Wow this is the messiest Burgerking I’ve ever been in. Toilets are disgusting aswell. Not one table was clean out of 19 tables

This place has really improved in the past year. Hot food, attentive and cheerfully polite staff, clean tables and floors. Easy parking is a bonus too. All of the staff here are a credit to the brand.

Go hear when I stay in the hotel up the road on occasions. The service is quite good. I don't order with the machine. I like to actually order mine with the staff, always very pleasant & helpful

Dirty, toilets have no soap and the driers don't work. Ordered lemonade and they didn't have any ( why take my money for something you don't have? ). Go to Gregg's next door or anywhere else.

We always use this burger king 🤴 as a family on our travels in and out if Cardiff, always clean and tidy, staff polite and helpful, food quality is always hot and fresh, and fries are exquisite 👌🏾 😉, when using the BK app, in conjunction with orders what save on the pocket to, amazing value for money as single parent to two young adults I couldn't recommend the place more 😀

Shocking. This has to be the worst BK, tables filthy, seats filthy, toilet shocking, hand dryer not working. Food was cold, drinks machine had limited flavours. Staff couldn’t be bothered. Won’t stop here again can’t just be a one off. Only one other person sitting in the restaurant so plenty of time to have cleaned seats and tables I would say they had not been cleaned all day.

Terrible, dirty, the tables in general with leftovers, slow service, I asked if my order was ok, take away, when I received my order was incomplete, the soda no gas, no taste at all, but I was at home so I didn't have the time and the mood to return.

Possibly the worst level of customer service I have ever received in a Burger King anywhere in the world. Avoid. If I ever feel hungry at these services again I will go next door to Subway

Sadly another disappointing visit , having reas through others reviews it seems fron 2 years ago the same issues are still there .... do environmental health not check the hygiene of the location ? Floors are filthy , drinks machine well, not sure when that area last got cleaned no clean tables, if this is the standards the public see I dread to think of what goes in behind the scenes. The staff were having what seems like a play time laughing , pratting about and put music on which was louder than the restaurant music! We gave this place several tries but not again , we won't be back KFC over the road has it all worked out.

Food was good on our last visit. Service a bit slow on the drive thru, but it was late on New Year's day. We have stopped here before and tried to get food but found it closed even though we arrived within opening hours, and the staff fooling around inside.

Touch screen is easy to use to order, you can add or remove any item except the bun it seems. I had to go to ask the staff member to remove it from my order. They did, and boxed my burger for me and provided a fork. Great service and food but the company should add this to the menu. ( Or make it more obvious if I missed it)

It's burger King. To be fair you've got asda Starbucks or burger King here. It's the usual thing. Lack lustre service, ok burger and a very sour place to sit.

Tables and floor are always dirty, slow service ( I assume due to lack of employees), burgers are nice except buns, buns are mostly not fresh...

Worst Burger King i have ever been to. Staff were all stood around talking to each other, all tables littered with rubbish, floors dirty, no-one serving on the tills. After ordering food took a while to come, when it did it was cold. Paid extra for ordinary coke but this was unavailable. No sauces available even though they were ordered and marked as available on the tablet ordering machine. Staff were rude and unhelpful and generally could not be bothered to be there. Toilets were absolutely disgusting, no toilet roll, stains all over the pan, sinks hadn't seen a cloth - told a member of staff and they proceeded to talk to their colleagues rather than take action. Would never come back based on the rudeness and cleanliness of the place.

It's a burger king... The King of all Burger Places... Burger King replaced Whimpy when I was a kid... remember the Whimpy Parties... sigh!! & by far the few Whimpy's around are another level... plates & cutlery folks!! But a burger king is my adult place to go... big, meaty, tasty burgers, good robust chips & you know you've even a Burger King meal... as my chauffeur for the day said... you can't eat two of those bad boys!!

We used their kiosk to order our food, the screen showed an error in the order and then gave us a number to collect our food. We noticed the payment had left our bank account. We approached the staff at the counter who told us our order had not gone through, we told them a payment had gone through on our bank account, the staff told us no transaction was showing on their system. After 15mins of waiting we had noticed the payment had disappeared from our account so we left. 2 days later a payment had been taken from us, after being told nothing was on their system and our order not being given to us. Absolutely disgusting that a company can get away with this! Avoid at all costs!!

