Caspian Restaurant in Redbridge

Very bad customer service , i went to get a coffee today in between 12.00 to 12.15 pm, and saw the counter was crowded, there we few customer ahead of me, the staff working inside were 2 ladies , one of them was making orders the other staff was just walking inside the shop so i got confused if the shop is shut or if they not talking orders hence i asked the lady if they taking orders (i was polite in asking so) on which she lost her cool and started yelling at me. If they are under pressure they should ask the managment to add and extra staff so things can flow smooth. Very rude behaviour.

Accept and cancel orders last minute…happened to often to be excused…decent food, just don’t order…go and pick up…

No proper location address to find

Ordered a 6inch sandwich via UberEats and they ended up giving me a footlong with a lovely message. Very nice of them. Good sandwich too. Thanks.
