Crap, cold, burnt burger. I should have just taken my £20 and burnt it, I would’ve gotten more enjoyment out of it.

Unfortunately took too long to receive our food on a QUIET day, didnt get a receipt from machine, so when we got our food and sat down, we discovered missing 2 items, 1 food item and a dip. So whilst my food got cold I went back to inquire about missing items. A RUDE young lady asked for my receipt which I explained I asked for one but the machine didnt give me one but I had my order number, she looked it up then said to her colleague "APPARENTLY you missed such and such" NO! Theres no APPARENTLY about it. So bloody rude! You wasnt busy and there was no need to be so rude to someone.

Staff were friendly but burgers were dry and not juicy, a shame

I take my hat off to the young man I think his name is Mason from what I heard, in dealing with a very rude and obnoxious woman who was clearly trying to scam a free meal. The lad dealt with it very well even while he had a hand being waved in his face. The food in question had already been issued to the other lady that I believe was with her. Absolutely disgusting how people can treat staff like that knowing they are lying. Well done Mason!

Unfortunately the service was appalling. Either the young lady is lacking in training or in the wrong job.

Well, they don't deserve any star to be honest. The service is terrible, long time waiting, they got us the milkshake with another taste, even we asking if is the the correct one. The bread is dry. First time in burger king in the UK, and never more in my life! Terrible experience of the service and the food was awful.

I came early, so no queue and food was very hot and tasty. Best Burger King on service stations I’ve seen in a while.

No stars !!!!!! Massively expensive and disgustig food !!!! Flame grilled burger never even seen a grill - straight out of a deep fat fryer. Crispy bacon was virtually raw. If you like to repeat stale fat for four hours after eating, then this is the place for you. BurgerKing - you should be totally ashamed of this place. I will never go there or any of your "restaurants" ever again.

Stopped coach for a short break, had a whopper meal. Great service & great food, clean dinning areas. 3.30pm on Wednesday 23rd August.

Really bad service , we waited for a order over half hour not recommended

Shocking customer service. Giving people the wrong orders multiple times and waited far too long for the amount of customers in there.

Avoid. 7pm Sunday, waited nearly half an hour for our food, was very disappointed when it finally arrived. Overpriced, the large fries were so small I went to check they'd got the order right. Don't waste your money.

Absolutely disgusting eating area all bins overflowing ,no clean tables, food slip hazards all over the floor. Spoke to duty manager by phone who said she would get somebody out to clean up. Guess what 30 mins later and still the same. I will not be back ,they should lose the franchise.

Waited 45 mins for food which ended up cold place was packed out with one young lad on counter who was getting abuse left right and centre took at least 35 mins for other members of staff to come out from the back to help him not the best experience for the young lad to be in front of an angry mob of hungry footie fans but he didn't help himself by not asking for help

Should have looked at other reviews before going there. The staff clearly don’t give a single cr@p about customers. As most people stated, it wasn’t busy yet I was waiting an age for my food. Saw 5 people in the kitchen having a chat with a randomer that they seemed to know entering through the back door, no orders being prepared whilst more and more people were waiting. After calling them out I was told that the burger takes ten minutes to cook, after a 20 minute wait I received two stone cold burgers. Obviously went back to complain and obviously didn’t receive a care in the world. Contacted Burger King HQ and also never heard back from them, it’s been a month. Burger King is too expensive for this so won’t be returning to any of them.

I was a passenger going from London to Manchester by bus. I ordered a burger and Chili Bites. After 40 minutes of preparation, it was very quiet and slow. A place in the middle of the road should have more staff to respond quickly. I have never had such an experience. It is a double-decker bus. The person was waiting for me and did not give any explanation for me to cancel the order.

Came here for a food stop after 3hrs of driving with 2 more to go. Was extremely hungry and decided to get bk. I waited in the queue (it was only me in it) to be served. Unfortunately all the self order machines were not working. I only saw one employee there and was waiting around 5 mins, until I got a peak of 2 more round the corner in what seemed to be the managers office where they were just having a chat. In the meantime the one employee just kept staring at me. One other came out, also looked at me and did absolutely nothing. 15 mins waiting and this point, haven't even ordered food and decided to just drive off. Poor guy next to me with a receipt in his hand was also waiting for at least 15 mins also. Not exactly what fast food is meant to be now is it?

