Got to be one of the best burgers from a large chain. Love Burger king

A small concession, and quiet when we visited, but service was quick and the food was hot and tasty. Small number of seats inside, but people were just using the Greggs area with no issues.

Good place to stop for lunch on A14. Nice to have the option of Greggs or BK. Toilets are a let down though. Not very well maintained and the lock on the end cubicle has been missing for at least 2 years !

It’s okay, but service at BK can be a bit slow at times.

Order system confusing staff friendly

Near to closing time but service was still good.

I was upset and disappointed by this BK. The fries were overdone, very dry. The burger was poorly put together and warm in some parts but cold in others. It tasted like it had been cooked hours earlier and microwaved. I travelled out of my way on the way back to Bury St Edmunds so I felt the journey had been wasted. The rubbish bin was overflowing, there was rubbish on the tables, the tables had not been cleaned. I was the only one in the restaurant and when the guy did come out to empty the bin he picked up one straw from a table and one cardboard carton and did not wipe down the tables. I also ordered a strawberry milkshake which didn’t even taste of strawberry. I didn’t finish it. I am disabled and the entrance is not disabled friendly. It has a big uneven slope up to the door which is a pull door. I will never go to this restaurant again. The Bury St Edmunds Burger King is way better, apart from parking.

Whopper was dripping with oil & fries were cold

Went in today as McDonald's closed on same roundabout.the premises were filthy with litter and food on floor on seating area and tables were very dirty and not cleaned either.staff were very slow and despite eye contact we were ignored.after a couple of minutes we left.

No stars here. Only went in here one evening as McDonald's is being refurbished. Got through door and kids and staff running around and chasing each around restaurant. Rubbish laying on floor. Walked in and walked out again. Place just looks dirty. Staff looked at you as though you are a alien. Would recommend going hungry rather than eat here

Is it too hard to put paper in the receipt bit on the order screens? It's not is it. Useless

Busy talking to friends leaning on counter

Every time I go here I always have bits missing like an extra patties and it's not worth the fuel to go back and get what's missing

Wanted to go to McDs, but the one on fiveways is being refurbished. So, we went to BK... I remember why we never go there now... The ordering software is awful. The kids meals didn't come in the kid boxes. The memphis double cheese burger; came soggy with one sorry little onion ring (trying to find the photo function as word don't do it justice). I had to lean over the counter and get myself the cup holder for my take away drinks. The chicken royale was awful too. No wonder burger king is dying.

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Ordered a vegan royale chicken sandwich and they served us meat. And there was no ambiguity, it was meat. Disgusted. Never returning.

Ordered a bacon cheese burger meal and got home to find they hadn’t even packed the burger. What a joke

Place was dirty tables not cleaned floor unswept, there were two staff loitering in the back, whilst these jobs needed doing. We sat at a table we had to wipe off ..

Good food but a bit of a wait to be served (considering it was a quiet Saturday evening) Food ok, did forget some sauces which, again was surprising for a quiet period. Plenty of on site parking and easy access from the main road.

Seemed like a limited choice and I think prices are elevated just due to being at a Theme Park.

very shocked to arrive at burger king to find out they have no beef. only 3 options for burgers, all chicken or veggie options. sign that says “ eat in” but no chairs to facilitate this. Toilets out of order and the bins outside are over flowing. very disappointing. If i wanted chicken i would have gone to KFC, would have been better than the chicken royale that was abit of bread slapped together with some mayo.

Food was as per usual. But when I wanted to ask a question, I was told to order from the machine. I didn't want to order something. I wanted to ask a question. Eventually I managed to get the question out, but there was no need to be rude about it. The dining area was fine, but the trash bins were full and they weren't changed until much later, which was gross because they were so full that garbage had to be put into another bin bag first. But eventually it was emptied.

The day we went half the tables were out of commission, and worse: the toilets we closed. The building felt dirty, unloved and unwelcoming. The actual burger king food counter was clean, staff very welcoming, and the same food quality you'd expect from any other Burger King outlet. Plan to eat in your car.

Been here a few times. Definitely a better Burger King. The food is always nice here and staff always really nice. Some other branches could take notes

Toilets absolutely disgusting, stank to high heaven. Enough to put you off the food you paid for, which was a typical service station overpriced.