Never had a Burger king at this new restaurant in Ross, so we thought we would give it a go. Went to use the ordering machine and at the point of payment it crashed! So we had to go to the counter to re-order which is a pain but hats off to the staff member he was welcoming, friendly and very helpful. But the food was sub par if I'm honest burgers seemed dry and tasted burnt, chicken nuggets were dry. Wasn't a fan won't visit again. Well done to the guy that served us though nice lad.

Dreadful! We stopped for a drive through meal on our way back to Wales. As we were the only ones there our order was taken, promptly, but when I drove to the collection window we had to wait for at least ten minutes before anybody acknowledged that we were there. Then the window opened and we received a lame apology for the wait. As mentioned in previous reviews, the fries were hot and tasty, but both of our burgers were cold and looked like they’d been thrown together. But as there have been so many poor reviews and nothing seems to have changed, I doubt that any action will be taken to improve.

Welcome to the worst Burger King in Wales. Self service machines were broken, staff were unhelpful and surly. One larger lady was shouting at a younger member of staff. Restaurant was dirty and management never appeared. After a reasonable amount of time I left to Starbucks next door which was a million times better. Avoid unless you want the comedy Faulty Towers style service.

Ref Ross on Wye.Touch screens work when they want to. Everybody kept telling staff that the machines were not issuing numbered receipts, therefore everybody was getting each others meals and had no receipts to prove who's was who's. An issue which could have been rectified easily by the manager who seemed out of his depth.

Always check your order before you leave very rarely get it right!

Can't get enough of the loaded fries, cheese ones are my favourite and love to add as many patties to my bacon an cheese XL as I want normally 2 extra 😆 love you burger king 👑 xx

Popped here at the beginning of the week (Monday evening) spent £16 on a meal wish I hadn't bothered. Loaded fries £5 tasted good and the fries were hot but was just half a box of fries with topping on. Milkshake the syrup must have run out as the strawberry shake was white and didn't have much flavour. The xl bacon double cheeseburger was cold.

Lacklustre and slow service. Food also slow to arrive. Place was unclean. Food a bit tasteless. BK used to be good but standards not what they used to be. Disappointing

We have been here three times, and every time we got home to find the order was wrong and the food luke warm. The restaurant feels dirty and the drinks area is a mess. The staff clearly don't want to be there and need some decent leadership. We won't be returning again.

Rubbish. everywhere. This is probably the worst bk i have ever been to in my life! Me and my family walk in and instantly our happy mood dropped. There was trash in all sorts of places and no tables were free from trash, we thought we would be okay and just find a table and put what ever trash on the table into the bin but unfortunately we couldn't find a bin anywhere because there was only one little bin right by the front door away from where people ate their food. Speaking of the food it was difficult to order using the screens and the staff were too mardy to help properly. After a while of waiting we finally got our food and the plantbased whopper we got was nice but half of my fries were a brown colour, the drink was good though but it was only a little cold like it had been out for a bit just before it hit room temperature. There was music playing but it was terrible, it felt like it was going on forever and some people in my family were covering their ears to try to block out the awful music, it was so stressful listening to it and my anxiety was through the roof. I had an awful stomach ache and felt sick in this place so before we left i went to the toilet. The ladies had a sign saying 'out of order, use disabled toilets' but when i went in the disabled there was litter swept away in corners and the floor looked very dirty. There was also ABSOLUTELY NO toilet paper anywhere and NO SOAP!! I felt discusting walking out and the second we left and the door shut silencing the music and the fresh air surrounded us i finally felt better. I will still never get over this experience and will never be returning. Another thing to note was i heard there is supposed to be a toy with kids meals but we received none when we ordered one, we asked the person at the counter and he said in a mardy tone 'here' and shrugged pointing to the kids meal so we just assumed they dont do them anymore. I wish i could rate it 0 stars but i cant to ill just do the minimum: 1 star.

Visited this Burger King on the way home from holiday. It was awful! The staff were unhelpful, the seating areas were all dirty, the toilets were filthy, no toilet tissue, the drink station was empty of lids and straws. When we asked for straws, we felt like we asked for a kidney. Not worth the visit 😞

Very fast friendly service and food was great 👍. (not the nicest toilets, but well used by non- burger king costumers!). I would definitely stop here again if passing on another long journey.

Pretty awful experience here this evening. Our order took 20 minutes to be prepared on a really quiet evening and then didn't contain one of the burgers we ordered. We asked 3 times again for the burger until we were then given 2 of the same burger. We'd finished the rest of our meal by then. Our children were also ignored when they asked really politely for some ketchup. One staff member just walked away from them and never seemingly returned. Awful, awful service. We think they got a previous customer's order wrong as well. This is not fast food. We're leaving an hour after we arrived!

