Burger King in Wiltshire

Don't expect hot food or clean tables. It is not a nice experience. Chips cold, not one single clean table. Even though it was empty.

Car park strewn with rubbish, bins overflowing. Place itself was empty, which perhaps should’ve been a warning. The fact that is was empty, might you would think, prompt the employees to clean the tables or empty the internal bin, but no. Every single table was dirty, with food and detritus on the tops and some of the chairs. The bin was full and smeared with sauce etc. If something as simple as wiping a couple of tables is beyond them, just imagine how disgusting the food prep areas are. Clearly the employees couldn’t give a toss and their manager, if they even have one, should be sacked. Utterly disgusting. Avoid.

Decided to visit on a Saturday evening as we normally like Burger King and hadn’t visited for a while. Pulled up in the car park which was strewn with rubbish and my husband joked that it might reflect the restaurant on the inside and he wasn’t wrong! The place is filthy and rubbish everywhere. Staff are disinterested, miserable and unfriendly. Food was mediocre, burger was cold and the fizzy drink just tasted of soda with no flavour. I was going to complain but due to the long queue of people waiting and guessing from the demeanour of the staff they wouldn’t care less anyway. The type of place where you wipe your feet on the way out of the door!

Freezing cold burgers, will not be returning. The Cornish pastie place will have to do. Service was slow and wouldn’t refund

Unlike previous reviews I found the place tidy and the meal very good! A young lady called Kim served us and she was fast and polite in her job.

Have never been to anywhere so dirty, popped in here because the brewers fayre next door was closed due to a flooded kitchen. There was a dead rat on the road outside, garbage everywhere and building works inside. We were hungry, but so lucky not to get food poisoning from this dreadful place. My first time in a burger king and my last. Avoid.

The kids wanted some fries so we popped over. Took forever to get served. Finally got the food, only to be greeted by tables full of rubbish. I was disappointed that people hadn't cleared their tables. That was, until I saw the state of the bins! There was nowhere to put it. Not pleasant.

Stop over on M4 to Wales around 11am. Staff pleasant enough but a poor quality meal. Now I did have a Chicken Royal. I think it was chicken but royal it was not. The chicken was limp, It needed to be cooked more, perhaps crispy batter. It was more cooked in a microwave rather than char broiled! Chips the same. My bill for the "too fast food" was £7.19! Just way over priced.

Clean venue. For fast food and a decent burger I prefer here than other known fast food places! This one is just off the dual carriageway leading to the motorway so is good to or from travels. The staff are very polite. Particularly A man named Ashley who was kind enough to make the Burger King hats up for my two children as they are their chippys and nuggets. The food was hot and the order was correct! I would visit here again when I pass to the motorway: thumbs up

We went her in February and had a good snacky meal. The place was clean and the service was very good.

I went in for a take away coffee and the price was about £2.60. I would expect that from a specialist cafe but not a take-away. Can get it cheaper down the road at McDonalds.

It's like any other Burger King in UK - probably the best burgers of any of this type of fast food chain, but simply that. Great for fast lunch, near the main roads accommodating those of us who need to get from A to B and have lunch on the way.

It's Burger King, enough said. Best avoided unless you like these type burger places. Same country wide menu, beef burgers from this outlet very dry, avoid Apple deserts nothing of them and taste like cardboard.

The food at this Burger King tasted exactly like the ones in the States. No surprises. Prices were reasonable. You won't be sorry if you're from the U.S. and looking for a taste of home.
