Got sick the next morning. Ordered for takeaway quite late in the evening. The food was OK, though the halloumi fries looked very sad. But apparently there was more to that, as the next morning my stomach got very upset. Would not recommend.

Bad we were missing 2 things and 1 of them we didn’t even order I’m absolutely furious waited 2 hours and 15 minutes for it it’s ridiculous.

Cold food. It used to be standard that BK fallows the time foods can await under the warm light before they must be discarded and the numbers on the wrap would be marked acordently, that is not followed thus food sits and gets cold and expired served to customers because who's gonna check BK ?

Didn't get everything we ordered, sadly passing through and felt rushed so didn't check fully. No way to tell what drink is what just chucked at us and when mentioned it she walked away. Nothing to stir drink with and no toilet paper in the toilets. Avoid as much as u can. Usually prefer burger king to McDonald's but never been treated as badly in McDonald's, can always tell what drink is what and always have access to stirring utensils etc

He was just rude had no bag to keep food warm the paper bag was ripped open one coke missing and when I asked what what’s going on he was miles away from my house he started shouting Hindu what ever language he spoke I am dean and told him I have never had a problem and you shouldn’t work for them as he was rude don’t send him back thank you

terrible service and will never use this app again or order anything from BK. Arrived just before 2 hours after ordering and was frozen cold. Delivery driver wasn't even going to give it up until he had his code. Whole service was a farce. Waste of almost £40 and they have the cheek to take a service charge.

Awful. Extremely long wait. App said driver was at restaurant for a long time. I live 5 min drive from the restaurant and driver got here reasonably quickly but food was completely cold when received which suggests it couldn't have been fresh

considering I was only a 5 minute ride away it looked like the delivery guy had no idea where he was going. he was pleasant and friendly enough. I did have to warm the food in the microwave but hey burger king is never hot even when your sitting in

Tasty and delivery was pretty fast, but was 1 item short on the order so needed to get a refund for the item. Clearly the orders are not being checked before being sent out, not the first time either.

Terrible. The driver left the food on the other side of the street, on the pavement, and the site then said "Food Delivered". What's going on?

delivery driver was useless and not handling the food with care didnt even have the food in a heated bag they sent us the wrong chips which were old and most of all we never got the sharing box of chicken dorito fries i am a regular loyal customer so never really had any issues but i am really disapointed like it was part of a main meal

Was a good delivery driver, had a small address issue which lead to a miscommunication. But the driver was in the right and we didn't understand the problem, so we would like to commend the guy for trying his best and delivering our food regardless.

They just leave the tables with food and paper and liquid and grease on them. Give them a clean!!

Ordered via deliveroo. Took them >20 min to find a driver. And then another 20 for the driver to arrive at the restaurant. Then another 20 to deliver a distance of 3 km. Bit good thing is my order arrive cold, with missing items. Of course deliveroo thinks I’m lying and refuses compensation. Never again.

Fab experience at this restaurant. We are a large family with a big order. I managed to make a mistake at the kiosk but Tejas very kindly helped me change it. Would thoroughly recommend, especially before heading to the cinema.

terrible customer service, the man I spoke to had nothing but back chat claiming that he prepared most of the order himself "so theres no way that these things are wrong, I prepared the order so I dont know what happened after it left" I've never before felt so angry and belittled to point where I've hung up on the server. an apology is the least I would have expected. the royal meal was missing the burger, the slushy was barley half full, the chilli bites are nuggets. I'm just lost for words

2 and a half hours after order was placed the food turned up! way past lunch time. I ended up going round to mcdonalds and picking lunch up coming home and eating it an hour and a half before the burger king arrived.
