Incredibly stupid experience today where the machine took my payment but didn't print a receipt or send the order. I showed the payment in my bank app but couldn't refund or give the meal, and now I have to chase the bank for a refund (!!)

Over 2 hours wait for food, when food arrived it’s freezing cold

Ordered over an hour an half ago and when it came it was freezing cold

Although it was delivered in the time slot the time slot kept chamging and we ordered at 7.55pm and we had to wait until 9.19pm the burger was warm and the chips onion rings and nuggets were cold.

ordered at 6.38pm. order came at 8.16pm. over 1hr later than the expected time of 7.15pm. the order is stone cold!

Driver rang , I answered and said "hello" he said "CODE ?" I gave code , he then turned and went . I had to call to him to say "good bye then " . very rude driver !!

Food always takes ages to cook, and when received food it’s ALWAYS stone cold! Whopper burgers don’t taste as they did, they lack sauce, lack salad, so burger dry and the buns are dry, not so tasty either

This one in Bath appears to be different, unlike most others in the country, the food appeared as cold as their staff. The Dorito Spicy sticks were poorly made and presented. The atmosphere here was very slime for a Saturday evening. The staff makes you wait for the tray for 10+ minutes after making "Ready". Overall a poor experience here.

Fab delivery service. But don't think your drivers are using the insulated bags. That's the second time in a row that the food was stone cold and had to be reheated.

Fast, friendly service. Tyreece on front counter was really helpful and the manager Dinesh made sure my food was made quicky. Everything was hot and tasted fresh!

Staff is absolutely amazing ,they work extremely hard.The managers has cultivated a very dedicated and well trained team. Food was out quickly and promptly and tasted delicious highly would recommend.

food was cold, not even slightly warm, stone cold. obviously wasn't put in an insulated bag. Had to spend 25 mins warming everything, which defeats the whole point of ordering takeaway. Then it didn't taste the same. Waste of £40.

It’s not the first time I’ve ordered from Burger King and will order from them again

ordered at 12.00 was estimated at 12.30 then got pushed to 12.50 finally got my food at 13.45. not great delivery time would like some compensation or something back.

All the food was stone cold .my sons order had cheese on which he’s allergic to although was stated no cheese on list of order that was checked ?,maybe they put that on as they forgot to odd what they should have done …refund of £9 something that’s all the can do on a nearly £50 order …shame on them ..was a treat for my son coming home .

the app kept changing the ETA. In the end it arrived 20 minutes after the original estimate , cold and with a part swapped for something other than the mixed sharing box I ordered.

My partner missed his train for the wait on food before a long journey. An item was missing. The food was cold. This restaurant ALWAYS misses items….ALWAYS. We hope that at least one time they’ll get the order right but nope.

I eat at burger king often and the staff are always friendly and very on point with making food. Food is always fresh and made to a great standered. Dining area is frequently cleaned and the manager keiran cole is very helpful and amazing at sorting any issues. Highly recommended

Don't bother going in the evening. They prioritise the delivery drivers and just ignore your order. You have to speak up to get them to do yours. I won't bother going again.

Placed the order at 7.11pm, food arrived just after 8.45pm, no apology offered, the food was stone cold and barely edible, not the first time it's happened, not really all that impressed, I very much doubt the restaurant was that busy on a Sunday evening, app just kept delaying the delivery time, I doubt a refund on the delivery will be offered, I don't mind paying a delivery charge if the food arrives on time or even early.

Ok for Burget King Small ordering area but simple enough Paying cash seemed like a hassle. The food hygiene wasn't evident. Food itself was ok. The bread wasn't fresh. Seating upstairs fine but chairs dirty and stick with soda spills.

original delivery time was 14:05 food arrived at 14:45 and was cold and soggy the restaurant is close by and ut Sean's it must of been sat there waiting to be delivered for a very long time :-( waste of my time and money

Food arrived stone cold and most of it wasn’t eatable. Delivery driver admitted she had gone to the wrong address first which meant there was a delay in getting my food which may have contributed to the temperature.

Doors were unlocked I came to grab a bite after work. I literally get screamed at by a staff member "WE'RE CLOSED" and she couldn't even be bothered to come to the front to say it until she had to say it a second time as I couldn't hear properly. I get its a late night. But manners cost nothing.

Ordered a large double angus meal! Got a double whopper burger which was awful! Small chips instead of large, a flat Fanta with no ice! STAY AWAY!

We visit weekly for our weekly treat! The food is freshly cooked and ALWAYS HOT! The staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The premises itself is very clean and has plenty of seating areas inside and outside. Also has a big menu choice for drinks as well as burgers etc

Brilliant service, And fast delivery and delicious burgers, You can't go wrong with. Definitely give this a shot if you ever visit bath.
