Had a burger King after not eating fast food for a while. I always regret eating burger King and this was no different.

I work in the casino on Springfeild Quay and I cannot express how welcome Shannon makes me and any colleagues or any of my relatives feel when we go in, she is very bubbly and always happy to help and go the extra mile for her customers. I have never been to a fast food restaurant where the staff are half as nice as her. I would like Shannon to be noticed for her fantastic customer service.

the meal was as usual slightly above average but nevertheless still good the décor is fading with time needs a little refresh the staff are great very helpful and always on hand when you need them

The burgers were tasteless and small.There was a spillage on the floor the whole time we were there with just a sign next to it. Tables were not cleared. There were no napkins or milk and no tissue in the toilet.10 minutes after we arrived and were eating, they locked the doors due to a technical fault. Many people went to the door to come in and left.

I went there twice, last year and this year. My boyfriend and I tried to order ice cream (which was specially advertised at a bus stop near the restaurant), but in both cases we were told that 'the machine is broken'. We went on to the next Burger King somewhere in the city where we were told the same thing. Coincidence? Probably not. It wasn't very late, before 8 pm so you'd expect them to still sell ice cream, or at least if they've already cleaned and switched off the machine, I'd like to be told so. Staff was not very friendly either.

Came in with my grandchildren and daughter in law, the place so was clean, you could eat off the floor. The staff were so helpful, no problems at all, the place was quite busy as I recall. The meals for the wee ones were accompanied with a toy, they went out of their way to get one for a girl and a boy. Drink choice was great, refills are free, burgers were sumptuous plus there was great chips for me. A 10 out of 10 would be my score, I'll ba back soon, because I fancy some more!

Nous nous sommes installés à une des rares tables propres et un salarié nous a demandé de changer de place sous prétexte qu'il devait faire le ménage, qu'il n'a pas fait tout le temps où nous étions présents. J'ai eu la maladresse de renverser une boisson, j'ai aussitôt nettoyé le sol avec des serviettes, les salariés m'ont regardé faire sans apporter une aide. En résumé, à éviter !

Came here for a quick bite on the way home. Took ages for our order to be ready and there were loads of people in the same boat. Can't really call it fast food!

Visited this Burger King. We were served by a boy who was obviously training. He was very courteous but the inexperience shone through. Someone should have been helping him. The actual restaurant was freezing, door wide open!

Went last night and received a great service. Boy who was workin was very helpful and very efficient.

Forget the hard press that people give fast food establishments. When you are hungry and a Burger King is at hand who cares about the critics. I like this particular eatery and it does the job fair and square. It's clean efficient and the staff work extremely hard. Thumbs up!

Went here for a quiet "business meeting" with some of my hommies and had a table in a quiet corner with a fantastic view over the bay, man this place should charge a fortune the food is immense I had something called a "whopper" and baby let me tell you the missus has had a few of those in her time but this was something to write home about

Visited yesterday with my family, had to clean our own table and when ordering the food the girl brings the tray to the counter, let's another customer handle and open up a cheeseburger to see if it was "plain" only for the lady to realise it wasn't her order, so the server then proceeds to give the tray to me informing me that it was my food!! This is so unhygienic!!! Our burgers were cold so sent them back, no apology just asked if we'd like new ones or a refund!!Visit bk regularly but won't be back, poor show Burger King, poor show!!

My brother goes here every week.Reasonable prices, and service usually ok. Toilets are bad, and hand dryers not working.Needs refurnished as showing age.

The gentleman that served us was exactly that a true gent and engaged with me in conversation. I felt like a valued customer which can be very rare in fast food establishments. Plus, the frozen lemonade was truly delicious, highly recommended.

You know what your getting at a BK but it's the staff in this branch that make it either enjoyable or horrible, some days you get really happy helpfull staff that make you feel welcome then another day you get Mr or Mrs grumpy, I won't name names, the staff know who they are.

The staff were good: the young man who cleaned the tables worked non stop without supervision; he would be an asset to any company. Apart from that - the situation is central but the atmosphere was grim and the prices high.

We purchased a number of large meal burgers. After the meal, I noticed a sign advertising Caramel Frappé's at £1 each (free if purchased in advance with some meals). However, the server said it was £4.18 for two after I ordered them. I challenged this but they (including a member of the management team who intervened) said the special offer was only available if purchased in advance with the meal. Several of us kept looking at the advert, just in case we had missed something but there is nothing about this condition there. I guess with the offer for just a few days, they know they will miss the scrutiny of Trading Standards officials and take a chance.No more kids treats out at BK from now on. There are lots of more honest establishments near by who will value my custom. I just don't like dishonesty, trickery, poor ethics, or whatever you may wish to call it.

Went here on Wednesday for a bite to eat and for £3.99 got a whopper meal with a latte. Excellent value as Burger King can often seem quite expensive and the coffee was excellent. I ordered my whopper with no pickles and this ensures its made fresh and the staff had no problems with this. There was a small queue and it did seem to take longer than usual to move, but I was pleased with my visit and will be back. Perhaps just my local burger king
