Oioioioioioii the Michelle Ferrero WAFFLE WAS SOOOOO GOOD BEST WAFFLE IN I HAVE IVE HAD My go to burger is the High Steaks and the Motherckucker. Every time I go to the counter the employees know my order and address me my name. Great customer service. Clean environment and great atmosphere. I feel welcomed by the UNIT Staff.

I’m not a massive burger fan but their Mother Clucker chicken burger was delicious! The fries were nicely cooked, not covered in salt, you could add that to taste but try their choice of sauces first. They also have a nice selection of soda that isn’t the normal Pepsi or Coke. If I had room I would definitely have had a milk share, they looked really good too. The service was good. The staff were welcoming, friendly and attentive and the restaurant was clean.

One of my favourite places to eat in Sheffield! The lads are polite, professional and patient. Food is quick and tasty. Also very clean place.

With no disrespect what so ever. A high steaks burger (Double patty) with wings and chips 1 drink cost me £26. In my opinion - extremely over priced. Food came out quick but everything was quite cold. I have a feeling they are batch cooking and not fresh cooking. The beef was tasteless, brisket on the top had a taste that wasn’t to my personal liking. There was too many juices in the burger which meant the bottom part of the bun was very soggy. Chips again were cold and had no salt on, had to ask for extra salt. Hygiene was great and even offered wipes at the end. Would not visit again

Absolutely fantastic! Amazing service! I visited unit at around 9 in the evening and I wasn’t disappointed with the service despite it being an hour before closing, I wasn’t rushed so that the store could close or anything of the sort. The food here is genuinely great,fresh and a good value for money it’s easy to say I wasn’t disappointed.

Went around 12 pm so it was quiet but it was very clean and the staff was very helpful. The food is reasonably priced and delicious, the speed in which we got our food after ordering was very fast. Overall a very pleasant experience and we will definitely be coming again. Thank you Unit.

Lovely first experience of this place. Called by on the off chance and we were seated quickly, my allergens covered and friendly staff. The meal was prompt and so so nice! Will call back.

Two people for a quick bite to eat whilst attending the Cheerleader event at IES, ordered a Unit Burger and Philly Cheese Steak with their own brand coke and lemonade via the QR code, all food delivered quickly and well made, they even provided a wet wipe for cleaning hands at the end, staff were helpful and friendly.

Ordered a philly steak, no where near it was pulled beef like from a day ago in a bun roll soggy the fries had a funny taste the mac and cheese vile sorry this place is not good and the wings arr like frogs legs waste if money

Brilliant service, friendly staff, food was spot on, the burgers alone are filling! Reasonable prices, hands down one of the best cookie dough i’ve tasted so don’t miss out on it! Can’t wait to come down again & try different foods off the menu & other desserts they have to offer.

Ordered from here today, delivery was in fair time but when the food arrived the fries were so cold & soggy they were hardly edible, the Mac N Cheese they advertise as being "the best in Sheffield", probably isn't even the best in centertainment... wasn't a fan & is one of my favourite foods. Burger was nice, but a little underwhelming for the cost. Was also slightly undercooked Wings were great, no complaints at all

Cant comment on atmosphere because it's monday dinnertime and there were few people in. Mainly grabbing take out. First of all the food, I had the high steaks burger with an extra patty. Now I have eaten many burgers from gourmet to macdonalds. And with the exception of a small pub in Lincoln this was the best burger I've had. Any reviewers complaining of lack of flavour really need to consult a Doctor, as mine was packed with flavour, I even think the burgers and brisket are made with aged beef. It was tasty, juicy and well cooked, can't ask for anything more. The fries were spot on, had to add salt but that's my preference. My wife and mother both had the Korean chicken burger, the chicken was tender and juicy and the coating was crisp. The sauce had a kick but nothing overbearing. Overall very tasty. I wasn't expecting much when I walked in but we were hungry. Total win for us. 3 burgers, fries and drinks for 48 quid. Price not bad either. Service was impeccable, attentive but not overbearing. I can highly recommend and will be back. Thanks guys, keep up the sterling work.

