I ordered at 17.55 and by 19.30 it still had not arrived it said it was still preparing so I went to burger king myself to pick it up on arrival they had not even started preparing it and they Said a driver had still not been assigned so I paid for delivery tipped a driver and paid a service charge for a service I did not receive terrible service

Food arrived a little late but not the drivers fault as the sat nav and mapping sends everyone the wrong way for some reason. However, the driver was very polite and nice. The food was still warm and tasted good.

Absolutely gross. My son and I was served up with what was clearly warmed up last night's food!! I've had some terrible food in my time but this has to be the absolute worst! It was very clear no food was cooked freshly as the food appeared within matter of minutes practically cold. I hope this happens to no one else as it really was disgusting and a serious health hazard. Binned the food and got a sandwich from m&s!! I won't be back!

tonight between 11:00pm and 2:00 a.m. they stole 400 liters of fuel from me I do not recommend this parking lot, very poorly monitored.,,!!! Chris

Touchpads don't scan vouchers. You need to salt the fries because you're in England. Spicy mayo whopper was ok.

Absolute scam!! STAY AWAY. The reviews are so genuine that the food here at Burger King is a scam!! Everything is overpriced and the advert photo on the kiosk machine is just a scam. They advertise a photo of a burger apparently large (No size mentioned) for £6 but will give you the same McDonald's £2.65 worth cheeseburger. Absolute scam!! STAY AWAY.

So… you pay £13 quid for burger as on 1st picture but opened box and see this crap… £13 quid 🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻🤦🏻 my toddler daughter make burgers on that quality… I never again take food in BK is waste money 🤷🏻‍♂️

Enjoyed the food and environment, very decent and kind staffs.

Firstly, overcharged by £9. After proving it to the staff "member" on their own machine, he messed around on the till for 5min. Next, he called the manager to help, bearing in mind my daughter had the food in her hand at this point. Another 15min on the till. I now have a cold meal and a hungry child. At this point, the refunded all my money, which took 2 days to clear, and charged me again. Back to the car and... One portion on fries and I have been charged for two! Avoid at all cost. Burger King need to shut this restaurant down!

Burger King have remained consistent at least... the burger and onion rings were limp and soggy. It was disgusting. In addition, (possibly the manager) had moved the chip fryer and was working on the drinks machine. He finished up, moved the fryer back and then served us without washing his hands. I have had food poisoning from burger King before... luckily, not this time, but shame on them! You have to be really desperate for food to use them. I was. I think I'll go hungry next time.

AVOID!!! 2x the price of a normal Burger King - no offers - does not accept app offers either! A whooper meal is almost £10!!! UPDATE: I’m diabetic and ordered a diet soda - was served normal soda (which I found out by my sugar exploding after the meal)

Long wait despite being the only people waiting for an order!! incredibly expensive - we paid over £20 for two burgers and chips. And dirty tables to eat our food on. I would bring a packed lunch instead. Or Visit Costa or Greggs, which are also situated onsite.

Very poor hygiene. Workers who are serving had filthy fingers with dirt under their nails. Front counter was full of dush as clear as day. Can see its not been wiped down. Uniforms full of grease were hands have been wiped on them.

Quite possibly the slowest fast food restaurant I’ve ever visited. Only myself and one other in the queue and waited for an excessive amount of time to be served 2 look warm burgers. The staff just seem to be in a world of their own. Not the best experience.

A few years ago if you walked into any burger king it would be empty of punters and there was always massive discounts on the app. Now it's gone full circle and their chains are busy again, so therefore they're starting to do away with the app ordering now. I suppose ppl have gotten bored of the alternatives and have come back. This particular branch, only had 3 ordering machines and 1 person working so extremely slow service
