definitely be returning to. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quick yet satisfying meal!

I visited lot of times Burger n sauce and was thoroughly impressed. Burgers were really tasty and cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly and attentive and passionate about their work. Burger n sauce is definetly worth a visit!

as my cousin suggested me about burger and sauce, so i went there with my kid & ordered fries and burger without salad but i got all the salad in it also bun was really hard to eat feels like that tall guy forgot to rost it. never visit again.

Went to the London Road branch in Leicester for the 1st time today as live near by & got the Fried Chicken Club Burger meal for me & the wife & the Fried Chicken Club Burger 🍔 was ABSOLUTELY DELICIOUS would recommend going there if in the Area

I've always had good from Burger & sauce, but today they only put in 3 chicken strips and put veggie burger instead of beef burger. Really disappointed :(

Won't be going there again, couldn't wait for it to be finished. I'm sure they used to be smashed burgers. The burgers were tough even the dog had to chew hard ( yes I gave the Angus meat to the dog.) The worst thing for me was the soggy mess, I hate soggy bread! and the lack of any decent salad. I was thinking about 1 star cos it went down my new top and I was trying to be so careful to not let that happen.

I went in after work to collect dinner on my way home for my family. The original beef burger had a rotten tomato in it, I found out when I got home and the burger had to be thrown straight in the bin as there was a strong smell. Have ate from here before and didn’t have a problem but clearly after this incident I won’t be eating here again. I emailed them but did not get a response. I couldn’t go back to the shop as it was a bit further away from where I live. The restaurant it self was clean and was nicely decorated. Staff had a bit of attitude, couldn’t even make an effort to smile.

Went there yesterday and spend nearly £24 and asked for ketchup for kids and been told they charged for ketchup wow what a loot and food was not great.strips were looking old and fried again.Will not go there definitely.

obviously being Italian what could I ever expect! but I was shocked when I took the kids menu chicken nuggets when my son ate it his mouth was inflamed it was super spicy, but why put spicy?? you have to ask customers if they like spicy or not and then don't give children spicy, it's bad for you! a unique absurdity in short, £5 wasted then the chips were raw and full of oil plus I was wrong to also give the juice chosen by my son.

Not up to your usual high standard, burger was warm & the fries were cold. Past orders have been perfect, so this blip won't put me off.

Splendid food, absolutely scrumptious!!

Ordered from this place 1 hour before closing time on Uber eats. Waited for nearly an hour then the driver that was supposed to pick up the order told me that the restaurant was closed. The app then automatically cancelled my order. This isn’t just because the restaurant clearly f’d up, but so did Uber eats. They need to find a way to bloody rectify this “inconveniences”. I literally haven’t got time for this!!

Ordered a chicken burger and fries. The chicken was pink in the middle, and it gave me food poisoning 🤢. The fries were absolutely horrible! They were stuck inside the bag and tasted like they were not cooked properly! Never gonna buy food from here again. Very disappointed! 🤮

Food tasted so good me and my pregnant wife enjoyed eating it. However, we then both got an upset stomach. Not fully food poisoning but definetly sick. I had to stop my work and rest. I saw a few other reviews on this too. Please ensure you are handling food correctly as it has consequences for your customers!

Ordered Pink Lemonade but it wasn't delivered. Very disappointed. Delivery and service charge isn't cheap. Delivery guy was too busy running away from our harmless little dog. I think the drink was still in his bag!

The chicken burger fillet was really thin, hard and dry. Couldn’t chew through most of it. The rest of the food was good.

It was 30 minutes later that latest time 1st quoted, then that kept changing. The food was completely cold and unedible. Never again!

Worse chicken burger n Leicester. Honestly made me feel sick, can’t believe how some people even recommend this place. You’d get more flavour from a dead pigeon. Seriously pd off. Fix up. Burger had no crisp no flavour, a touch of spice, apart from that it felt like it was frozen patties.

First driver didn't turn up to the shop to collect the order and made us go through a right mess trying to get our order. Got it eventually from another driver.

Order arrived over an hour late and was stone cold. Not impressed tried to get a refund but no response from just eats…

Had a Deliveroo order for a burger with fries and lemon/pepper wings. The burger was good although the patty felt a little dry. Wings are okay, as I was expecting saucy wings and got dry wings instead. Quick delivery and affordable prices.

We came to Burger & Sauce on a Sunday evening as a family of 5. My and my hubby enjoyed the food. My elder two enjoyed their burgers. I was so happy to see a kids section on the menu for my 2year old! He really enjoyed his chicken bites too. Everything was cooked fresh and the wait wasnt too long for both service and for food. Nice clean atmosphere. Good service.

Order was a little wrong, I asked for chilli bites but got mozzarella sticks, which is a shame. Food was nice, came in good time as well but was just warm. Thank you

Incomparable to Mcdonald's, food quality is incredible from the taste, look and portion. I would recommend this to everyone. All halal which is amazing! My favorite thing i would say is the beef nacho burger the crunch and the melted cheese is unreal. The go too is definitely the chicken cheese and fills you up!! Other places seem like a few levels below after discovering this. Recommend to visit and eat in store. 10/10

False advertisement beef burger was not fresh, ordered a double burger was given a single. Cheetos in chicken burger weren’t the spicy Cheetos as advertised. Spoke to the staff about these issues was met with aggression so I threw the burger in the bin. Waste of time and money

One of the worst customer service, just rude people and when u tell them that the food is not what they describe they say no no this right! Avoid it, you will find better food elsewhere!
