Ordered food through Uber Eats. Probably one of the worst chip shop food i have ever had. Very cheap ingredients, cheap quality transparent kebab, greasy, Pizza seems like they using fake cheese. Ordered the family meal best thing was the bottle of coke. SAVE YOUR MONEY, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE> YUK YUK YUK.

Ordered through ubereats my order said 6.20-40pm it arrived at 7.25pm I had to call 3 times didn't get much help by rude staff and then to top it off had part the order cold or like it was warmed up in a microwave as the chicken wings were like rubber. SHOCKING FOOD AND SERVICE. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER.

We've ordered from your restaurant for quite some time . Especially on Sundays. Recently though a family friend was litter picking around featherstone and found receipts on the streets with our house address names and telephone numbers. I did message the restaurant to exrepess concerns but I've had no reply. The food is nice but recently they've gone very expensive for delivery so we've decided to find cheaper options .

My order arrived very late. Unsatisfactory customer service. The woman on the call was very rude. No apologise given. Not recommended.

The food was absolutely vile. Chips were old and tasted like i was chewing cardboard and it was all stone cold. I Will not be ordering from this dive again 🤢

Ordered from this place and I received a very small portion when I try calling the person I spoke to on the phone was quite rude clearly they don’t wanna make their Christmas happy. I just want to take your money.

Food was delicious! Delivery was a quite late but I think that may have more to do with the apps expected delivery time

Absolutely disgusting service … after waiting 1 hour and 20 minutes for our food we decided to call and chase our order.?!? Why did we wait that long?!?? Because we order here once or twice a week and sometimes waiting times can vary depending on how busy they are … after calling up I get asked 3 times name and postcode at which the lady the other end couldn’t understand even after spelling this out .. then get passed to another colleague who finds our order but needs to speak with the manager … unfortunately did not put us on hold and we could hear the whole conversation .. the manger absolutely slating us as the customer, why have we not called earlier (explained why!!! as they are so busy) .. why wait so long, it’s our fault as we haven’t chased the order, he then came onto the phone and denied anything he had said and then refused a refund and said we had to claim a refund through just eat as it wasn’t his problem … will never order again

This food is absolutely disgusting, the meat isn’t cooked. The chips taste and look old. My partners fish came soaking wet and crumbled. I’ve never seen food this bad. Was refused a refund too.

We had a slight issue, which was resolved very quickly, through to good customer services. Enjoyed the food very much, will definitely order again. Thank you Featherstone fish bar

Southern fried chicken was grey and undercooked.

INEDIBLE. Greasy, cold, disgusting burnt and stale at the same time served with ROTTEN salad and a slither of onion. All went straight into the bin. Woman on the phone extremely patronising and takes no accountability saying they are proud of the quality they serve. Just look at the photos and see for yourselves 👍 Also, £6.80 per each of these doner burgers and they are like burnt cardboard, what a joke. Nearly £30 for this rubbish.

This place isn't even worthy of 1 star. The woman/women answering the phone are so patronising and sarky. It was an hour late, and the whole curry sauce tub was totally empty. It had all spilled out over the lot of the food. Never ever again. AVOID! please do not waste your money on this place!

Food took over an hour to arrive with no communication from the restaurant the delivery man had no respect and the food was greasy and disgusting not worth the money

Wasn't very impressed with the pizza. Very salty. And £12 for a 12in i would have expected better ingredients at that price. I will go elsewhere for pizza.

Poor effort. Can't tell you about there food because it took 2 hours and 30 minutes to get a phone call to say I can't find you. I Was told a 40 minute wait when I ordered.

Supposed to be a large donner meat a chips; it was tiny, handful of chips, hardly any meat. Possibly some soggy lettuce, certainly not salad. No salad on the cheese burger, which was dry and tasteless. Very disappointing. Won’t be using again.

Had food to take away loverly staff food and service all 5 star. Food fabulous. Tv to watch while waiting . Staff friendly and polite.

Good food delivered bang on time. But my 'mini fish special' was just a mini fish and no chips. I've ordered this before so I was surprised. I can only think it is an oversight and there were enough chips with the burger to share.

