Worse Chinese food ever I had from them, and they’re arrogant when I told them to not happy with the food. Never use again.

Just been in an ordered pork balls an the did chicken balls when I said I wanted pork balls they microwaved them got home plated them out an there disgusting there dry no taste not impressed at all

I had sweet and sour chicken food tray and chips on Saturday night was really nice but I started getting poorly in middle of night and now been poorly for past 2 days chills, diarrhoea, stomache cramps and being sick I’ve never been so poorly before I never catch anything and it matches symptoms of food poisoning.

I had the Chicken chow mein,egg fried rice and sweet n sour chicken balls. Very quick and delicious... only down side was the 🍟

Lovely fillet steak with black bean and chicken with Thai honey and chilli's sauce lots of steak and a whole chicken breast also chicken fried rice was great and it all arrived really fast x best was lovely man who delivered it he was so nice and polite I wish I had given him a little tip xx will next time xx

Woman taking order didn’t take my order properly then when I had it delivered they missed things then had to wait 30 minutes to get what I ordered delivered after and they asked me to pay for it when it was there fault. Then the delivery guy was threatening and opened my door when I refused to pay.

Let me tell you when I say that I’m not Foo Lin anyone that the chicken balls are the best I’ve ever had. Sweet and sour could be a little less gloopy however

Food was so bad , I’ve put it in a bin bag and will be returning to them tomorrow. DON’T ORDER FOOD FROM PLACE!!

One of my favourite local Chinese takeaways. Pancake rolls have shrunk to nearly the size of a spring roll so that was a bit disappointing

ive had food poising from the food every time ive had it when i ask for a small meal they give me a large and charge me more the service is very slow and most of the food is cold when i get it

Discussing food. Rice was cold chicken balls over cooked you could not bite in to them. Chips hard and dry and prawn crackers stale. Will never use again.

3/10/20 ordered our usual but this time added sweet and sour chicken balls, I really wish I could put a picture on here to show you, but the chicken balls were raw inside. They were bright pink!!

Ordered chicken balls as an extra, to cut into them and find that they were RAW!!! Threw all of the chicken balls, dread to think what the rest were like.

This has to be one of the best Chinese takeaways I've used. The staff are friendly the food is always really tasty and still hot when it's delivered. They even come and find me in the local pub if I haven't left before they arrive. I'm picky about my Chinese food having had excellent examples in past cities I've lived in but since moving to the much smaller village I now live in I'm not disappointed with Foo Lins. The only drawback is I want to order more often than good for my waistline.

Service was diabolical I phoned my order through and the staff were arguing with each other while taking my order using the f-word. My husband fetched our order when he got back one meal was missing I went straight back while everyone was eating there’s, to be told she had not taken for it but if I wanted to pay they could cook it for me now. No apology no compensation so I declined and left telling them I would not use their Chinese again and was left with boiled rice . Never again😡😡😡

Collected order to receive abuse from staff, yelling at me. Told him I had come to collect an order to which he started to tell me that the fried rice had changed to chow mein. He then proceeded to hand me the wrong food. He changed me wrong and told me it was my fault he had given me the wrong food after checking with him my order after arriving. Food was cold and the cut of chicken used was tough and revolting. The soup was pure water and had no flavour at all.

Lost a point for not being open recently for deliveries,, but the food here is tasty prices ok portions good size and he does half portions at a fair price

Have ordered several times, food is very good but delivery service is terrible. Each time I order I get told 45 mins to 1hr, always have to call after 1hrs to chase up and have had to wait 2 hours before for delivery. If the delivery was better , or at least on time, it would be great.

Avoid avoid avoid took two hours to arrive after multiple phone calls and when food finally arrived chicken was raw to very hungry unhappy children the so called owner tried to fob me off when I asked for my money back saying I had to contact just eat to get my money back soon changed his tune when I said I was going to go up to the shop all in all very poor avoid

Really poor service.Placed my order for delivery on 12/10/19 and was told it would be about a hour..After a hour and a half I had to phone up to find where my order was and was told it would be about another hour..After doing a lot of complaining they would send my order straight away which I got in about 20minutes,so God knows why it would have taken another hour...it was cold when it was delivered had to warm it up in the microwave,if it had taken another 40 minutes it would have been frozen.Very poor service will not be using again

After spending over £100 delivery was over two hours late and the owner doesn't think any sort of refund is needed great business attitude take the money and run won't use again

Ordered at 2020 tonight, at 2156 still not arrived after being told it would be an hour. Rang again to be told they hadn’t even started cooking it yet- utterly disgusting, kids upset and hungry. The woman that took the call had not explanation and to be honest couldn’t give a toss!

The food is always spot on from here, not greasy like a lot of Chinese food, the set meals offer great value for money, you get quite a lot, I tend to go for set meal A1, if you buy a side it feeds 2 people.

Best Chinese food in the area. Sadly appears to be closed as I haven't been able to order in several weeks.

Ordered a meal including a fillet steak dish, when it arrived was swimming in gravy & veg the meat was more dog meat than fillet, dont waste your hard earnt cash here. Called the restaurant, spoke to the chef not interested in a nutshell, never again !!

Ordered a delivery from this takeaway and what a disappointment it turned out to be. Dishes from this place are around £1 each more expensive than other places and food quality was dreadful. The salt and pepper king prawns were wrapped in a covering (batter?) which was as tough as leather and it lacked salt and pepper. Rice was greasy and unpleasant - even the dog turned his nose up!! Other dishes were equally poor in quality and lacking in flavour. First and last visit - never again! You have been warned!!

The staff are very friendly and polite but some of the food was awful. The meat did not really resemble chickin at all in my chicken based dishes, it didn't seemed to be cooked properly. The texture did not feel right and for the very first time in my 33 years I was actually questioning if it was even chicken meat! It was my first time at this take away as I had a menu posted through my door. I was drawn to the fact that they do Thai based dishes but again the quality was not there compared other Chinese takeaways that cook this that I have tried. There a much better Chinese take aways if you are going to order from the Selston area. If you live there try shung hing in Kirkby. Far superior food. Wish I could get a refund from Foo Lin! ☹️

Portions get bigger & bigger each time weve had a takeaway theirs really huge helpings even on kingprawn plentiful a little greasy but the meal sizes do outway any criticism cos youll be amazed at the food sizes...meals are cooked at very FAST speed high heat and most likely Flamed thru..sauces are Thick in big Tubs..soups are huge value..the crispy fried meals are Tasty as can be...for 2Adults 2starters 2main courses...2bannana Fritters..and Free prawn crackers Delivered withinn 44minutes £20 so you carnt complain at that...chillied dishes are HOT HOT HOT..go on then tuck inn...no other local chinese will give you more Quantity than this
