Burger King in Hillingdon

Fries were delicious and hot but too salty and the burgers were only warm.

Tasty burger as usual from BK, but needed to be a hotter in temperature!

It was amazing experience staff was friendly.

To burgerking = you need to put more cheese sauce on the loaded fries and onion rings slightly cold

I’m allergic to bacon and all fries came with bacon so I couldn’t enjoy my food as it’s cross contaminated

I recently visited the Burger King in Ruislip and had a terrible experience. The service was not only slow, but the staff member, Meet Patel, was incredibly rude. When I tried to address the issue with the manager, I was shocked to find out that he himself claimed to be the manager. This lack of professionalism and poor customer service was very disappointing. I won’t be returning to this location again, and I would advise others to think twice before visiting.

The food was well done and tailored the cook of the meat aswell. Overall delightful

I ordered and was charged for Burger and fries but the fries were not delivered in the meal. This was disappointing.

Loaded fries didn’t have enough sauce over them at all!! Everything else was good.

Very tasty but they always forget something from the order, today the forgot my husband burger, when you call them they never pick up, after I was calling 6 times somebody answered, my husband had to drive to the shop to pick up his burger. Really annoying, what's the point of you waiting for it to be delivered then send 30 min to go and collect your burger.

Unfortunately nearly completely cold BUT tasted great they got my order correct no mistakes. I did enjoy it, would give been excellent if it wasn't 95% percent cold. Would have given it a 5 Star if it wasn't cold

Distance from restaurant to my home is 0.8 miles. Ordered at 5:10 PM and delivered by 6 PM. That too in fast food restaurant. Food arrived but with less taste. Try to deliver in 15-20 min.

We have placed a delivery order and I have not received a complete menu. The worst thing is that they have charged me and no matter how much I make the request, they do not return the money. A real lack of respect.

stop allowing drivers to complete 2 deliveries at once. the driver was 2 mins from my house and drove away from me to collect a 2nd delivery.

Normal flies and halloumi fries with two salty also why did the delivery driver have problems getting into me? Nobody else has had a problem apart from that it was alright. I’ll give it a 7 out of 10.
