the wrong order was delivered and late

Order was being prepared for an hour after I ordered and only when I clicked to raise a complaint did it suddenly change. The food was cold when it arrived. Won’t being using this app again.

Horrible waiting time for a burger, an hour and a half waiting it's to much

Delivery time stated after ordering was too long. The service was unacceptable yet I am still charged a service fee and therefore will not choose your company again when a choice is available.

Food arrived cold again. Disappointing.

Drink was melted and chips was stone cold

The delivery driver delivered it to the wrong address???

Ordered at 18:49 with an ETA of 19:20 once order was on route. Nothing by 20:00 so called to be told that the driver lost ticket with address so took it back - driver was not sent back out so order still not arrived over 2 hours later. Food has now been marked as delivered but isnt here. When spoken to Burger King was told it wasn't their problem and nothing they could do. No communication until I CALLED to query it. Absolutely appalling service from Burger King and just eat - I need a refund.

Always very clean, food served hot and haven’t had a wrong order yet. Staff have always seemed friendly. & very efficient manager who was helping to serve when store was super busy - nice to see even the managers chip in to help!! (lady with short hair I can’t remember her name)

Had deliveroo grab my meal, had both main burgers missing, the bag was sealed so it's their mistake, called and asked for. Help but told its not their problem I will need to order again, fuming, now waiting on a refund for the first order.

Staff were friendly and helpful, food was hot and I watched it being made. The store was clean and tidy. Thanks for a great experience!

Great food, great service and great staff.

I ordered a standard meal with a coke, the drink machine was not working as expected; not producing adequate syrup. I politely informed a worker, he didn't seem bothered and stared at me with a dirty look, replying with "do you want a new cup" (that will solve the syrup problem won't it 🤨). As I walked away he stared at me and the workers in the back laughed and sniggered at me making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Almost confused it for Five Guys

Burger King is my go-to for a burger and I called in to Whiteley for a takeout on my way home. The ordering via screen is easy and when my order was ready the assistant was polite and well presented.

Slow no apologies very small restaurant with very little place to sit. Last time I go here!

When I go into this restaurant to get lunch is usually empty so food is served quickly and staff are helpful and friendly. I'm yet to see how things are like when the restaurant is busy.

Chips knock spots off McDonald's & KFC - fresh, hot, and crisp. Good hot chocolate. Burger really nice, but I wish I had chosen something with lettuce in. Strawberry milkshake actually tasted of strawberries. My wife had chicken nuggets and they were good too, but they didn't have bbq sauce!

I recently dined at Burger King Whitely and was thoroughly impressed by the service and atmosphere. The manager and the staffs are very friendly. The food was hot and fresh. Would definitely return.

My grandson asked for an ice cream and was given a huge tub of Ben & Jerry’s. When I asked about this, they said he had asked for a large but he did not. It was frozen so hard that we could not eat it for half an hour. We ended up taking it home in the car. The staff had informed us that you had to wait 10 minutes for it to defrost. Who wants to sit and wait while the desert defrost? Also it was given to him with no spoon so how he was supposed to eat it, I do not know. Terrible service awful desert

Have eaten here several times since it opened, don't know what some of these people are going on about, have always had good service, food has been fine, no complaints. However have witnessed some very rude customers and the staff have dealt with them professionally. Will def be going back.

A decent experience, food hot and staff friendly

Ordered from here a few days ago...terrible service! I was given the wrong order. When I asked for the manager, His name was nick. He was incredibly dismissive and RUDE, implying i was a liar and not replacing my food. Not experienced anything like it. Will not be going back.

Got a Deliveroo and not all of it was there, a disgruntled me went a drive down to get it re-done and the manager there was really good without me even saying anything he turn asked for the order to be completely redone, upgraded me to large everything, gave me a cup for a drink whilst I sat and waiting and personally checked everything was right when he gave it back

Hot food, great customer service!

Asked for cheese and bacon in my chicken royale no cheese or bacon and including this it took 20+ minutes for my food and it was just me in the store
