Terrible; locales, alimentación, higiene y experiencia general. Nunca volveré a visitar y probablemente me ha quitado Burger King de por vida.

¡No visites, ojalá hubiéramos leído las reseñas anteriores antes de irnos! La hamburguesa estaba bien, ya que estaba recién hecha, las papas estaban tibias, todo el lugar necesita una reforma, pequeñas moscas en el comedor, EVITAR

Compramos 2 hamburguesas de pollo crujientes y papas fritas. Cada uno de nosotros comimos nuestras hamburguesas y quizás un puñado de papas fritas antes de tirarlo. El pollo se quemó negro y las patatas fritas se volvieron a calentar o freír claramente para que estuvieran lo suficientemente calientes como para servir. Asqueroso y una pérdida de 15! ! ! !

Mi familia y yo fuimos a Londres durante el fin de semana y visitamos este Burger King un viernes por la noche, las señales deberían haber estado allí cuando miramos el exterior, ya que parece que se está desmoronando. Cuando entramos, solo había otra pareja allí (¡un viernes por la noche!) Mi compañero hizo el pedido con la mujer más miserable, descortés y ágil detrás del mostrador que parecía estar entrenando a un muchacho joven. Mi pareja y sus 2 hijos ya habían cenado cuando mi hijo y yo conseguimos nuestra comida. . . 15 minutos se detuvieron en un mostrador a la espera de "comida rápida" que no se les dijo que fueran a sentarse y nos lo traían, ¡nada! Mi compañero pidió que le dijeran a la mayonesa que no había, pero todas nuestras hamburguesas venían con mayonesa. Para rematar esta experiencia detrás del mostrador había un letrero pidiendo personal. . . Supongo que todos los que comienzan se van por una persona. . . la mujer que nos sirvió! Este Burger King mostró cuán separados están McDonald’s y Burger King, nunca he estado en un McDonald’s con personal grosero.  ¡1 estrella está siendo generosa! ! ! !

Absolutely appalling - No handwash - when the handwash was replaced and still didn't work, staff responded with "you'll just have to use water" - No tissues - No mirrors - main doors were locked. We weren't told so we had to ask for other doors to be unlocked so we could use them

We visited after 7pm tonight and the service was great, our whoppers were ready in a couple of minutes. Place not busy at all. Happy to go back!

He ordenado en línea desde esta sucursal en el pasado, y la comida llegó fría, dos veces. Después de un año más o menos, decidí darles otra oportunidad. Esta vez, la comida no estaba fría, pero faltaba un Whopper. El restaurante no es hermano para responder a mi consulta sobre esto y no me dieron un reembolso. Tres huelgas y fuera.

My boys wanted to eat there, so I took them. I didn't eat because I didn't want to eat there. The tables were very dirty and the garbage cans werer not clean up and the garbage was full. I told my boys to hurry and we left quickly.

I visited Burger on the Park Royal Estate, the customer service was poor, the employee who served us got the food wrong and when we brought it to their attention he told us that the food was correct, in fact he was wrong. Whilst sitting by the window next to the drive through my daughters and granddaughter observed a family of rats running around, even though there are pest control boxes clearly visible. The rats at one stage went towards the window of the drive through bottom level and we saw them run back and forth with food in their mouth. It was disgusting and upon leaving on the floor of the restaurant there was what looked liked vomit, it was stale no one had cleaned it up. The following day, my granddaughter started vomiting, we called 111 and they said it could be food poisoning. I am livid I will never ever be going back to that establishment. On the door it had a 5 star rating, this needs to be looked into. On that visit it should be zero stars.

There are apparently 500 Burger King sites in The UK. This one has to be the worst - a decrepit old building in need of more than a lick of paint, buried in the shadow of the A40, with the sound of lorries grinding their gears clearly audible throughout the restaurant. The loos are disgusting and hygiene overall is poor - sticky tables and floors, bins overflowing etc. I had a Whopper meal, which surely has to be one of the more obvious and popular choices, but it took 15 minutes to get to me despite there only being three other customers at the time. The server was surly to the point of coming across quite rude, and it felt like the kitchen was very understaffed. I could see that the burger was ready long before the server finished dealing with another customer but she was incapable of multitasking, so it just sat there getting cold. When I finally got the burger it turned out to be a bit dry and stale. It was even quite hard to leave the place as the automatic doors are perpetually broken. It's easy to avoid this BK as it's in a leisure park with many other options - do yourself a favour and walk up to KFC, Nando's or Pizza Hut instead. The management of this Burger King are beyond lazy and from reading countless other reviews it seems obvious that they are not prepared to make improvements.

We tried the drive thru here. To be fair I did wonder why burger king had a drive thru as normally when you go in the food is not instant. We were in the queue of cars for at least 20 mins. Not good enough. We also think the cheeseburger may have been off. Also the place is very scruffy appearance wise. Avoid and if you want burger king go elsewhere.

Dropped in here for lunch while working nearby and regretted it! This place is very rundown and feels a bit dirty. It wasn't busy when I was in there but my order took a long time. Unfortunately the food wasn't great either... the fried chicken that was in the burger was a bit grey looking and didn't taste great. I will not go back.

I was in a hurry and fancied something to eat, so I drove into the Leisure Park as I was passing. I had a quick look round and found everywhere busy but Burger King (which should have made be suspicious, but at the time I put it down to it's location, which is on the edge of the Park.) At first, I thought it was only a drive through, as it looked so uninviting, but after I found the entrance, in I went and to be fair, the service was good (as it was practically empty) and the food tasted normal. There was no soap in the toilet, which wasn't great, but it happens. However when I took the food to eat in my car outside; in the time it took to eat a burger, I spotted 4 different rats. This was obviously the tip of the iceberg due to the fact that the lads emptying the bins very nearby (not burger king employees) were nervously looking left and right and yelping everytime they spotted one!! As a one off, it was quite entertaining, but I won't be returning and I certainly wouldn't bring children here.....or those of a nervous disposition!