First time visit to Unit and wow! It is so difficult to find a quality beef burger these days, even 5 Guys is a bit hit and miss. Unit however hit the nail on the head. American style ground beef burger which retained the flavour. The meat wasn’t compressed as you would find in a large chain burger so it was nice and juicy. Shakes are liquid ice cream perfect thickness. Service was quick and altogether a great experience. Wishing Unit all the success it deserves and we look forward to visiting again. Another visit and standards haven't dropped. Still the best burger around. Loving the T-shir.

Just had a delivery via Uber Eats, burger was average at best and fries were undercooked. I would give zero rating if I could.

Second time we’ve been here after being impressed during our first visit. Definitely not a fluke! Really friendly bunch of lads, quick service, portions are huge and the food is amazing.

One of the best burgers I've had for a while. And that is saying something, because there's a Five Guys a couple of minutes away. The décor is brilliant as well.

Welcomed with a smile upon entry. Waiter took order at our table, we ordered a cheese chicken burger and a buff ting burger as well as 3 shakes - reeses, oreo and frappe. Served quickly and everything was delish!! Will defo be back when in Sheffield.

Came here for the first time today and what can I say, overall great experience. Food was delicious, the atmosphere was nice, and the staff were all polite, helpful and friendly. The music was also great. It was a bit expensive, but I feel you get your money's worth. Would happily return here

I’m not sure where to begin with this review. On one hand the atmosphere and vibe of the shop is unique and interesting which I enjoyed and for the most part the service was okay, nothing to complain about too much. The food on the other hand is absolute diabolical. I decided to go to this place based on tiktok reviews hyping it up, this is why you shouldn’t trust tiktok creators because the food was a complete disappointment and I felt like I had been robbed of my money. There were three of us, we all got different items, firstly, the fries were tired, secondly each main we had was absolutely bland, no flavour, taste or juiciness, completely flavourless. When we did decide to add some sauce like the bbq sauce or buffalo it made the food WORSE! Which I didn’t think was possible, and genuinely when I say this, give the Korean sauce a try, it genuinely tastes like cough syrup. Just so disappointed in this food, they need to stick to one or two branches because the food was a complete let down especially for the price. All in all just really disappointed.

I cannot rave about this place enough! Wow! Such good food, for great value too. The atmosphere is nice and the service is brill. If you’re an introvert like me, you just scan a code on your table and then bam, order your food on your phone and get it sent to your table. Very simple and easy or you can, if you want, go up to the desk and order the traditional way too. They’ve got plenty on the menus too from Korean chicken, brisket, burgers, veggie options, milkshakes etc. very delicious food. Also don’t worry about allergies, my sisters’ allergic to egg and the first thing they ask when seating you, is if you have any allergies.

Customer service is amazing and the food is astonishing, vendell is also an amazing waiter who made the experience 100x better

Why have I not heard of this place!! The welcome is so friendly, and the atmosphere is buzzing. Simple QR ordering, but at every point the guys were coming and checking, we were ok. The food is stunning. We both were verbally silent throughout it is that good!!! All the food we saw looked delicious. We had a high steaks burger, with their amazing sauce and a chilly steak sandwich. All come with the best fries! Great choice of different drinks, including Jarritos Mexican sodas. The finishing touch was a wet wipe brought at the end! The service is attentive and friendly. You have to try it!!!!

Good quality burgers and the fries are very good. Didn't rate the onion rings or halloumi sides. Would recommend this place over five guys next door.

Today is the 2nd time we have been with 2 kids , amazing food , amazing service , the speed of the food coming out was amazing especially when you have kids with you to keep them occupied, maybe some colouring books would be good to keep kids entertained 👍👍 10/10 will be back !!!

