Burger King in Southwark

The restaurant kept my order back for over an hour. Had to phone restaurant to Chase up order as the order was kept putting back on hold. Delivery. Drive was fantastic so understanding and helpful

Family bundle, burgers cooked perfectly, chips crispy and a good portions (not half empty containers) chicken nuggets and onion rings great. Delivery was fast and driver polite . Thank you.

Despite leaving a note to deliver to ward, courier was by the main entrance. Took an exchanging of messages before they finally came to the ward and when they did made a comment that this was an expensive order for them. Was not necessary.

They forgot to add my drink even though I specifically noted to them to please ensure all items are added. Seems deliberate I'll say!

Burger King was really nice. Not had in a long time but worth the wait, family bundle with chicken nuggets and ice cream. Well cooked, good bbq taste and crispy chips. Fast delivery, polite and friendly driver.

There was a burger but, no other filling like, Bacon or Tomato. Very disappointed !

The meal was £9.99 by the time the service charge and delivery it came to £13 and the food was cold and I waited nearly 1 hour from the time I ordered it to it being delivered

Unfortunately, as much as I like Burger King this was the worst I ever experienced. We were unable to use the toilet for women or men. Not that the toilets were faulty, but they did not have time to clean the toilets and serve food. This already made me lose my appetite, thinking alone how unhygienic it is to serve food and clean toilets by the same staff. Men, women, children, and babies with no disability use the disabled toilets.

I’ve been to this Burger King in Peckham multiple times, and while the food is always well-prepared, the customer service leaves much to be desired. During my recent visit, I approached the counter to order as my eyes were hurting, making it difficult to use the self-service kiosk. The man in the black shirt, who was already serving customers at the counter, bluntly told me to order at the kiosk instead. I didn’t mind waiting my turn, but I was confused as to why he insisted I use the kiosk while still serving others at the till. Reluctantly, I tried ordering at the kiosk, but it wouldn’t accept my voucher and prompted me to order at the counter instead. When I showed this message to the staff member, he seemed annoyed and pointed his finger, motioning for me to come over. Honestly, that was unnecessary—there are more respectful ways to communicate. After a long 10-hour shift, I wasn’t in the mood to argue; I just wanted to eat and go home. He eventually took my order because there was no other choice. After getting my food, I sat down to eat and noticed that other customers who came in afterward were served at the counter without being told to use the kiosk. That left me wondering why I was treated differently. Overall, the food here is consistently good—the team in the back assembling the burgers do a great job, and that’s the main reason I’ve kept coming back. But the service at the counter is often unwelcoming, and I leave feeling like I’ve been a bother rather than a paying customer. I’m starting to question whether the food is worth the lack of basic courtesy.

I came to this shop with my friends and we order the burger meal and we was waiting for that order and we asked for or order so he said It will take 5 minutes 1. He first said five minutes but is take more then 25 minutes 2. And when we was looking for or order we saw a guy he drop some fries by mistake and that guy pick the same fries from the floor so when we ask him about this he was started abusing us and tread very rude his name is SALEH please kindly maintain hygiene

Avoid the saver menu chicken melt at all cost! Takes absolutely horrific. Onion rings had no flavour whatsoever; was it even onion?? Coke taste like toilet water.

I had an XL bacon double cheese burger!!... even on my new diet/lifestyle of eating healthy 1 burger in a blue moon won't undo all my hard work & so I say go grab a burger guys, YOLO so they say. It's never busy and there is always someone ready to serve you when you walk in.

Arrived over an hour after I ordered and the food was freezing apart from the chilli cheese bites. This seems to be normal with Just Eat. May try another delivery service next time

Don’t put “estimated time 15-30 mins” if it’s gonna be almost 90 minutes.

This restaurant is quite disappointing. I’ve visited multiple times, but each time I’ve ended up leaving because no one has greeted me or acknowledged my presence. The interior always appears somewhat dirty, which creates an unwelcoming atmosphere. It doesn’t have the same lively and clean vibe that you typically find at most Burger King locations, which is a real letdown. I believe the restaurant could really benefit from extended opening hours to better serve the local community. The space inside is large and seems underutilized, which could be addressed by offering more flexible hours. The current limited hours, along with the lack of proper service, seem to contribute to the restaurant’s lack of appeal. With better service and more accessible hours, this location could be much more popular and appealing to customers. It’s a real shame because it has potential, but the current management and setup are holding it back.

Burger king always get our order right. The food is always piping hot and the delivery is always good. I cannot fault them.

I came to this Burger King with my family and I spent 30 pounds on food and when I went into the bathroom the floor was flooded and there was pee and poo all over the toilet and when I let one of managers by name of Abdur know he laughed in my face and said it’s not my problem and to go use the bathroom in Costa, never in my life have I been treated so badly in a restaurant where I have spent my hard earned money, I have been going there for the past 10 years with my family and now I can never go there again !!!!! Honestly I’m outraged even thinking about it This place should be shut down !!!!!!!

Like going here as it's normally very quick service and never really packed. Burger was not very hot but definitely worth the money and chilly cheese bites are so yummy.

Visited on 27/10/24 afternoon. The two black girls serving were RUDE, lacked any form of customer service. We had two orders but they refused to give us two bags to carry our heavy order. They charged us 40p for one bag and said they don’t accept cash at the till. They were even rude to the assistant manager.

Courier took the long way round to get to Kennington Oval. It’s just a short way from Oval Tube Station and he ended up going a totally long way up Kennington and back but never mind.

Driver delivered food to wrong address. I can understand the area does looks the same, but the idea of an ID number to show the driver should of prevented this from happening. With luck, i was watching from my window to witness this & got my order.
