I received half chips from burger king l was so disappointed

Half of our order was missing, fries were cold and way too much salt honestly the dead sea contains less salt than our fries did. Also the bag sticky labels looked like they had been opened! Not happy as this was meant as a birthday treat.

Everything you do is late or cold or both. Last time I will be using Just Eat.

Said delivered, never showed up

Missing a drink, but otherwise all there. Good food and delivered right on time.

Burgers must have been made about 4 hours ago, absolutely stone cold, Onion Rings were so chewy and stale, tasted like they were fried about a week ago. Awful!

Do not reccomend at all. First off the toilets were locked and you have to get a code to get in. Waited 5 mins for a worker to serve us (they were chatting), ordered my food and they got it wrong (added bacon and cheese when i asked for that to be taken off). Bacon was stringy and grey, half of the lettuce was withered and the cheese was stone cold and plastic. Half of the ingredients we're falling out of the sandwich before i even opened the wrapper, my 5 year old autistic nephew could do a better job. Staff were rude and just would not reccomend, especially considering there was nobody else in the shop at the time. Go to mcdonalds instead, tastes better

We didn’t eat here. Walked in to order something quick while waiting for the train, we were the only ones in there, everywhere else was closed. After being ignored initially, were advised not to order because our train was in 18 minutes and they couldn’t guarantee they could produce the food in time. We told the server we only wanted a burger and chips.

It's empty, rood immature staff and food tastes decent but food is incredibly overpriced I will not be coming here again. Just like everyone else

Food was late and cold. Nothing to do with Burger King but the delivery driver not finding the correct address. I added instructions to find my house and all I got was a rude driver telling me I got the address wrong before walking off.He didn’t read the instructions till he was on the wrong street and couldn’t find the house. Would rather go to the restaurant and pick it up myself than pay someone with that attitude. Poor customer service

Half of my food is missing and the worst thing is it’s my children’s food that is missing as we were as splitting the nuggets and stuff. Was almost a hour late!! And now I have to go out and try and get them some food before they go to bed. Absolutely shocking. If you can’t get an order right don’t work in a restaurant!!!!

Didn’t receive the drinks and didn’t see the delivery person just left on the door and left

Went in n ordered meal, asked for restroom while I waited. Very sour look and a rude gesture "that way" all I got. To put it bluntly I found out too late there was no toilet paper or hand towels. Informed the host and got the worst look I've ever seen. Honestly if you can't be polite to people then get a job where you don't interact with the public! Meal was roughly thrown together. Won't be back.

Cold and dry chicken burgers Zero rate for chicken burgers.

I had the "ultimate" bean burger may of well been the ultimate waste of money burger. The fact there is only 3 veggie options is shocking and what's worse is they all taste awful. There used to be a veggie patty which could be swapped out of almost any burger but now there's only a cheap forzen bean rubbish which is so messy to eat. Not to mention the price for such a unimaginative, unoriginal, tasteless piece of cardboard. I understand fast food isn't fine dining but I'd exepect something edible. Service was fine but it seems constantly under staffed. For being the so called king of burgers, I am appalled.

the loaded bacon and cheese fries X2 had no bacon whatsoever, the FREE chilli cheese bites cost me £6.29, the price goes up as does the profits but the customer is left with the worst take away so far this year.

The girl shouting the order wrong as just saying the last digit on the receipt. When went to pick up order after a while she said it's been waiting. Think for best practice is to shout the whole order numbers as see few customers struggling like me too. They all confused

Order was 15 minutes late despite ordering 2 hours in advance and drink was missing from one of the meals.

Burger King sent the delivery driver with the wrong order. They then refused to send out the correct order and said that I had to take it up with just eat. Horrebdous customer service from the staff member who answered the phone at Burger King.

The place is great. The service was quick the staff was friendly the chips were perfect however the burger was a bit greasy. It’s kind of annoying how the toilets are locked but all it takes is a short conversation with an employee. Would recommend

Ordered for 19:05 and arrived at 20:00. Food was cold. Terrible service Burger King, I want a refund.

The food was cold, the delivery driver parked half way diwn the road, then wouldn't get out of his car or turn around obviously couldn't understand a word of English. Made me walk down the road in my slippers to collect the meal.

Ordered at 18:06. Originally when the order went through, it estimated latest delivery was 18:30.. then postponed to 18:45, then 19:00, finally arrived 19:10. Don't know who's at fault here, but it shouldn't take over an hour, it's around 1mile drive.

The delivery driver didn't accept that it was en route until they had delivered.. this is frustrating as it means we cannot plan ahead. there is steps for a reason...

If Fast Food got dementia and walked with a zimmer frame, it would still be faster than service here. Have been here several times and the staff all seem to want to shut up and go home. Ironically, if they cooked the food faster they could. 25 minutes today for 2 meals as the only customer. Nothing complex, all just standard orders. After waiting 25 minutes, nuggets were cold after clearly sitting under a warmer. Would have been quicker to preheat the oven and cook them ourselves.

Food is always freshly made. Download the app to get more acceptable prices. But when we tried to order through the app it did not work. The staff were very helpful and put the app prices through for me.

In spite of Google listing that it was open I arrived to find it was shut a quarter past seven in the evening

Shocking. Ordered a meal plus nuggets but received a small burger and nuggets. No drink no chips.

I hate this place. Built in the premises of an old Pizza Hut that shut down it was brought out by Burger King. We could have gotten anything with rumours that we’d get a Nando’s or a Five Guy’s but we got this. Not only this but even for a Burger King, (which I can enjoy) this place is awful, unclean and poorly run. Wouldn’t recommend.