This was our second visit to the unit and as the first visit this did not disappoint the food is very good the service is fast and easy to order via the app. will be back again for my 3rd visit soon.

The high steaks burger definitely did not look like the kitchen videos. Thought taste was standard too, nothing unique unfortunately. But this is the generation of visuals so unfortunately restaurant owners focus on making things look nice and taste is a secondary consideration (which is why there's no repeat business for such restaurants, people go once, tick it off their bucket list, and they close down after their social media hype dies down). Mac and cheese was good. Wings decent too. The sauce bottles should be upgraded as the sauces are sticky obviously and then people open caps to let it flow. Not the most hygienic thing to do. This place has potential - do better!

Went here last night, Peter Kay was playing at the arena, so it was heaving. The guy put us on the waiting list. 10 minutes later we were seated. The staff were 5 star, friendly, attentive, but professional. The food was beyond delicious, my husband who is not keen on burgers, but everywhere was so busy, that’s what he ordered. He couldn’t believe the taste. Seriously, if you believe in reviews, just go there, experience it !!!

Best gluten free burger ever! Bread that isn’t falling apart and really tasty burger and lovely crisp salad! Everyone is so lovely. Really great service and the soundtrack is just one that keeps the mood high and the tastebuds ready for more :) ps try the suicide sauce first and have a milkshake ready ;) we had fries and burgers and wings and Mexican soda and a shake. Really impressed. Will be back thanks everyone- So well down xx

I liked the atmosphere of the place. I ordered the falafel burger but it was lacking in flavour and dry so used some sweet chilli sauce but it was hard to come out of the bottle. There wasn't much gherkins in the burger which was a shame. I got a side of fries which I didn't like as they didn't taste good and the Mac n cheese was terrible and could only have 2 bites of it as they used American cheese. However I did enjoy the Rubicon sparkling drink. Personally I wouldn't go again.

So amazing haven't had a unique fresh hot tasting burger and fry like at unit in a while very fast service and friendly smiling staff kid friendly many options unique and new and clean decor everything was fresh from burger to lettuce mine and my partner took our first bite and new we would come back again new favourite

Visited for the first day today, the staff are friendly, atmosphere is amazing and the food was delish. Only thing I would like to see, is waiter taking our order without us having to do it through the app or going to the back and ordering, other than that it was a good experience.

This including their, juicy, flavoursome, outstanding beef/chicken burgers, crispy, hot and fresh fries, the delectable mac n cheese with a cheese pull that will stretch over a mile, and many other Unit specials. Not to mention their heavenly sweet treats varying from, the thick, smooth and creamy milkshakes, hot slight crisp on the outside, soft on the inside cookie doughs and the yummy waffles with a range of mouth-watering flavours. Hungry after watching a movie in the cinemas or bowling in the alleys (or whenever😆)? Join Unit’s helpful friendly, obliging staff and the satisfied customers to have a taste of the marvellous food. Lastly, after eating, you are given the chance to sign the vast chalkboard with your name, like I did in the following image, and to place the cool animated stickers all around the restaurant high and low. Definitely the BEST restaurant in Valley Centrertainment(and maybe even the whole of Yorskhire👏🏾). I am a regular customer at Unit 1 and am pleased to see Unit has opened their second restaurant in the most attractive place in sheffield. Overall 10/10 experience would recommend to anyone and everyone🍔🥤🤤😋

My experience at the place was that the food was amazing and that it was served politely and gently and they should honestly open more unit places around the uk and hopefully go international overall unit experience 10/10 BIG UP UNIT

I came for some milkshakes with my friends, and honestly I did not have a good experience. My friends recieved their milkshakes but 2 members including myself didn’t, we asked where they were they said we didn’t see it on the system but then suddenly they found it. I enquired again as it’s been 20 minutes since we ordered and shop wasn’t particular busy (wonder why), waiter gave some random excuse if you missed our order just be honest and say your sorry that’s fine, don’t have to lie. All of us who attended were lead members of various university organisations who were planning events involving unit, we will be looking to move elsewhere for business. Lying dishonest practice has no place in business.

