Burger King in Bath and North East Somerset

Staff is absolutely amazing ,they work extremely hard.The managers has cultivated a very dedicated and well trained team. Food was out quickly and promptly and tasted delicious highly would recommend.

Fast, friendly service. Tyreece on front counter was really helpful and the manager Dinesh made sure my food was made quicky. Everything was hot and tasted fresh!

Amazing staff got served by some man name starts with a B and he was super kind

food was cold, not even slightly warm, stone cold. obviously wasn't put in an insulated bag. Had to spend 25 mins warming everything, which defeats the whole point of ordering takeaway. Then it didn't taste the same. Waste of £40.

It’s not the first time I’ve ordered from Burger King and will order from them again

ordered at 12.00 was estimated at 12.30 then got pushed to 12.50 finally got my food at 13.45. not great delivery time would like some compensation or something back.

2 fries and 6 nuggets were missing

All the food was stone cold .my sons order had cheese on which he’s allergic to although was stated no cheese on list of order that was checked ?,maybe they put that on as they forgot to odd what they should have done …refund of £9 something that’s all the can do on a nearly £50 order …shame on them ..was a treat for my son coming home .

the app kept changing the ETA. In the end it arrived 20 minutes after the original estimate , cold and with a part swapped for something other than the mixed sharing box I ordered.

My partner missed his train for the wait on food before a long journey. An item was missing. The food was cold. This restaurant ALWAYS misses items….ALWAYS. We hope that at least one time they’ll get the order right but nope.

I eat at burger king often and the staff are always friendly and very on point with making food. Food is always fresh and made to a great standered. Dining area is frequently cleaned and the manager keiran cole is very helpful and amazing at sorting any issues. Highly recommended

Don't bother going in the evening. They prioritise the delivery drivers and just ignore your order. You have to speak up to get them to do yours. I won't bother going again.

Placed the order at 7.11pm, food arrived just after 8.45pm, no apology offered, the food was stone cold and barely edible, not the first time it's happened, not really all that impressed, I very much doubt the restaurant was that busy on a Sunday evening, app just kept delaying the delivery time, I doubt a refund on the delivery will be offered, I don't mind paying a delivery charge if the food arrives on time or even early.

Waited almost two hours for what’s supposedly meant to be fast food for everything to arrive stone cold. Hard burger and soggy cold chips… I don’t know if this was a restaurant error or driver error either way it’s awful and knowing just eats refund system I won’t get any of my money back.

Ok for Burget King Small ordering area but simple enough Paying cash seemed like a hassle. The food hygiene wasn't evident. Food itself was ok. The bread wasn't fresh. Seating upstairs fine but chairs dirty and stick with soda spills.

original delivery time was 14:05 food arrived at 14:45 and was cold and soggy the restaurant is close by and ut Sean's it must of been sat there waiting to be delivered for a very long time :-( waste of my time and money

Food arrived stone cold and most of it wasn’t eatable. Delivery driver admitted she had gone to the wrong address first which meant there was a delay in getting my food which may have contributed to the temperature.

Doors were unlocked I came to grab a bite after work. I literally get screamed at by a staff member "WE'RE CLOSED" and she couldn't even be bothered to come to the front to say it until she had to say it a second time as I couldn't hear properly. I get its a late night. But manners cost nothing.

The frozen Fanta strawberry & raspberry didn't get sent, just a bottle of Fanta orange was a POOR replacement. NOT IMPRESSED. That's NOT a fair replacement?

Ordered a large double angus meal! Got a double whopper burger which was awful! Small chips instead of large, a flat Fanta with no ice! STAY AWAY!

We visit weekly for our weekly treat! The food is freshly cooked and ALWAYS HOT! The staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The premises itself is very clean and has plenty of seating areas inside and outside. Also has a big menu choice for drinks as well as burgers etc

Brilliant service, And fast delivery and delicious burgers, You can't go wrong with. Definitely give this a shot if you ever visit bath.

One of the worst orders we've had. Both the burgers tasted odd and were missing bacon and onions. chips tasted like they'd been sat all day and reheated. overall very disappointing especially as the menu isn't cheap.

Went up to Bath for a day trip with a few friends a couple of weeks ago needed something to eat after the long drive, I am a very very fussy eater so I had to ask for assistance from the manager and Kieran helped me massively with adding extras onto my burger to suit my needs perfectly. Great service, great guy. Would 100% recommend the place is amazing and right near the city centre. - Tyler Gullin

Food was cold….again! Tasted like it was 2 days old! Wrong drink! The delivery time changed 6 times and ended up being an hr rather than the 25-35 minutes first said! Awful!

Didn't eat here, went to order cheese burger on order machines Inside the store not available, it's seemed only the premium expensive £7 burgers were available, felt like targeting tourists to get big item sales, so they don't end up with the mass, 'pop in for a quick burger' scene maccies have. We had to go to maccies for a cheeseburger and whilst it filled the cheese satisfying moment, that was the exact disgusting dirty tables, lack of a cleaner situation burger king may be avoiding.

IMPORTANT! Let me clear up a lot of these reviews, as a local who lives 10 minutes from the store I go in at different times of the day so I know how this store works from open to close. To start off with a lot of the reviews are from when the store had opened and was having teething issues, since then they have worked to over come a lot of the initial issues, don't get me wrong some issues still happen such as waiting 5 minutes because somthing wasn't cooked in preparation for that order, if you are someone who gets an extra patty that is your own fault of your own causing. 2nd: cleanliness, if you go in after a rush period don't be surprised if the place is a little dirty, issues I have knowticed is that a lot of young youths cause issues in the store and local bath area, they take fun in making mess, breaking stuff, and verbally abusing staff, if it were me all these kids would be slapped with ankel monitors and ASBO's, this store NEEDS a security guard like Mac Donalds does, further more when it comes to mess on the tables its full grown adults who eat like farm animals and have no self respect for hygiene these people would appear on house hoarders. Over all this store is very good, great staff when you treat them a regular human being by acting kind to them and not some lower class citizen or scumbag

I waited an hour and 30mins for my order and when it arrived it was all cold! I’m not happy it was disgusting and dry! Waiting that long is ridiculous and especially not freshly cooked!

Placed order at 17:10, food finally arrived at 18:45, so over 90 minutes waiting for food, unable to get hold of the restaurant, when the food did arrive no apology offered by the driver and of course the food was stone cold, the burger was missing tomatoes and sauce and the burger was overcooked and really dry, I think the least I should get is a refund on the delivery considering the wait I had but I doubt very much I will be getting a refund.

I ordered at 17.40 and it finally arrived at 2034, nearly 3hrs after I ordered my child had to have a sandwich as they are diabetic and had taken medication and was in bed asleep when it finally came , totally unacceptable could not get any contact from Burger King or just eat , I really will not be ordering again

from actual time of ordering to receiving stone cold food, for over an hour it said courier at restaurant, I believe if that was so, surely its not in the drivers interest to stay that long nor just eat themselves, losses all round including the customer, I do appreciate at times things go out of control but from time of order to couier/driver wait then eventually getting your order cold is just unacceptable for the money you pay. unfortunately this experience hasn't delivered this time.

I can honestly say that this was the worst Burger King I’ve ever had. The burger buns were stale, the patties were like cardboard! We left our food and walked out! Come on Burger King, your food used to be better that MD’s!
