Not possible to use app discounts, also staff can’t read orders properly as kids menu meant be no sauce and ketchup inside also burgers with ketchup no sauce as per order, typical idiotic services.

Their food and services are great.The staff are friendly.

Found a bone in my chicken royal that I nearly choked on, as I went up to inform the staff, bearing in mind I wasn’t expecting anything in return, they started getting quite defensive and very rude with me and tried telling me it’s just a placebo effect. Photos aren’t great due to broken camera 🤦🏽‍♀️

We come to eat here once a week, friendly service, quick serving time and always a seat to eat! Shame about those who do not clear up after themselves (am sure the same who give negative reviews...) We keep coming back and also use their vouchers!

RIP off, couldn’t understand the staff member working behind the till. The foo wasn’t warm and their prices are very high. This is not a normal Burger King, the quality is terrible. Do yourself a favour and order from one of the others!

For a quick stop it was OK. Not much open in midde night but this place was when driving home. Filled the gap so happy enough..

Food was made quickly, but the fries were very dry, so I didn’t eat them. The Coca-Cola was flat and warm. I regret eating there. On positive, very clean place.

Just ate peppercorn Angus burger meal. It was amazing, best burger we’ve had in anywhere ! Service was very good and staff very polite and helpful! Must give credit when it’s due

The enviroment is great, and not too industrial. There's plently of green space to look onto and one large fountain out the front. The food was great as always and the wait wasn't too long, would recommend.

Ordered a plant-based whopper and served a BBQ Double Melt instead. Returned it to the counter and no apologies from anyone. Had to explain several times what the issue was before it finally registered with them. Abysmal service.

Loaded fries were alright but the burger was literally stone cold

Not a happy time. Food was hot and served in a timely manner. However the bun of my double whopper with cheese disintegrated during the meal the patties were dry. Redeeming feature were the fries which were much better than previous experiences.

Bestellterminals funktionieren nicht; das realisiert man aber erst nachdem man 5min lang die Bestellung eingegeben hat... Personal schaut dabei zu ohne darauf hinzuweisen oder eine Nachricht auf den Terminals zu hinterlassen...

Staff are always friendly, service is quick so no hanging around to long.

Infact we had a bit of trouble here though it's not their fault. My Mother could not, for the life of her, get the interactive screen to work. It was quite amusing. Anyways, food was very nice and as good as usual. The rich taste of there food usually lift my day although I cant tolerate high amounts.

Standard you'd expect for motorway services. Wasn't a great weekend experience, nor a bad one. Food was ok. I sure I'll be back again.

On 23 Dec 21 at 11:03 pm, we approached to give meal order at the counter because display order machines were out of service where the staff was busy preparing meals from previous order despite waiting about 8-9 mins non of teams were interested in asking us. I was not the only one standing and waiting to give an order in front of the counter. One gentleman (waiting customer) was also despondent and asked to take an order but one of the staff said "we are closed" and went inside same gentlemen asked to call the supervisor so that we could know the reason why closed it so early as on display time table closing time is 12:30 pm. Eventually, the same staff turned up and identified himself as a supervisor (Sergio Ximenes Guterres). His lousy attitude answer was "machines are broken", the way he handled eagerly meal waiting customers was not very mannerly, improper and unacceptable 😕😕😡Rude Behaviour and bad attitudes towards the customers.

Not the best or cheapest Burger King, but it is one of the only ones in my local area and we often visit to give the kids a treat. I would recommend.

Haven’t had a Burger King in ages but these guys didn’t disappoint! The burger was perfectly made, as were the chips, and piping hot. I went in about 6pm on the 4th March, two guys with tattooed arms, well done, yum!!

It says till 10pm but they closing at least an hour earlier. Also that Burger King does not accept Burger King app 😂 joke!

The is one of the worst burger kings I’ve been to. Bread was stale and chips were rubbish.

Payment declined for contactless and had to pay by typing the pin on the card machine. Ordered the chilly bites and did not given at the delivery and when I went back at the window to collect it and no even an apologies from the staff who served me... really pour service at this point.

Says they're open til midnight but they're not - were closed at 11:45 pm.

Rip off! They say they don’t take the app vouchers so they can charge you 3 times the price of any regular branch. Congrats, you just got the prize for the worst restaurant in the franchise.

RIP OFF!!!! I had a voucher on the app to use and at the till they said they dont take these, obviously because they want to rip people off the average meal in there was £10!!! Unbelievable, rather go hungry than pay those prices.

Took an ice-cream on the self-ordering machine. No ice cream once you arrive at the food pickup... you want something else instead ? Well no, i would have ordered something else if i wanted something else... So i asked for a refund, they accepted but gave it in cash ... And i ended up waiting 10 minutes to get my new ticket...

The worst meal I've ever eaten! Appalling and not worth finishing. My dog even refused it!

This Burger King does everything to remind people of how bad food at services used to be. The chips were up to the normal standard in taste but were only warm. The burger was warm but looked nothing like it should have done. The burger was overcooked and looked and tasted like it had been cooked for a while. I had a coffee and all I can say it that Starbucks must be laughing at how bad the coffee is at Burger King. Even though I paid over the top for thd food and drink I did not eat all of and threw the coffee away and went to Starbucks for a coffee. Will not be stopping here again.

Thought I would give BK ago, after over a 10 minute wait in the queue I gave up and went to the KFC next door and was served my food straight away.

I have not had a BK burger in a long time and decided to give them a try having always enjoyed them when I was younger (about 10 - 15 years ago) I went for the Double Cheese and Bacon Meal. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. The burger was OK but the bacon tasted like packing material and the cheese was like a "kraft" slice or other cheap plastic type cheese. Wont be rushing back to BK for a meal. Glad it was services I only stop at a few times a year...