My wife and I visited this restaurant yesterday. The service was terrific. We were seated immediately, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive. They inquired about our allergies and explained how to order our food. The food arrived quickly and tasted amazing, and the portions were generous! We were particularly impressed by the staff's proactive approach in checking on us midway through the meal, ensuring that we had everything we needed and that our dining experience was going smoothly. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant for its broad appeal across different age groups and the vegetarian options available.

Been to visit today me, hubby and our daughter, our daughter and myself are gluten free, the selection from the gf menu is fantastic so much to choose from, the food was amazing and the staff can't do enough, thank you will definitely be back

Ordered chips, Korean burger, Mother clucker burger, Philly cheese steak. The burgers were average at best being generous, the cheese steak was good. The fried chicken in burgers was not crunchy and dry with no sauce whatsoever. For the price of £12 per burger the food was disappointing.

The service was very fast, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The Food was delicious. The meal is tailored to your needs and requirement. Not many people do gluten free burgers but theirs was spot on. They do not disappoint !

Our first visit to Unit @ Centretainment and we will definitely be back! Cannot fault anything; the service and friendless of the Unit team, the food has to be the best chicken fillet burgers we have had. The fries were super-tasty, and the Mac n Cheese was just epic! They also do fabulous shakes. We visited early Saturday afternoon and didn't book, we got a table no problem as it was relatively quiet. I can imagine you would need to book evenings & evening-weekends. If you love a good burger, give these guys a go, you won't be disappointed👌🏽❤️

Brilliant place with unique and deliciously prepared foods and soft drinks to try, as well as very friendly and time efficient staff. Very cozy environment as well. Will definitely look forward to our next visit and recommend to all friends!!

Food looks great, lacking a bit in flavour. The dynamite shrimp were the best pick by far! The philly cheese steak how ever was so soggy i could have rung it out, it was also really bland. Not the best experience i've had with the food here. The one in town is much better and the food is much tastier there.

We had a fantastic time dining at Unit Centertainment with our 80 youth club members plus our staff & volunteers team. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was inviting and charming, and the staff were both professional and friendly. They ensured every detail of our dining experience was superb. The food was outstanding, with a great selection of dishes and drinks. Our youth group truly enjoyed their time at Unit. In addition to dining in, we also placed an order for 70 kids meals for our kids club for takeout, which were delicious and delivered on time. we look forward to returning.

I want to the unit and I got the mother cloaker burger and it’s gave me the an upset stomach. Everything was so overpriced and it tasted the same as a normal burger from McDonald’s.. PLUS on then menu it says it has Pepsi Max and diet Pepsi but when I went to the counter they said they don’t have it and charged me £3 each for then bottles that they had on display only because they had a fancy design on the rapper they taste flat and awful I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

Really enjoyed our visit today. Never heard of unit before so decided to give it a try. The burgers and fries were delicious and we loved the range of drinks available. Also loved the stickers and hand wipes provided at the end. We will be coming back.

Rip off! Came here with friends for eid meal, massively over priced, Orderd the destroyer burger priced at £22 upgraded to Dutch fries price for £2 when the food came it looked like a 99p McDonald's burger with 5 pieces of nachos around it and a tiny portion of chips plus a drink Coming up to £27 for cheese burger and chips. Also ordered cajun chicken wings received 6 very small pieces not worth it at all. defiantly will not going back and I Don not advise anyone to visit.

Had a chicken burger before and enjoyed it, Went for the high steaks burger this time and it went down like a lead balloon. Sounds a bit picky but the salad was too wet and it ruined the sauce, The brisket tasted like dry roast beef with no seasoning. Not what you expect from a £13 burger. Milkshakes are on point though.

First time at Unit and very impressed. Great atmosphere with attentive, polite staff (especially Rishi) and the food was fantastic. Will definitely return.