Non siamo frequentatori di fast food , ma avevamo sempre avuto da amici , buoni riscontri sulla catena burger king. Abbiamo voluto provare, perché non c’ erano alternative , ma sarà la prima e ultima volta: hamburger pessimi, ambiente fatiscente e sporco, personale scortese. Perfino le classiche bevande analcoliche avevano un sapore peggiore.

If i could give a 0 i would. The service is rubbish the restuatant is dirty and the toilets are filthy and full of mould. Avoid!!

This Burger King should erased. It’s been forgotten about and is like a relic from the past. It’s dirty and little to no maintenance. The outside looks beat down. The food is not up to standards. Very disappointed.

Took 8 kids there after trampolining locally. Restaurant was sadly lacking but the girl behind the counter did exceptionally well ensuring everyone received the correct order.

Fui allí con mi primo ayer. Yo estaba tan hambriento, mi primera vez sentimos como algo de comer rata muerta im. Olor de carne era terrible, ese lugar debe ser inspeccionada. Alguien tendrá que ser intoxicado de hamburguesas. No creo que nunca comer en cualquier burger king ya. Fue por el lugar favorito desde ayer.

Horrible run down dirty semi vandalised building.. Terrible staff and yuk food.. Sooooo bad I can't give it the zero rating it needs.. Hygiene is not a word in this place

The worst fast food place i have ever been to. Uneducated staff with zero service skills who cant rustle up the correct burger. Put me off BK for life. Demolish it.

En línea ordenados, hijo quería simple doble Whopper, pero no hay ninguna opción para quitar Mayo desde cualquier hamburguesa en el proceso de pedidos. Dejé una nota con el fin de retirarlo, pero hicieron caso omiso y tuvimos que tirarlo cuando llegó cubierto de mayonesa. Por supuesto, nadie se molesta en contestar el telefono que aparece para este BK!

Bad food ever eat in burger king. Burger came without any sauce just plain with one big peace of salad. Staff tottaly lost we was 2nd in the queue need to waite 20 min for our order

Went here after the movies,waited 10 mins to get served and another 10 to get food which was cold Place dirty,rubbish and food everywhere.Place was empty (except for a few hooligans)which speaks for its self.Go to KFC instead.!

i don't recommend burger king for anyone for there delivery service is very poor. and last time there contact number was engaged on purpose just so that i couldn't get threw. so much for customer service hey

Estado aquí unas cuantas veces. La única razón por la que vengo aquí es que es el único lugar donde puede sentarse y disfrutar de la comida rápida, cuando va a las películas en el Royal Park.

As same as other Burger King, nothing special, big space, limited staff, standard fast food, fries was not hot as we expected, and service so so.

El servicio de atención al cliente en esta rama es absolutamente terrible. El peor miembro del personal es la señora Shoer asiática, ella ignora las personas que están esperando para ser servida, nunca sonrisas y nunca dice gracias. Ella es en la carrera equivocada, si no trabajo en un lugar de comida rápida no hay mucho más que puedes hacer en la vida, excepto los laicos en la espalda.

Typical Burger King restaurant although this place always seems slightly unclean and empty. They were also out of ice cream.

Non amo i fast food... Ma questo l'ho trovato un po sporco e il cibo servito e preparato veloce e male. Essendo un'area con molte aziende, potrebbero guadagnare di più se lavorassero meglio.

are you joking , has the food safety been recently, urine infested toilet, always overflowing or out of order, dirty sticky floors , un kept tables no properly cleaned, odds are if you sat down to eat you would have to clear the table yourself , u got to have guts to eat in here on a regular basis

Este local de Burger KIng en Londres está muy bueno y nos ofrece las ya clásicas hamburguesas que a todos nos gustan. Para mi es una muy buena opción si es que están por esa zona.

El gerente, (middle señora oriental grande) en el Burger King es tan grosero. Esta tienda de Burger king es siempre vacía cada vez que lo vea. Intenté pedir comida whopper en el paseo en coche por, dijeron que le llevará 30 minutos. Cuando me preguntó por qué, me gritó en. Por lo tanto me tuve que decirle cosas el whopper donde el sol no Shine y yo fuimos. Creo que esta señora está en una misión para conseguir esta tienda cerrado.

As someone who prefers burger king to Mcdonalds, i was rather disappointed by this branch. The service was slow and when we recieved our meals the burger buns were stale, after asking for a fresh one the staff did not appreciate their fault, we got new burgers yet again another stale burger bun, being too embarrassed to complain again we just ate as much as we could but obviously was not a satisfying meal. In future i would travel to the West Ealing or Shepherds bush westfield branch

Never went back to this burger king, I threw up straight away after eating one of the chicken burgers, ok this was a Few years ago, but the memory of that experience has put me off for life.

No frills, no fuss, no worries, ok food, ok service, oldish looking interior but clean enough. Quite a large place so should ever get full. Just like it says on the tin - it's a Burger King!

No está mal como Burger King's go - buscando un poco "cansados". Fuimos para el desayuno del domingo y tenía el tocino, huevo y queso butties con mini croquetas de patata y café. Como éramos los únicos comensales (9 am) tuvimos que esperar unos minutos para nuestra comida, pero cuando llegamos fue tan ordenados y muy sabroso. Nada más que decir en realidad- buena comida eficiente de tiempo y dinero!