It's a Burger King. It's fine, but rather slow to serve the food after ordering. Trash cans were overflowing, but they did get to them just as we were leaving. Perhaps understaffed. Be aware that the GPS might take you to the former Burger King 1,000 feet up the road, which is now a different restaurant.

Ran out of fries, and while staff were working hard there seemed to be a lot of running around while not getting far.

No syrup in coke machine assistant manager an absolute arrogant man as if he didn't want to be there had a proper attitude problem when I asked for proper coke asvthe machine was out. He needs a career change absolutely atrocious customer service.

Best burger king I've had in a while

You know, it's Burger King. It does what it says on the tin. It was a bit dirty though, tables remained littered and the air con was too high. We were cold.

They told me that the payment hadn’t gone through on their system. I paid again. It was fine. Having had a look at my bank, they’ve received my money the first time and I had to pay twice ! Not given a receipt by the cashier either.

Tried the new dorito chilli chicken fries. They were awesome. I was a bit sceptical as I don't like hot food but they were great not that hot more spicy. Price was great as I used the app only disappointment was that items on the app wasn't accepted on thd order screen so limited choice

went in at lunch rush on a Friday and the small blonde boy who served me was very pleasant and so was the girl that seemed to look like manager who handed out my food.

Food Served fresh and piping hot, but also very prompt. Very welcoming staff who were polite and attentive despite being very busy. Service with a smile :)

Improved recently, better staff, better product and closes when they say they do which they didn't used to. Keep it up. Nope, back to their old levels of idiocy, broken speaker, app is rubbish. Never going here again.

Gave this one a second chance, wish I hadn’t. Floor was filthy, wait time again was ridiculous considering they were not even busy. Staff lacking appropriate supervision. Food was terrible and order mixed up. Maybe if Burger King paid a better wage the staff would do a better job? The girl with the pink hair was pleasant enough but the rest seem like they really couldn’t care less. Shame really. Only going to the trouble to leave a review in the hope that someone in the business sits up and gets this place up to standard as currently it’s falling well short.

Quite possibly the SLOWEST and worst Burger King I've ever had the displeasure of visiting. 35 mins to get around the DriveThru ( which should now be renamed to the 'Slow Thru') is an absolute joke....they weren't even busy!. Staff shouting and swearing at each other and clearly clue less with zero customer service skills. This isn't the first time I've lost 30+ minutes of my life to these clowns - but it will be the last. How hard can it be !!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favour and use the KFC on the other side of the road. At least they act like they give a Dam.

To be honest, it was very disappointing. The floor and tables were filthy, self service machine were not working, and service was incredibly slow and inaccurate. It was definitely not worth the £19.

4pm on a Monday- endless waiting. If they're this slow at this time of day what are they like when it's busy? Avoid. Go to kfc on the other side of the dual carriage way.

A really decent BK. You can access easily regardless of which direction you are travelling thanks to nearby islands. Good parking, spacious.

Ordered a vegan burger and a cheese burger. Vegan burger missing lettuce and tomato. Cheese burger didn’t show up at all. After complaining I was given a cold cheese burger that has been sat there since the initial order was placed.

40 minutes of waiting in the drive through, don’t come here if you’re in any sort of a rush. This is disgusting levels of service. Avoid at all costs.

Avoid at all costs unless you want to wait 20-40 minutes for your food. Been here twice and both times there were rediculous waiting times. Definitely won't be going back for a third visit.

It was late on a Sunday and we were stuck for time v food. Popped in at 7pm (wasn't aware it was closing as soon as we entered!). Ordered and the food took some time to come out... Kids pestering me as to why it was taking so long... "They'll be cooking it fresh" I said, "be better than maccy D's" I scoffed.... How wrong. Miserable servings. Cold chips, Tepid burgers. Bland. Maybe a one off? But I won't be going back to find out

Found the manager looking scruffy. Half the staff not wearing hair nets with long hair or hats even observed in person run there hands through there hair and then bag a drive through order really bad hygiene

The restaurant was in a right state, the staff are shouting and acting like children. One memeber of staff coming from out behind the counter being loud and gobby towards her friends, taken over 30 mins for the food to come out. One memeber of staff needs a reality check that she’s at work not out with her friends. Throwing straws over the counter, really need to have an adult on shift to keep these people in line and concentrate on serving customers than playing.

Messy tables floor was a disgrace I know it's a fast food joint in a service station but kfc had run out so used as last option. Never again will I stop in that particular BK 🫣
