Burger King in North Devon

Food was cold and expensive for what I got. So no stars for quality or for the delivery. Sorry I am asking for a refund and no. I shall not order from you again! Only being honest.

Got lettuce when didn’t want it and food was cold

The place was empty and there was 2 of us and had to wait 30minutes for our meal, then 1 turned up and it was wrong the other meal was not even hot. We waited another 15 minutes then the young lad saw we didn’t still have our food so he went o ask to be told they still hadn’t started to cook it. We asked for a refund then to be told by the lady Manager with a nose ring that we wouldn’t get a full refund and it wasn’t her fault. We pointed out that it was her fault as she was wearing these managers badge but her reply was she was busy in the back doing other things…… very rude lady and should never be a manager as she has zero people skills, never go there again. Oh and the way she spoke to her other members of staff was disrespectful and rude. She needs to go or the place will never get any better.

Half the order was missing then when I called them they said they couldn’t do anything about it!

If you want slow service? then this is the place for you! If you want to be ignored until your food is eventually shoved across the counter with no eye contact? Then this is the place for you! Want ice cold coffee that you have to Microwave? Then have it your way! If you want a mediocre meal for 50% more than you'd pay at McDonald's, then come to BK!

Avoid at all cost. Staff don't care, they don't know what they're doing, every meal takes 15 minutes to prepare, when you get it it's warm.

food ordered at 7.07 , delivery time 7.35 ,made at 7.20 , left burger king at 7.58 - went to 3 other address and arrived at 8.20

It's really, really expensive here, which is probably why in the middle of lunch there are only 2 other people in here. You need a code for the toilets (3698), which is ridiculous, and when you get through the high security door, 3 of the 4 toilets are locked off anyway, so with just three customers in the entire restaurant, I had to queue for the toilet. I won't be coming back.

Really fancied a Burger King tonight and as I had a 20% discount voucher thought why not. Was told not accepted here as we are franchised by a very dismissive member of staff. Voucher accepted at store across the bridge no wonder it’s never busy

Food was more cold than warm and crushed flat. Chips seemed less than normal when collecting for store. Won’t be ordering again

We like Burger King but unfortunately our large fries were more like small. plus the temperature of the food was disappointing.

First BK experience since becoming Vegetarian a few years back and the Plant Based Whopper was delicious! I added cheese because why not. With the large fries and diet coke, I'm now happily in a food coma.

Inconsiderate staff!! I asked to put drinks In a separate bag as last time it came all on top of my food and make all my food stone cold like they done again today! Never order from here! Your food will come cold. Vary shocking. You would think for the price they would use their brains.

Paid extra for cheese, which was forgotten off my burger. Got a meal deal with onion rings and they managed to forget them too. Otherwise really disappointed as this is my first time ordering.

Popped in after bowling about 7.15 on a Sunday evening for something to take away. A bit on the dark side in the venue. Won't be coming back as this gave me a case of the galloping gourmets. Either reheated from earlier in the day or not cooked enough. Shouldn't happen with today's technology.

The time kept changing on the app and kept being pushed to wait another 20 minutes, but other than that the food was really good.

Paying nearly 50 quid on an order and it coming completely cold is out of order! If you’re thinking of getting a Burger King DONT. It takes over hour and half to come and it will come cold! Save your money and get something cheaper!

Said I could earn a free whopper but after doing my end of the deal admitted it's false advertising to get your personal details. Made out I was the cheap one for expecting free food.

Half of our order was missing, fries were cold and way too much salt honestly the dead sea contains less salt than our fries did. Also the bag sticky labels looked like they had been opened! Not happy as this was meant as a birthday treat.

Burgers must have been made about 4 hours ago, absolutely stone cold, Onion Rings were so chewy and stale, tasted like they were fried about a week ago. Awful!

Do not reccomend at all. First off the toilets were locked and you have to get a code to get in. Waited 5 mins for a worker to serve us (they were chatting), ordered my food and they got it wrong (added bacon and cheese when i asked for that to be taken off). Bacon was stringy and grey, half of the lettuce was withered and the cheese was stone cold and plastic. Half of the ingredients we're falling out of the sandwich before i even opened the wrapper, my 5 year old autistic nephew could do a better job. Staff were rude and just would not reccomend, especially considering there was nobody else in the shop at the time. Go to mcdonalds instead, tastes better

We didn’t eat here. Walked in to order something quick while waiting for the train, we were the only ones in there, everywhere else was closed. After being ignored initially, were advised not to order because our train was in 18 minutes and they couldn’t guarantee they could produce the food in time. We told the server we only wanted a burger and chips.

I added instructions to find my house and all I got was a rude driver telling me I got the address wrong before walking off.He didn’t read the instructions till he was on the wrong street and couldn’t find the house. Would rather go to the restaurant and pick it up myself than pay someone with that attitude. Poor customer service

Went in n ordered meal, asked for restroom while I waited. Very sour look and a rude gesture "that way" all I got. To put it bluntly I found out too late there was no toilet paper or hand towels. Informed the host and got the worst look I've ever seen. Honestly if you can't be polite to people then get a job where you don't interact with the public! Meal was roughly thrown together. I had the "ultimate" bean burger may of well been the ultimate waste of money burger. The fact there is only 3 veggie options is shocking and what's worse is they all taste awful. There used to be a veggie patty which could be swapped out of almost any burger but now there's only a cheap forzen bean rubbish which is so messy to eat. Not to mention the price for such a unimaginative, unoriginal, tasteless piece of cardboard. I understand fast food isn't fine dining but I'd exepect something edible. Service was fine but it seems constantly under staffed. For being the so called king of burgers, I am appalled.

the loaded bacon and cheese fries X2 had no bacon whatsoever, the FREE chilli cheese bites cost me £6.29, the price goes up as does the profits but the customer is left with the worst take away so far this year.

Burger King sent the delivery driver with the wrong order. They then refused to send out the correct order and said that I had to take it up with just eat. Horrebdous customer service from the staff member who answered the phone at Burger King.

Order was 15 minutes late despite ordering 2 hours in advance and drink was missing from one of the meals.

The place is great. The service was quick the staff was friendly the chips were perfect however the burger was a bit greasy. It’s kind of annoying how the toilets are locked but all it takes is a short conversation with an employee. Would recommend

The food was cold, the delivery driver parked half way diwn the road, then wouldn't get out of his car or turn around obviously couldn't understand a word of English. Made me walk down the road in my slippers to collect the meal.

Ordered at 18:06. Originally when the order went through, it estimated latest delivery was 18:30.. then postponed to 18:45, then 19:00, finally arrived 19:10. Don't know who's at fault here, but it shouldn't take over an hour, it's around 1mile drive.

The order wasn’t delivered, I am currently awaiting a response for a refund
