Burger King in Winchester

Cold burned food, a whole meal missing plus one extra drink missing. Delivered 2 hours late

Was missing food out of the order

All fine, I don’t know why the restaurant puts 25 minutes down as delivery time when it’s clearly not feasible

Delivery was okay but the food was not edible, stone COLD.

Ordered a large chips received basically half of a small portion

ordered at 6.16pm told would be here at 7.10pm but food didn't get here until 7.55pm! The app kept changing the times as driver was delayed and the food was stone cold when arrived and the chicken side looked like it's been smashed in the floor no coating at all! not worth the money . awful

I never got the food I didn’t order today I order yesterday at 22:30 then got called at 00:40 the next day after being told my food wasn’t coming so I went to sleep and was woken up by calls about m food turning up over an hour late

The driver went in the opposite direction to drop 2 other people’s orders off before us and appeared to stay there for several minutes. By the time we got our food it was cold. I paid nearly £40 for a cold meal! Why am I paying full delivery price when he is dropping off multiple orders? Very bad service from just eat

Wrong burger was provided by Burger King. Didn’t get the festive burger and got an XL

I am not happy with my order at all. I am missing a double bacon cheeseburger a portion of chips, chili cheese bites. I am not happy at all there’s people here I’m trying to feed.

I am not a fan of mcdonnalds at all and always assumed burger king was the same. But after trying this burger king i think my opinion on fast food has changed. Quick, good service and actually delicious. The chips are always perfectly crispy and the burgers are not slapped together like the awful mcdonnalds ones. A very happy suprise

drinks put in with the food so food was cold and had to reheated. the boxes of fries were half full. took 1hr 25 for the food to turn up.

kept uping the time, not good waited over 1 hour for food

over an hour to get the food . called the restaurant and they said he was already gone with the food 10 minutes .had to wait another 30 minutes till delivered and cold food isn't great when you been starving . not to mention the app didn't display any updates for the delivery process . absolutely horrendous . compensation would be just .

almost 3 hours late due to no available drivers, autistic child's special treat so very unfortunate and frustrating as change of plans and late bedtime causes significant anxiety and upset.

I placed an order with a preferred delivery time of 19:30. At 21:09, the status suddenly changed to Delivered with a delivery time of 22:05 (an hour in the future). Suffice to say, my delivery had not arrived. Unacceptable service

didn't even turn up, then live chat was saying it arrived at 15:13 when it didn't, even the app said undelivered, they still tried to keep my money but rang their partner care line for restaurants and they said when they looked the courier marked it as delivered outside of burger king itself

Food is not served as quickly as expected but food is always great. Not always too busy, lines move quickly. Lots of seats to sit and eat

As somebody who appreciates the value of excellent service and a good time eating out, BK Whiteley is the place for me! The excellent staff made the fantastic food even better.

With 5 guys next door and McD's now in town, there's a lot of competition, but this place knocks them out the park. Fantastic meals with a real attention to detail. Everything looks like the pictures. The right amount of sauces and well balanced meals. These are the best in Whitely.

the wrong order was delivered and late

Order was being prepared for an hour after I ordered and only when I clicked to raise a complaint did it suddenly change. The food was cold when it arrived. Won’t being using this app again.

Delivery time stated after ordering was too long. The service was unacceptable yet I am still charged a service fee and therefore will not choose your company again when a choice is available.

Ordered at 18:49 with an ETA of 19:20 once order was on route. Nothing by 20:00 so called to be told that the driver lost ticket with address so took it back - driver was not sent back out so order still not arrived over 2 hours later. Food has now been marked as delivered but isnt here. When spoken to Burger King was told it wasn't their problem and nothing they could do. No communication until I CALLED to query it. Absolutely appalling service from Burger King and just eat - I need a refund.

Had deliveroo grab my meal, had both main burgers missing, the bag was sealed so it's their mistake, called and asked for. Help but told its not their problem I will need to order again, fuming, now waiting on a refund for the first order.

Best Burger King I've been to. Staff are friendly and switched on, the place is clean and the food is great. Whoever is looking after this store I take my hat off to you.

I ordered a standard meal with a coke, the drink machine was not working as expected; not producing adequate syrup. I politely informed a worker, he didn't seem bothered and stared at me with a dirty look, replying with "do you want a new cup" (that will solve the syrup problem won't it 🤨). As I walked away he stared at me and the workers in the back laughed and sniggered at me making me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Burger King is my go-to for a burger and I called in to Whiteley for a takeout on my way home. The ordering via screen is easy and when my order was ready the assistant was polite and well presented.

When I go into this restaurant to get lunch is usually empty so food is served quickly and staff are helpful and friendly. I'm yet to see how things are like when the restaurant is busy.