Regular happy customer. However, tonight i called 25 min after the app said it had arrived to be patronised & asked to be patient as it was on route with a new driver doing 3 local deliveries. I called again 20 min later (& spoke to same lady) as it still hadn’t arrived, to be told the food had just been made and was on route. I asked her to be clearer as I’d now had 2 different stories, but again i was patronised & told there was nothing she could do. Food then arrived lukewarm, poor & bland!

Only a few mins late and with free chips! Can't complain.

Absolutely lovely meal. Two big kebabs and chips at £15 is a lot cheaper than elsewhere. I've left poor reviews before on here but credit where it's due. Vast improvement. Well done.

2 lunch boxes and a can of Coke £16. Chips, no taste. Fish OMG disgusting! Slimy, smelly soggy batter and loads of fish skin. Horrible. Think it was from the local canal! And the sausage was like no meat I’ve ever had. Hadn’t been here since I worked in the area 6 years or so ago. Definitely will not be returning. Horrible horrible food.

We ordererd a family meal for delivery that arrived 55 minutes late and the chips tasted like yesterday's left overs. I'd be amazed if they were fresh. Apparently it was late due to traffic delaying the driver...yet the food was still very warm for a near hour late. Odd that. One to definitely avoid.

Very police staff , exciting and spectacular different foods Including new things such as minced chicken curry nice to see a chip shop being unique and for the staff they are lovely and great to chat with after a long day whole waiting for food , really recommend !!!

Went there on friends recommendation and tried munchi box large and its so delicious that fullfill our quality and quantity need and also they have so many options its really hard to make a mind 👍👍 highly recommended to everyone

Food awful Staff paid cash in hand ...... One is a vile woman who verbally attacks young children , her brother thinks it's OK to stab 2 women and one lad . That's the type of person who works there , her hygiene well she hasn't got any at all , her house is scuffier then what she looks and smells like. I will never use this place again shame on the owner knowing what's going on with the police and yet carrys on as normal . I'd advise everyone to keep away doesn't even deserve 1 star !!

Order didn't arrive. Stay away from this place, it appears many others have had a similar experience. Going through just eat to claim my money back now.

Called the restaurant when it was 20 mins late and said that courier was on the way and was told food hadn’t even been cooked yet and they couldn’t give me a straight answer of when my order when arrive. At the time of writing this order is now an hour late. Massively disappointed.

I had ordered via uber eats. The order took 1 hour and half to come. The food is terrible ordered mixed meat on naan. The naan is not made from a clav oven they are false advertising as i was biting into the naan it was a mushy texture. Bit into the chicken in fsct i was biting on bone.

My husband is a lorry driver and is stopping out tonight. Having not expected to not be home for dinner he walked to this chippy (nearest) to get something. Supposedly a mixed kebab and chips, looks nothing but a woman’s worn out curtains with some random chicken pieces on the side. Asked for salad, which he didn’t receive and also wasn’t given the option of his preference for plain or battered chips. Absolutely shocking that this cost him £8.50!!!!

Ok food. Ordered delivery, rude attitude claiming to have been waiting 10 mins, checked camera's and he has barely been waiting 1 min.

I’ve ordered from here a good few times now, it’s always excellent! Arrives on time is nice and hot and the delivery guys are always a pleasure!! Zero complaints

Ordered the "Pizza Deal for 3":- 16" Meat Feast Pizza, 4 pieces of Garlic Bread, 8 pieces of Chicken Wings (Barbecue) Battered Chips and bottle of fizzy orange, gorgeous food, delivery was excellent. All of the food was hot and delicious, very good value for money!! Would definitely recommended ordering from these lovely people!

Hadn’t been for sometime as the food quality had gone down. Went in Friday to find a grubby looking shop with apparently different owners? Food was shocking - burnt, bone dry and cold doner meat with cold (obviously from yesterday) chips. Couple that with much higher prices and you have a recipe for yet another change of hands. Stay clear.

£6.20 for a small tray of chicken meat and chips is absolutely ridiculous, and in all honesty, wasn't nice. The one star belongs to the staff, who are actually really nice. Can't say the same for the management. Been in a few times, as the chips are pretty good, and each time, the female owner/manager talks to her staff, in front of customers, in a truly appalling way! Will not be returning as the prices now seem extortionate for what you want if its anything except chips, and cannot stand to see management seem to enjoy belittling the staff.
