It was not nice that u could not order at the counter, u had to order on the machine, which for an old age pensioner is not good

I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews!! We had a nice experience here, food was delicious and reasonably priced, staff seemed friendly, the place was clean, got a whopper meal and chicken nuggets, the burger was amazing and tasty and same with the chips and proper fills you up. The staff was a bit slow to serve but there was only 2 people on so can't judge them for that but rather wait and have it cooked properly tbh! Would definitely come again 👌❤️🫶💯

Always enjoy a good burger, food was hot an fresh, took about 8 minutes from ordering the food to taking it away. Premises were clean an Tidy. Napkins an straws fully stocked. Restaurant was quieter than expected

The burger was really tasty slightly on the small side though, chips are really average. It is very expensive at over £10 however.

Order wrong every single time. Every single time. Either ordering online or drive through, genuinely believe staff struggle with attention span and concentration.

The employees are very slow and unfortunately there are few staff preparing the orders. The most careless staff I've ever seen in Sheffield work here. There is a terrible smell in the toilet every time I go there. This problem also needs to be solved

Cold, soggy fries, raw inside, no sauces added (should be 3 mayo), no salad, pickles, or tomato, no onion, nothing in the burger. The size of the burger was from the kids' menu - 6cm, there's no chance you can treat it as for lunch for an adult. Much too high prices are not reflecting the quality and the amount of the food. Disgraceful. It used to be a good place to eat now it's something to avoid.

We ordered 3 adults meal and two kids meal tonight which was nearly £70 with delivery charge! and once we received it, it was really really cold! Not even a little bit warm, it was so cold that non of us could eat it. Absolutely terrible and waste of time and money. I don’t even know how to request a refund since we had it through Uber eat.

We placed an order for delivery with a few burger meals and some sides. They put in fries only. No burgers. No sides other than fries. Your job is literally providing burgers and, apparently, that’s hard.

Unclean. Rude staff. 1 till on with 1 very large family in front, we asked the manager if she would put another till on she said no. 20mins later till staff walked off. 5mins later still nothing so we walked out.

Customer service is very very very poor . They ate very rude with delivery driver and take ages to give delivery for no reason . Look like they came to work for time pass. All over Sheffield food industry they are very arrogant and bad behaviour. Ask any of delivery driver in Sheffield about this shop. Please keep eye on them.

I came in at 8pm I was very sad and depressed. The place was clean and had the sweet aroma of petrol. My favourite. I went to order food a young African ectomorph 6ft 1 puffy hair around size 10 feet. Was frying my food he gave me a unearthly smile that made me feel something I haven't felt in years. While I was ordering my food I saw him massaging his earlobes it lit up a warm feeling inside. He served me the food with them them innocent kitten eyes. He served me my food however he passionately whispered something in my ears in Cantonese while twirling my beard then he kissed my food after I ate my food I was on the way out he then again whispered in my ear in a heavy deep Donald duck voice "did I satisfy your need O hungry one?" I've never felt better I will cherish this day forever

Such a pleasant atmosphere, I was surprised! The staff were friendly, Kim who took my order was kind and patient even when my kid was shouting his random order at her or commented on her hair colour, she involved him in the order process and in the conversation it was lovely to see and my boy was happy that the lady with green hair took his order and that she liked his light up shoes that he then proceeded to run round and show her haha overall would definitely recommend not only for the kind staff but the food was lovely, as fast food goes anyways :)

I recently visited the Burger King at Parkway in Sheffield and had a great experience. One of the standout features was the ample and convenient parking area available right next to the restaurant. This made it incredibly easy to access the restaurant without any hassle. The service was prompt, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. As for the food, the burgers were delicious, cooked to perfection, and the fries were crispy and flavorful. The seating area was clean and comfortable, creating a nice atmosphere to enjoy the meal. Overall, the Burger King at Parkway in Sheffield is definitely worth a visit, especially for the convenience of the excellent parking area.

Good location with plenty of parking near by. I tried the Angus beef and roadhouse crispy chicken. Both very good and full of flavour. Not very expensive either. Well done!

