burger burnt, couldn't eat it and had to throw away

Food has not even been delivered and it like £50 of food

i got a completely different order to what i ordered

Food stone cold not happy as spent alot getting the food

Ordered a Fanta blue raspberry and strawberry drink, it came half empty and wasn't a slush

pack seal was wet for some reason and chips looks like it's been eaten away, straw is missing, food isn't even warm it's just cold.

Food wasn't very warm and one of the drinks wasn't even a quarter filled

Tasteless chips. Burgers ok but stone cold. £30! Won’t be ordering again.

Eating in a freezing cold restaurant waited for 22 minutes for 1 meal deal with 2 additional cold drinks. We were watching all those "just eat" orders to be completed before our order. The toilets are cleaner than the restaurant itself.

The food was nice the delivery person was nice but I had to wait over an hour for food when I was originally told I would only have to wait around half an hour the time kept getting pushed back and it became confusing but wasn’t the worst experience I’ve had like this before

Food was rubbish. Ordered with no mayo and came covered in it, ordered halloumi fries and they didn’t come at all. Just eat app making it impossible to get it sorted. Rubbish

I've just paid £23 for the family bundle delivered only for both adults burgers to be missing. I've only received the children's burgers, chips and cheese bites. so now both adults are left without a meal only chips. not able to partially refund because I've bought a deal. I've just now paid £23 for 2 kids burgers, 4 fries and a portion of cheese bites. absolute joke

First Visit and Last visit to ANY BURGER KING!!! Bland food that look entirely different to as what's advertised. (Minimal ingredients). Bland Service (unwelcoming Staff). Clinical and Cold atmosphere. I Was only one in the restaurant and food still took 10 Minutes and was not even fresh. Super Disappointing and Very Sad. Back to McDonald's

Good delivery time. Great tasting food. Just sad my drink was missing and no way to say just the drink was missing as did not want all the money back for the whole meal.

Needed help with app as I was told I couldn’t pay at the till but didn’t get any. Burgers were cold, we couldn’t order fizzy drinks but you could clearly see them in the fridge so had to have milkshakes which hardly had any flavour. The seating area was very messy, service was really slow and the staff didn’t seem bothered. Really disappointed

our driver stopped off at McDonald's and sat there for 5 mins probably picking up a different order while he was on the way to deliver ours from burger king which would explain why ours wasn't very warm!. we ordered 4 burger meals and 3 should have had bacon in but didn't,we got a free item but didn't receive it

The staff were amazing, and the toilets worked. The loaded fries were ok, but it is what it is, and finally the chicken royale was EEEEHMAZING

I especially spent more money than usual because I wanted to enjoy the meal. There were not tomatoes, hardly any lettuce, and essentially mayo, gherkins and a patty. Which would have been nicer at macdonalds despite me usually being a Burger King..

20 empty tables, however was told to wait till someone left as staff couldn’t be bothered to clean our tables after usage. And staff were very rude and spoke abruptly overheard staff talking rudely about us to their colleagues. I am appalled change is needed immediately.

Ordered through just eat, delivered totally wrong order, took food back to Alfreton burger king, stood there and was ignored by the staff for over 10 minutes stood there with the bag of food we had taken back. Manager was hiding chatting with her pal while the girl on the front was having to do everything. That girl is always left to do the lot, we've seen this on our last 3 visits. The manager finally came to us, no apology or anything, so I told her I wanted it sorting out, she took our wrong order away and disappeared with no explanation just a mouthful to me on how she doesn't like being spoken to like that. After another 10 minutes we were then told we couldn't have a refund, not by the manager but the girl doing everything and we had to go through just eat,,, we then got home to find out to get the refund we needed to send a pic of the wrong delivery, which the manager had taken off us. Left burger king, went home, got bank card and went to macdonalds at huthwaite where we were spoke to nicely and got some food as we were starving. Keep away from Alfreton burger king as the food is disgusting, they can't get an order right, they put their hands in ur food and the manager needs sacking as she is rude and has a problem with doing the job she is being paid to do.

Only bad thing to complain about was the CHICKEN ROYALE WAS MISSING but we shared the Angus.. The food was great and hot

Great experience at Burger King at Wyvern. Great Atmosphere, friendly staff, and brilliant food made by taylor- who served politely with a smile. Definetly coming back. 100% recommend!

Was not happy. Our chilli cheese bites didn’t arrive and they told my to file a refund request and this was denied so not only did I lose food but I lost my money too.

Delivery was on time just didn’t receive half the order, ordered family party got the Kids chips and cheese burgers but missing both large fries and both bacon double XL burgers plus didn’t receive the extra drink we ordered useless!!

I do love a good burger king, this one was made superbly better than usual by the remarkably helpful amusing girl working behind the counter. Didn't catch her name but she certainly made us laugh whilst we waited for the food being prepared. The chips that burger king offer are the best of all fast food outlets in my opinion, I also had a double bacon cheese XL which they happily added my sauces of choice to, my allergies were accounted for and we were given a choice of dipping sauces for the chilli cheese bites we had. Over all a superb place, I often wonder if the price is inflated here due to it being a part of a service station but it's the only burger king in a 10 mile radius so I never get the opportunity to check.

Greatest burger I have had from any burger king with amazing and kind staff. With a lovely calm atmosphere with beautiful music making me feel like I was eating with the king himself

Food was not even delivered to my address. I have a ring camera, nothing on there. I even wrote clear instructions how to get to my address. No phone call to ask for directions

chicken burger was burnt, beef burger soggy and poorly done, could tell zero effort went into it

Always fresh and cooked to order, even though there's a little wait time, it's worth it. With it being a service station, it somehow accepts BK loyalty which is an added bonus!
