AVOID THIS BURGER KING RESTUARANT !! WE STOPPED HERE IN THE EVENING (WHEN IT WAS DARK) TO MEET A FRIEND AND ORDERED FOOD TO EAT IN... THE SERVICE WAS SHOCKINGLY SLOW, SO BY THE TIME WE RECIEVED OUR FOOD, SAT DOWN AND ATE IT WHILE CONVERSING WITH FRIENDS IT HAD BEEN OVER AN HOUR. THIS WEEK WE HAVE RECIEVED TWO PARKING FINES FOR £100 (£200 IN TOTAL) FOR OVERSTAYING THE 45 MIN RULE. DUE TO IT BEING A DARK FEBRUARY EVENING, WE DID NOT SPOT THE PARKING SIGNS AS THEY WERE NOT ILLUMINTATED. LOOKING AT ALL THE REVIEWS THIS IS SEEMS TO BE A REGULAR OCCURANCE SO AND BURGER KING CUSTOMER SERVICES HAVE SAID THEY CANNOT HELP, DESPITE IT BEING THEIR PREMISES. SO AVOID THIS RESTAURANT OR RUN THE RISK OF GETTING A £100 FINE !!!

Our whole family is a big fan of Burger King. My son was craving for this last night and I found this Burger King “Opened” at that time. My family (4 of us) went there at around 10:05pm. The first thing the lady who served me said was- “Only Takeaway this time.”! I explained to her that we came from very far as all the nearest once of where we lived were closed. She then “Allowed” me to have the Eat In option but she said we must Leave by 10:30pm. She took my order at 10:15pm as only one till was running. I was waiting on the side for my foods to arrive when the Manager named ‘Carmen’ cane to action. Me and my family and the other customers were very shocked and surprised to hear the continuous screaming of her. She was shouting and screaming at me saying she won’t give me the trays. She said she would just give me some bags where I can take the foods, go to my seats and take them away with my family. I explained that the lady who served me said I could stay till 10:30pm to eat and we still had about 7-8 minutes in hand. Then she allowed me to sit but gave me a couple of bags to take the rest of the foods away after my 10:30pm deadline! First there was one chicken Royal missing in the order and I went back to her. She gave me that. Also both Ice Creams were missing. She looked pissed when I went to ask for missing ice creams! The Manager Carmen gave me about 4/5 ketchups and 2 Mayonnaise. I said nicely if I could have 2 more mayonnaise but she said she wasn’t allowed any more!!! I really want to know how many ketchup and mayonnaise are allowed for 4 customers who spend about £25. She then gave me 2 mayonnaise and took 2 ketchups away! When I went to pick up my ice creams, I asked for just one ketchup and mayonnaise each as we were really struggling to eat without them with satisfaction but she refused! It was very insulting for me in front of all customers, my family and kids! I went back to the seat but we couldn’t concentrate on eating as she was screaming all the time. We felt like they were fighting! She was even screaming with the staffs and we could hear very loudly from the farthest seats (sofa seat) from where we were seating. We didn’t have any option but to leave the store immediately. The person who took the order and the Manager Carmen didn’t have any sort of knowledge about customer service. None of them smiled at all. They were rather looked disturbed seeing customers at that time of night. I would be happy if you could see the CCTV footage for the whole situation and do a proper investigation about this otherwise you would loose potential regular customers who go to this store while those staffs are present. Trust me- I have been to many Burger Kings but I have never had such weirdest, worst experiences in my entire life.

The only thing my friend and I have eaten in BK for decades was the bean burger. It started out as the spicy bean burger, then the veggie bean burger then lately it was the vegan bean burger and now it has disappeared! We won't be back until they bring the bean burger back!

I pulled into this Burger King and selected a takeaway meal via the App which told me to redeem in restaurant. After queuing for about 15 minutes and getting anxious that the App would time out, I got to the counter - the time as about 7:45 pm. 'Sorry, wont serve you - only motorbike orders after 7:30pm' said the server. "But the app says 'redeem in restaurant' and there are no signs that you wont serve the public" - 'Nope, not serving you - only drive through or bike orders'. I was so incensed that I filed a complaint on the Burger King website. The answer came back that the store was a franchise and basically Burger King corporate were not interested. Will not be going to this store again that has such rude staff.

Went to eat there as usual the service was horrid and took nearly ten mins plus to receive the food for two ordered, utterly short staffed and overwhelmed staff,paying priority to delivery orders, after getting the food sat to eat in and left, much to my chagrin I got a parking fine apparently they had a sign that state 45 mins max stay . No consideration to time in que and substandard service . Basicly timed from driving in to driving out. First they should not be fining their customers for the privilege of the utterly bad sub standard service. Second they should allow more time and last they need to be utterly clear . Utter entrapment and unethical service. Absolutely inadequate parking service ,punishing your clients for buying your food. Very smart ???!!!