Got frowned at by a young girl staff member who was smoking outside the door on our way in.Oldish woman serving us was really rude and snappy with me ,my little girl politely asked for ketchup and she rolled her eyes, when we were ordering our meal she kept sighing,pretty much threw the receipt at me and just kept staring over at us while we were eating which was just bizarre,it was a very unwelcoming experience.Honestly the worst place I've ever ate out at ,the staff make you feel as if you shouldn't be there.

Need more training or quality checks before sending food out!! Don’t order for delivery received half my order as they clearly haven’t read the receipt properly which states “share box” which they’ve missed out and just put the sauces in 🙈 won’t be ordering again first and last!

We often drive to this specific branch of Burger king because the food and the service is always great. The only thing we could possibly put down is how narrow and tight the drive through is, but there is plenty of parking if instead you opted to park up and enter the building instead.

Generally decent They did once get my order wrong and I had to drive back to get my correct order , they did provide free cheese bites as a gesture of goodwill , however they could have also given me a a voucher or two.

Only been here via drive thru, but the food has always been hot and fresh especially the fries. The staff have always been friendly. The only bad thing is sometimes the service can be a little slow, but since the food is fresh not a massive complaint.

It was a good visit for me. Good food and nice service by jasmine, who did order taking, packing and serving. Asked for a bit of extra mayonnaise, got tons of it for free.

Omg this is the worse burger king ever! They need more staff. They was 1 person cooking by per order, not in batches, 1 at the drive thru window and 1 up front. 3 employees was all. They was no one inside when I went in to order, the fella was sorting orders for the people who ordered online for the non existant delivery guys as yet, he had his back to me for 5 mins. By this time a queue behind me started forming. His method of the order system is ancient. He sticks receipts of orders in no order. He took my 2 large whopper meals order gave me the cups for me to fill up my drink myself, the drink machine was filthy. Waited for 25 mins, only for the person queued behind me to get his order first. When I queried this the employee said he random chooses the receipt of orders. Waited another 10 mins, by this time people in the queue was grumbling. All in all 40 min for my order. No apologies, not even a thank you. Then when I got to the car with my order, the burgers was stone cold, i should have had 2 large chips, but they was small chips also cold. Binned em.

It's Burger King, you know what you're getting. But this was the first time using this branch and it was awful. The place only had one other table in and they already had their food when we entered. There was only 3 of us so not a big order and it took 27 minutes to come out. The burgers were stone cold and the onion rings were burnt to a crisp. The chips were hot but they were the only thing that was. I really don't know how it can take 27 minutes to get 3 burgers out in what's meant to be a fast food restaurant when it's empty. Definitely wouldn't go back to this one. No wonder it was empty on a weekend lunch time.

I don’t know if the staff have had any food health and safety/ health and hygiene training? If the manager has had any training? Whilst waiting for the order the manager had said to the staff.” You really need to send out fresh orders. That was the seventh complaint today.! I had ordered a cappuccino and the manager said run the milk through twice as it goes blobby. I don’t think she did, ?? Or if she had the milk was off? as my friend had a sip whilst driving and puked as had drank curdled milk!!! I called to let the manager know and he hung up on me! I guess he’s v angry, but an apology would have been nice.

Think my 12 year old could run it better . Waited like 20 minutes for two meals and the place was empty . No milkshake as the machine was supposedly getting cleaned . Food wasn't great . Partner had a coffee which he only got half a cup . Staff were not great . Tables weren't clean even though there were only us two eating in . Delivery bloke came in waiting for food and put dirty delivery bag on the table . Shocking really . Like I say , my 12 year old could manage it better . Won't be returning .

Love burger king food but I waited 30 minutes for a burger and fries… Server was nice but rest of the staff were stood doing nothing and chatting to their friends who came in. Could have got served in a restaurant faster, pretty poor service.

Ordered double whooper meal and this is what i was served. Took 15 mins waiting and only to be given foods that can't be given to dogs . Very disappointed money gone down the drain 😪