Every delivery driver keeps ending up at a different address now! We have ordered the last 3 years and never had this problem. Now in the last 4 weeks it is every order ends up Fort Mead Hill, not Fort Mead, close on their app. Why is this?

Disappointing. The burgers were cold and there was only 3 nuggets instead of 4in the kids meal. Surely you can do better than that?

Food arrived cold…not a bit of heat in it. Fries tasted like cardboard and some were still hard inside so not cooked properly. Second chance we have given this Burger King after a previous experience of cold and missing food…we won’t be giving them a third!

Probably the worst experience of Burger King felt like no staff around. No evidence of staff cleaning tables and fifteen minute wait for food.

Waited for an hour for stone cold burger an chips, disgusting and was not eatable. I did ring them to complain and the manager blamed the delivery service appalling. Will not be using again

Delivery time was quoted when placing the order. Kindly took my money and then delivery time increased by nearly an hour. Looking at the app to order it still says 15-30 mins. Try more like 1 hour 25. Appalling deceit and service

Deals aren’t available on the ordering machines or via mobile so waited at the counter to be served, after 10mins if standing there and getting ignored I went elsewhere.

Food was excellent, delivery was punctual, courier was polite, only issue was yet again there was no dips that I had ordered as part of the meal.

food is to be expected for a burgerking nor good or bad but better then mcdonalds. what I took issue with is kitchen and serving staff. openly swearing behind the counter while children under 10 were having food.

Google states it closes at 11pm. They actually close at 10:30pm but they stop serving at 10:15pm

Virtually 30 mins wait in the restraunt for a meal when there is only 3 people in here and gave out the other 2 orders before mine finally came out . Had fine dining that came out faster . How long does it take to microwave a burger and do some fries ffs sat here eating whilst writing and the chips are cold too.

Good taste to burgers, but they weren't hot, took ages to be prepared and my cheese wasn't melted, almost rubbery. And I just spent £20 on 2 burgers, no drinks or sides!! :(

I just wanted a little cheeseburger and normally go to the M place but as I was on Severn Bretheren, I thought I'd try Burger King. The restaurant was spotlessly clean, the staff attentive and helpful. The girl said they are only sell cheeseburgers with the children's meal deal. (Maybe they need to keep up with their competitors). I explained this was more than I wanted to eat, and more money than I wanted to spend. She then offered me a double burger with melted cheese sauce. I said yes, I'd try one of them which turned out to be a double paté with delicious, melted cheese which came with delicious, hot, Crunchy, chops with free sauce and only £2.99. (Much better than the other place) Bargain. Defo recommend and I will be back. Thank you Burger King.

Struggle to understand a word the man on the counter was saying why not put some with good English on the counter?

The food was luke warm so we had to microwave it, they also forgot to put the cheese I paid extra for in the burger.

Only went in for coffee it was ok nothing special paid 3.18 each for flat white when it arrives only half way up cup disgusting won’t be going there again Costa for us

I have visited this branch before and had trouble using the self selection machine so was really pleased to find it working, my order went through instantly. That was the only pleasing thing about our visit. My meal Chicken Royale meal with loaded chips arrived and within seconds I had to send the chips back as they were cold. the manager assured me there was a fresh batch being cooked so they would be replaced. Meanwhile my husband ate his meal which only had one dried out patty instead of two in the bun . He did not bother going to the counter to complain as my chips had still not arrived. Also, my daughter ate hers and noticed that her burger was not exactly rare but was not exact.y cooked either. She also didn't complain as we were STILL waiting for the chips that the girl had by now said were on the way. The final straw for me was that four people had by now been served hot fresh chips whilst I still sat waiting on my replacement. I had eaten the entire bun without them. In the end I gave up , presented my bank card at the counter and asked for a refund for the chips. The assistant did not utter one word, not even a grunt, she just turned and walked away. Both my family and the other people waiting at the counter were quite stunned at the lack of apology, the lack of customer care and the lack of people skills. The assistant obviously spoke to the manager as he came forth, apologised and refunded my meal on my card, I was advised that refunds usually go through within seven days to which I commented " this happens often then?" He apologised again before we left and at this point I raised the issue of the missing patty and the under cooked one , he didn't say much about that at all just muttered something about the broiler, he was more interested in photographing my reciept to prove to the area manager that the correct card had been refunded. Before we left I thanked the manager for his handling of my complaint , he was apleasant enough young man. What he needs to do now before that place gets shut down is send thd two young girls back to staff training on quality control and customer service as neither was present. In future we will use the Braunton Road branch.

The children on the till get funny with you if you show your disliking to anything in there and they will punish you via your order. I bet this store is one of the 400 that gets closed down. Braunton road next time for me 😎👍

I have not received what I ordered

The food is ok (my experience, but looking at many other reviews I seem to have been very lucky). Then it really goes downhill from there. The staff at this Burger King are woefully prepared for customer facing roles. They are very young and inexperienced with no mentor to guide them towards improving the poor service that they provide. It is frankly shambolic in there, dirty tables, mistakes made very often, and very low morale . It is a new site but no Wi-Fi is available (in 2023...). A competent manager who is able to guide his or her workforce to provide good service is urgently needed at this site.

Delivered by bicycle, took 15 minutes to get here after leaving. Food was cold and messy as had been shaken up very poor delivery.

Terrible. Time and time again its been awful,but everytime I think it can't be bad again and yet it is. Huge wait for get it delivered and then it's always cold or wrong. You've lost a big customer as this has happened far too often now

I pre-ordered for 7.45 as I was coming home late and wanted to eat as soon as possible. It was 30 minutes late, not very warm, the spicy mayo chicken and both dips are missing and I have been sent a burger I did not order. Poor service, poor food
