Burger King in West Berkshire

A very long wait for greasy, lukewarm loaded fries which looked dire. 14 hours later had food poisoning symptoms and still suffering. Note to self, do not eat here again.

Absolutely terrible food. Burgers were cold and bread was stale. Chillie bites were overcooked and had to wait another 10 mins for food. You would not believe the Fanta and cokes were warm. This is something I have never seen. Joke. Do not eat here.

Myself and my family spent 9 hours at Membury Services today when the AA left us stranded waiting for a rescue truck. The only light moment in the day was created by the staff at Burger King who noticed our plight and came outside to offer us support and ice cream! The kindness to strangers given restored our faith in human nature at a time when we felt let down by other services we hoped we could rely on. Lovely ice cream too! Thank you Burger King - top team!

2 people working massive cues when we did get food back on motorway chips where freezing cold and the burger which were all wrong tasted funny,so none of it was eaten.spoken to bk customer services told me to drive 3 hours back to get refund or i can have a free whopper burger.wish we had kfc now and will NEVER eat in a bk ever again

Just like the picture. Waited 10 minutes and nearly 8 quid later... ror this. I was expecting title more for my money than this.
