Burger Kitchen in Worthing

Ordered online, took our money and never arrived

Ordered for delivery. Chicken burger was awful, chicken was dripping with grease and obviously not fresh, horrible thick coating on it and the bun was all soggy. Chips were OK, big portions. Banana milkshake was nice, made with real fruit rather than syrup.

Absolutely loved it. Came on time. Never had burger kitchen before. Meals are perfect value. And great amount of food. Would 100% recommend to anyone who loves burgers

Ordered through UberEats. Had not heard of Burger Kitchen before but staff were very helpful and friendly, food was very good quality and tasty. Worthing's best secret kitchen.

Superb burgers great ingredients and nice and hot when delivered. PERI PERI fries strongly recommend.

Food took over an hour to arrive and when the food arrived the chips were stale, onion rings were burnt, milkshakes were runny and one tasted of bananas even though I ordered an Oreo flavoured one, £30 down the drain.

Ordered via deliveroo at 8pm... at 9:31pm we get a text saying it will be another hour. Called only to be told the kitchen was busy and the drivers are held up. Asked if it was on the house and the lady said “no” You can cancel if You want to. Well it’s now 12 midnight and we got a message saying delivered! No food, no refund! Terrible service. Wont be using again and will be advising others.

Wasn’t sure as to order as so few reviews but it arrived on time and double wrapped so was still hot. Lovely burger and fries with onion rings. Highly recommend. Will be back.

I ordered Cheese & Bacon Burger and Peri Peri Chips to be deliver! Soo yummy and huge size!! The delivery driver was very kind and polite. I will for sure order more food! Stay safe!!

Food never arrived,AND THEY NEVER BRING THE MONEY BACK!!! Very Disapointed!! Felt like assaulted Never again

Very very impressed with this food!! I'm always a bit wary of trying somewhere new as there's usually a reason you stick with your favourites. However, we both fancied a decent quality burger and after reading the justeat reviews, we decided to give them a go. Well... restaurant quality burger is exactly what we got! The homemade burger patties were so good! Lovely brioche buns and a decent amount of all the fillings. Infact, they were so big that we probably didn't need the sides we ordered (which were also really good!) The Brownies are on a whole other level! We were too full to have them on the same night so saved them until the next day and they were AMAZING! and extremely good value for money! The only negative was that the food did arrive quite a bit later than expected. We give the benefit of the doubt as we appreciate we ordered at peak time, on a Saturday night in a world where everyone is ordering takeaways as they cannot eat out. The food arrived well packaged, hot, and the quality of it was beyond our expectations! We have already recommended to our friends and will definitely be ordering again!

As a chef I ignored the only other 1 star review these guys have because it just sounded like things went tits up, and that happens. The burger arrived exactly on time give or take 30 seconds, was all packaged well so it didn't get soggy, and was tasty as hell. the burger was an Instagram worthy beast, the just eat description didn't do all the layers and flavours in it justice. The biscoffe blondie was arguably the only blondie I've ever known to be better than I can make. Milkshake and Cajun fries were both very tasty but I thought could have been bigger, and the hot sauce dip was perfect. I don't write many reviews because I just can't be bothered but I'm sat so stuffed and happy after it all it seems only right. All the above cost £15 for a meal deal which is obviously more than a big Mac meal but this is a proper burger not some dried out mass produced crap. Thanks guys, I'll order again!

The most disappointing takeaway burger I think I have ever eaten. I ordered early on Friday through Just Eats as I was busy and knew I would be finishing work a little later than usual. At just gone 6 I received a message saying that my food was on its way and that it would be with me soon (it was meant to have arrived by 6.05, but let's not be 100% picky here). By 6.20 the order still hadn't arrived, I was hungry, annoyed and picked up the phone to call. After a few minutes, it rang through to an answerphone. At just before 6.30 my food finally arrived. The person who delivered put the food down on my doorstep and told me (and I quote) "It's just come from fresh from the kitchen, so will be really hot." Thinking that perhaps the original message I received could have been misleading and that the food hadn't left the restaurant before 6, I unwrapped the burger (slathered with so many liquid dressings it was looking incredibly sloppy) and tried one of the chips. The chips were cold and rubbery. I threw them away immediately, they didn't even have any colour on them like they hadn't seen an oven or a fryer. The burger. I don't even know where to start with that! Thanks to the multitude of toppings, including melted cheese that was invisible, a bbq sauce and caramelised onions, plus tomato and lettuce, the bun itself was mush. I thought 'all right, maybe the chicken will be okay without the bun'. I peeled off the mushy buns (I could have probably squeezed them out they were dreadful) and tried the chicken, it was chewy, cold and even looked unappetising. So, on top of the food being late, it was also inedible and went straight in the bin. I ended up having a bowl of cereal. Massively disappointed. No apologies for the late delivery, no explanations offered, no communication from the restaurant at all, in fact. I will never be ordering from here again.
