Burger King in Norwich

Burger King is such an underrated fast food chain! I wasn’t sure I would like it so I never tried it. But I decided to just give it a try and I was blown away with actually how good it is! I would say it might be better than McDonald’s. Their burger meat is fantastic! Definitely recommend giving it a go.

It's a smaller BK. Service is great though. Food prepared very well. Ordering was straightforward using touchscreen and card payment. My order was ready very quickly. The staff were very nice.

Food was spot on service slow and no atmosphere but 5 stars on the whopper

Not only is the food delicious and served quickly, but the staff also provide excellent service. I ordered twice using the app, but the app showed that the payments failed due to an issue with my bank card. So I placed my order and paid directly at the restaurant. However, after I got home, I discovered that I had been charged three times for the meal. I contacted the bank immediately, but their staff were arrogant and unhelpful, constantly passing the responsibility around. After two unsuccessful attempts to resolve the issue with the bank, I went back to the restaurant. Chelsea, a staff member there, was extremely responsible—she checked my payment records, contacted the manager, and quickly issued me a full refund right at the restaurant! Their efficiency and attitude were far better than the bank’s!

Considering how close bk is to my house it was nearly cold and I had to microwave it! I wouldn’t recommend it at all! Over salted chips and burger looked cheap and was tasteless!!!

Food was stone cold. According to the app the driver spent a long time on my street, I sent my son to go out and look for him. The delivery driver was sat on the street talking to someone on his phone.

Total pisstake from Burger King, over an hour and a half wait and our order got cancelled after i tried to phone the restraunt 4 times. Total joke

As a regular customer , I am shocked , this is not a cheap takeaway but normally good quality, this was awful , stone cold burgers missing lots of things , awful awful awful , fries in bin will think twice about continuing to be a customer!!!!

Will never order again. Estimated delivery time kept changing every 5 minutes. After nearly 2 hours the order was finally out for delivery, only for the driver to go and deliver it to a house 6 miles from my home!

it's now the second time in a row that I order via this branch and the second time I have the wrong order sent to me.

My food finally arrived after it said it was delivered. So I put a complaint in that I did get my food. The driver then rang afterwards and I collected the food but it was cold.

Food was good and on time. My only complaints go to the food not being very warm and the service charge. I swear this rates just keep going up. Will probably think twice before I order from this restaurant again.

Just eat does not resolve missing items and are very rude ob their emails.. I used them 3 times a week and wont be using them again... Scammers

so first of all the driver went to the wrong house and i had to go outside and go get it off him once i got back in and opened the bag i realized there were a lot of wrong items and the food was also cold and stale. i’m not happy with my order at all

Excellent little Burger King, the food was standard takeaway stuff, service from the staff was very good Not much room to sit inside only 5 seats with another 8 seats outside.

Our food never got delivered!!! It took me calling them after an hour to find out Just Eat had no drivers to collect and deliver. Shocking service!!

The 2 bottles of coke were in contact with the two burgers so this made the food arrive cold. we had to reheat the burgers in microwave. Next time you should put anything cold separate in a cold bag. This way it will stop contamination of hot food.

everything was fine, except the drinks for two meals were missing, and I can't refund them because when I select items missing, I can only choose the meals, and not specify that just the drinks are missing.

Always enjoy the burgers there and food arrives quickly. The fries are the best part really. Had to fight my ferret to be able to eat the burger, odd as he normally is not interested in fastfood

My order was not delivered. I did not receive a call, I did not receive a product. I was waiting at the hotel reception for 1 hour and did not see anyone. Trying to access support is none existent, this is the second time this has happened to me at the same delivery address so ensured I was waiting. No delivery driver pooped their head in as I asked my staff to also keep an eye on the doors. The doors are all glass and deee through there is no way I wouldn’t have seen the delivery driver.

Two employees were so lousy. I didn't get a bacon double cheeseburger that was plain. The rest of my food was fine, though. I didn't really see the machines before my order was taken.

Idk burger was kinda small. Ordered kids meal with apple slices.

Ordered via deliveroo who did not know where my address was and also stole the drinks, when spoke to the manager was told to claim for the drinks to be refunded.

Quick delivery hot food will order again

Your delivery person was rude. He called to say he was outside. I was outside waiting for him as I saw on the map he was nearby. I explained that he needed to come towards Southwell road. After a 2 minute phone call of me saying where I was and him saying he was here, he finally arrived. He did not want my delivery code. And he was just rude. Food luke warm by the time it got here.

Polite courteous driver. Burger still piping hot & fresh. Ice cream still ice cream and not liquid. Fries not so warm but still edible. Best experience from just eat for a long time!

2 hours late delivery and food was stone cold

Delivery time changed 3 times. Said 25-40 minutes ended up being an hour and a half. Chips and onion rings were cold and soggy. Halloumi fries were hard they were so cold and the burger was very lukewarm . Not happy

We walked in and out here 6/08/2024 as I messed my order up and so the two young ones at the till started sniggering about me and made me feel too uncomfortable. Will stick to the Yarmouth one where they are always helpful and pleasant.

both orders were cold and the fries were both not even half full when we ordered large this was a great let down and not what was expected.

driver was rude, took food to the wrong address and when I finally found him, then told me my address was wrong. Which it isn't. Showed him on his own phone how he was in the wrong place, and he still maintained it was my fault. The levels of literacy of just eat drivers is just pathetic.

Waited 2 hours and then it never came.

The ice creams I ordered had completely melted because the delivery driver was 20 minutes late and was on a bike, the rest food was cold and dry the chips were cold and the burgers needed a minute in the microwave. I’m absolutely shocked with the quality of the food i wont be ordering again!
