Decent wee place much like any other Burger King I've been in though would have been nice if the flavours were working on the drink machines but then in most of the outlets they don't especially the raspberry shame as that option is king but it's presence was most welcome coz lord knows I'm no spending money on the overhyped second mortgage burgers of Five Guy's bloody smash burgers buy a burger mould you savages

Was as it should be. You can order via 2 screens. Enough seats. Delivery fast.

I had a great experience. The food was served hot and fresh. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, which made the dining experience even better. The staff was friendly and efficient, providing excellent service. Overall, I was really impressed.

Ordered via deliveroo. Took them >20 min to find a driver. And then another 20 for the driver to arrive at the restaurant. Then another 20 to deliver a distance of 3 km. Bit good thing is my order arrive cold, with missing items. Of course deliveroo thinks I’m lying and refuses compensation. Never again.

Fab experience at this restaurant. We are a large family with a big order. I managed to make a mistake at the kiosk but Tejas very kindly helped me change it. Would thoroughly recommend, especially before heading to the cinema.

terrible customer service, the man I spoke to had nothing but back chat claiming that he prepared most of the order himself "so theres no way that these things are wrong, I prepared the order so I dont know what happened after it left" I've never before felt so angry and belittled to point where I've hung up on the server. an apology is the least I would have expected. the royal meal was missing the burger, the slushy was barley half full, the chilli bites are nuggets. I'm just lost for words

2 and a half hours after order was placed the food turned up! way past lunch time. I ended up going round to mcdonalds and picking lunch up coming home and eating it an hour and a half before the burger king arrived.

Quite unpleasant. Cold chips and burgers and for is supposed to be large fries…probably the smallest of small fries.

Delivery driver didn’t no were he was going completely clueless had to go out and find him and the single set of bacon loaded fries were missing and the bacon loaded fries with the xl bacon meal was missing

My deliver was a few hours late so the food was stone cold plus the driver lied to me telling me he could not get the food to me as there was that many students in the shop. Ridiculous, you need reliable drivers or folk will stop using just eat. I sometimes order directly from the shop but I’ve had problems in the past so thought I’d try just eat n that was clearly my biggest mistake. Claire

I frequently visit burger king as its my goto place to have my meals its really pleasing to see such a clean and ambient space to eat in i usually order chicken meals and love the share box and dips and over my past arrivals i have noticed all the members are so good at service and kind specially i would like mention Tejas as he was so pleasant while taking order and also served us well .

Good service kiddos to ya crew members as they are so good at it and also the person who was on till when I arrived I don’t remember properly if I am not wrong it’s Tejas and a big thanks to him for customising our orders .

Had good time visiting burgerking as the food was super delicious and crew members were so coordinating and kind I ordered chilli bites along with my meal which was not that hot i asked for the replacement and the crew member tejas was so quick to coordinate with manager and give me a replacement also he insisted to cook the fresh ones and provide us with the delicious chilli bites

Visited on last sunday and got a wonderfully experience with the food, service and also the ambience was good Just fix the freestyle machine as it don't have all the flavours available. I would like to mention Tejas for his dedicated service for burger king as he made sure to clean all the tables and area where he was so keen and not for name sake

I generally don't like take away food, but your burgers are much better than McDonald's , and your fries (personal preference) but the service was fast. The branch needs more digital terminals. If you don't know how to use them, it can take a while to order. It would speed the process up as it is the slowest part of the service. Food was great too, if you ever get rid of the double XL bacon cheese burger I will have no reason to visit you. This burger is a keeper. it must be available as long as I am on this planet. The restaurant was nice! Had USB ports which was a cool feature. A lot of them too! There wasn't really any interaction from the staff, as it's all a digitised service. 30p sauce charge ? Common you sell burgers guys. Get pumps or taps. Sauce at least ketchup or mustard should be available. It's a condiment not a product to sell. It takes away apart the experience, for example not being able to control your own sauce amount on your burger. Everyone is different! Put bottles on tables like the good old days! Anyway this was a good joint to visit!

It was really late. They kept changing the time for delivery then when I phoned ,the manager put the phone down on me and when I phoned back she said it wasn’t her. Will never order there again. The food was freezing and disgusting!!!

Complete rip off. Charged us £5.45 "Tax' on top of our meal . Then £5.89 for Doritos fries - only 6 in the box!! Told them Burger King at the Fort Kinnaird Edinburgh does not charge tax on your bills , the server said they charge everyone , shrugged her shoulders and walked away !! We will never be back .

i came in loving it then i ordered a chicken royal meal and i asked for it plain and made it very clear. it took so long and once i got my order it came with mayo,letuse,tomato and the chicken i was very upstet and said to them that i asked for a plain chicken royal meal but you gave me one with stuff on it and they refused to give me a new one and said i didn’t ask for it plain when i made it clear that i wanted it to be plain because i’m alergic to mayo and could have took a reaction. i’m very upset😡

It's fast food, but many foods delivered from other restaurants are and the quality is 100% BETTER, in presentation, care, temperature, so at the same prices which are not cheap I don't understand why it is seen as acceptable for places such as BurgerKing to STILL in 2024 deliver subpar cold thrown together, no care food. £22 pounds I paid for a burger, chips, drink, side.