It was pretty busy but we still got our food fairly quickly. Staff were hard working. Huge fan of the BK brand and standards here were good. Everyone enjoyed their meal.

Slowest burger king on the planet and cold chips and took 20minutes to get one burger meal out. Staff need training especially the one on the front with glasses he is bone idle.

4.20 pm. Not busy and yet not a single table in the whole place that isn't filthy. Every single one covered in food and drink residue, floors filthy, bins overflowing. Just paid £36 for 4 burgers and having to clean a table with wet toilet paper. Whoever runs this dump should be sacked.

Waited 28mins for a whopper. 2 staff on (NOT THEIR FAULT) One burger and that long a wait.... wasn't worth it

Kyle and Becky are an absolute disgrace. I waited 1hr for food and they were just stood chatting for such a long time. We complained asked the manager (Becky) for an update after 30mins - she laughed at us and said it would take as long as it takes and that we should complain to head office. Utterly appalling and rude at a very unbusy time. I will never eat at a BK again.

Terribly slow staff. Ordered 2 milkshakes and a bag of chips, milkshake machine stopped working after waiting for 10 minutes. Had a refund on the whole order but I wasn’t able to have my chips. Hugely disappointed. Go to greggs or costa instead!!

Black haired girl with ginger roots is rude and needs to find a job where she isn't working with people. I literally asked for boiled water for my babies bottle and she tells me im not allowed it then charges me £1.50 for half a cup of boiling water.

Supposed to be fast food, more like incredibly slow food. Currently waiting for my food, have been stood here for 35 minutes, there are still 6 orders ahead of mine. So far I have seen 5 people ask for refunds. If you have somewhere to be, avoid at all costs

Paid £17 for a meal and extra burger and they didn’t even put the extra burger in. Ridiculous price and terrible service!

Really slow service. It’s almost unbelievable how long it took them to make one burger, onion rings and a coffee. You’d think they would have mastered the art after decades in the business. These people will be replaced by robots soon enough.

A 9pm visit to find all but 1 table at BK out of bounds and almost all the tables in the adjacent seating area at Costa uncleared of BK wrappers, cartons etc. Very small portion of fries £2.29, a "whopping" 53% higher price than on the high street. A few surley staff cooking to order, so hot food but longer wait. Disappointing!

Terrible service. Zero queue and 13 minutes to get a burger. The waitress didn't show any interest in serving customers although she wasn't busy.

Burger meat was dry and cold, like it had been sitting around for too long, with way too much sauce (to cover up the dryness maybe)? The burger in the photo is the Angus but hardly any toppings, might have even been missing some. Definitely won't be back. No cold drinks either so they were replacing them with plastic bottles.

Walked in after going to another service station early on our trip and receiving service so bad we didn't even order in the end. But thought we would give it another go as we were both hungry. Benjamin was poltie and informed us that due to an equipment fault there was no beef burgers as soon as we walk in I was I little disappointed but these thing happen and I understand that so I order a chicken burger and a veggie burger for my partner and it was good and at a standard I expect from bk. Mybe they should send the staff hear to the other one to train them on customer service and I wouldn't have wasted my time and the other store would not have received a bad review

Closed an hour earlier than advertised on website, arrived at 1 minute past 10 and refused to serve me, advertised as 11 p.m. closing on the website.

Awful. 10 pm visit. Filthy tables, no coke and a huge wait for our items. 4 other people ordered ( all separate) after us but still had their food whilst we were still stood waiting. We then received Luke warm food. Staff disinterested. One guy asked if there was ice in his drink to be told “ we haven’t had a chance to fill up the ice” after he had left the counter she then went over to the ice machine and filled up the ice trough/bucket. Overpriced- wouldn’t mind if it was hot, tasty and the place was clean but as it was lukewarm, dry and the area was filthy we felt totally ripped off.

Would give 0 if I could. They were out of stock of most food and their food gave me food poisoning.

Rubbish burger king had no hot drinks, chips where cold, over priced, no toy in kids meals drinks was asked no ice and there was a ton of ice in there disgusting

It's a service station so I'm not going to complain about the price, it was early afternoon so I'm not going to complain about the terrible queuing system. What I am going to complain about is a burger (Steakhouse) so cold the cheese touching the meat didn't melt.
