The delivery driver put delivered and didn’t deliver my food, this is unexceptable and I want my re fund now.

Completely forgot one meal on the delivery order. Can’t be reached by phone and cost me a second delivery charge online to stop my son being upset. Zero for customer service. I can get the cost of the missing food back but not the extra delivery. Another company that feels it doesn’t need to care now that delivery is outsourced. Second order took over an hour to leave the “restaurant?” I won’t be back

The delivery from Burger King Ruislip was incomplete and missing 2 bacon cheeseburgers. I rang the restaurant and they were most unhelpful and wouldnt fulfil the order. I was cut off on the phone and they stopp3d answering the phone. Donot use them

Not please had to ask for a refund I don't like mayonnaise & clicked onto no mayo on my chicken burger meal but they still put mayo in my burger and I had to throw it away. I hate throwing food away ... Delivery time was fine food was very hot.

Very kind staff, the manager was very helpful. We asked them kindly to change the sauce for the crispy chicken and they did it. Much appreciated!

I recently visited Burger King and, unfortunately, had a disappointing experience due to the behaviour of the staff. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rude and dismissive attitudes. It felt as though my presence was an inconvenience to them, and any questions I had were met with curt, unhelpful responses.

Gave the delivery driver the wrong order so he had to go all the way back to collect it and bring it to me bless him!

I had an estimated time of 20-35 mins when I ordered at 18:02. The food was collected at 18:14. The max time from this restaurant to my address would be around 15 mins. The was also cold. The Sharer box was missing a chicken nugget. NOT HAPPY!

I recently placed an order on the burger king app and accidentally ordered it to the wrong store. Once I realised my mistake I called this Ruislip store and spoke to the manager called Warren. I explained my mistake and he was very professional and kind enough to help and resolve the situation by calling the correct store to get my food.

Seriously had enough of this branch of Burger King sending single instead of double whoppers. How are they able to get the toppings right but not the actual burger. At least this time the cold drinks came in a separate bag so the food was warmer this time.

Food quality is very good and serve all freshly cook food. All crew member are follow food safety and cross contamination process. All staff and manager has a good and helpful and give the information about all of discount, free meals details.

ordered double cheeseburger and fries times two, only one burger turned up with fries, tried to call but no answer. Had to make a claim. via website they will look into it! Ended up getting a KFC thanks Burger King.

got my food, bag was ripped open looks like the delivery driver has eaten some fries out of both meals.

I pre ordered my meal and thought I'd get my order on time.

Normally you can’t beat Burger King but unfortunately chips were cold and burger luke warm. Perhaps is if the couriers didn’t do so many multiple drops with peoples orders, food would arrive at a higher temperature.

I only got 6 chilli bites istead of 9.

I absolutely HATE that they put the cold bottles of drink in the same bag as the food!! I mean WTAF!

Good communication and fast service

Accepting orders on Uber eats at 20:45 - restaurant closing at 22:00. Never delivered the order, courier was waiting for it to be ready for so long. I have never received it and in the end Uber eats cancelled the order as restaurant closed.

Burger and chips was stone cold and everyhting i wanted in the burger wasnt there either

drinks were put in the same bag as food so made some of the food slightly cold. Best to add a note asking for drinks to be in a seperate bag

I walked into Burger King today just wanting some food. When I got in it smelled so unpleasant and looked unclean. The floors were sticky, the ordering screen was dirty and it did not look like it had been cleaned. I ordered my food, the person at the front at the tills was in a bad mood and gave off a tense atmosphere. The manager with glasses had no name badge, no hair net (it was in a messy bun) and in her own green jumper and was on the phone most of the time. When I received my order, I did not receive a straw or lid and when I asked for one I got a glare and one handed to me. The drinks machine looked unclean and I ordered Coke Zero, it was flat and I had to go for Diet coke instead. The food was really good though, tasted amazing so back of house was amazing, but front of house was just very disappointing.

Did not receive classic cola with order

A double whopper was missing from our order and there was no way of getting hold of Burger King for them to resolve this issue. Instead the only option is to request for a refund. I had to order another whopper and was charged a service charge again. Very annoyed about this.

Not only was it later, it was delivered to my back door of the flat and left through the window. Didn't even knock absolute joke

Food was disappointing - I did not enjoy it . I haven’t had Burger King for a while but it’s not how I remember - the bacon was sloppy and fatty and the chips were way too salty. I don’t think I would order it again

6 Chilli cheese bites missing from my order

Missing Food. Check your food before you leave. If you have a special grill order check that too. I paid for an extra patty in the burger. Bit didn't recieve it! The Robots are in autopilot. Another Visit Forgot the Cheese 8n my Whopper with Cheese. Chips have been double cooked taste dry and powdery Also tried to charge me for the Dip with a 9 Nugget Meal. This is a terrible Show for Burger King UK ! Dropped the rating to 1 star. FOOD IS SUB STANDARD!

Absolutely terrible I placed an order at 17:48 didn’t receive my food until 18:05 and we rang them and one person said my food was on its way and waited for another 20 mins and tried ring back and didn’t answer the phone so then I drove down there and collated my food it was sitting on the side and they told me we waiting for drivers but when I was in the shop 3 drivers was already there waiting for other people delivery

The food was all cold and will not be ordering again from there very disappointing