I've visited this Burger King a number of times and previously rated it as a 2 or 3 star establishment, because the service was glacialy slow and the restaurant was dirty. However, today's visit (30/05/24 at 1915) was a real improvement 🤩 The food was great (for the genre), the service speed was good (for a fresh-cooked turn around time) and our server (a young blonde lady, apologies I didn't catch her name) was excellent - friendly and knowledgeable. The restaurant was much tidier too, albeit the floor could have done with a sweep.

Great burgers, better than the golden arches, but please improve your chips.

Quick stop on way back home. Staff mega fast super efficient, lady doing cooking really nice woman. Lovely chicken royale and spicy chicken royale. Food very fresh.

The staff were very helpful and the was food great The tables were freshly cleaned and the wait time was only around two minutes.

Unhelpful older lady who processed order. After the order went through she said we have no fizzy drinks, it needs a replacement gas canister and it takes a while to fit? It wasn't busy at all and there was at least two of them. When the food came over minus the fizzy drinks we had 3 medium meals although we had ordered 1 large. She then starting talking to the Gregg's staff on site. Surely she could have changed the gas cannister? It was as if she did not want to be there. Such a shame.

Slow, unfriendly, dirty, food poor

The food is lovely but the place is grubby. It needs a regular cleaner to go round and clean. The tables and floors are disgusting. Also needs to close for a couple of days and have a good paint of the walls. DO NOT sit next to the toilets unless you like the constant smell of poop!

This was a service station very short of loos and were awash.

Stopped here for lunch on our way to Norfolk. Very pleasant staff. Tasty hot food, unfortunately coffee was not great. Toilets need a decent clean 🤮

Absolutely crap service ordered onion rings and chilli cheese bites waited for 10 mins no worries but they didn't cook any in fryers could see fryers then gave me food cold I complained said need hot to take them home said they will cook some more great I thought then gave me original meal warm clearly not ones they just cooked when I questioned this told me I was wrong I wasn't not hot like normally when fresh will ring manager could here staff in back not happy with my concerns over first complaint so obviously thought would be clever and give them to me a second time bit fed up as usually very good from there

WORST BURGER KING ever. Chips tasteless, burger ok Coffee tastes like wet cardboard and dreadful ordering system !! BK used to be my favourite- no longer.

Seems I had an experience similar to a lot of reviewers. Verrry sloowww service and disinterested staff. And a small mixup with our order (Cheese missing from a burger) Food tasted great when it came through. Shame, as the nearby McDonald's is always very busy so if they upped the service a little, they might attract more customers!

Forgot this place was even open till we drove around looking for parking! Really helpful and pleasant staff, nice and clean inside too.

Won't accept an order at the till. Was told I can only order at the kiosk. Even though there was almost no one in there. Ridiculous. Tables not even clean. Rubbish over them.

Although the food was ready I waited quite a while for it to be placed on the tray for me while the staff were chatting! Food was ok but only one flavour of milk shake available! The eating place is mainly for people passing through on the A11, stopping for a bite to eat. Plenty of parking and customer toilets.

The food wasn’t the greatest but came warm and fresh. The staff working did engage in conversation whilst I was waiting for my food. Amazing place! Will definitely be coming back

Gave a 2 star as the fries machine had broken down so u cudnt buy a meal with a fries substitute . You had to buy single products which then became more expensive than a meal ..shud of had fries substituted with something else or maybe if cost more than meal then shud of been discounted down to meal price . Management didn't care and told me maccy d was other side of road if I wasn't happy . Won't return will go other side of road in future ..oh and I'm a local so your store has lost me completely to maccy d

Food is good, service is fine. Automated tellers make the socializing aspect limited. 1 toilet with 3 seperate stalls for ALL customers (including greggs) makes rush hour maddening, there is a handicap toilet nearby.

Stopped here whilst car was on charge next door. The place was a mess, floor filthy and the toilets aren't much better. Food was fresh and nice though.

Place was very dirty, full bins, sticky tables and dirty chairs. Very low standard compare to other Burger King's, management definitely need to improve this. Food was nice.

I can't say anything about the burgers as I usually stop by on my way home from work to grab a bite of their fries. I think they're pretty good. Fresh and crispy. It would be nice if they had more sauces than just chilli and bbq. It's true that inside is not very clean, but considering that I usually eat in the car, I try not to pay attention to it. And in fact, sometimes you wait in line for 5 or 10 minutes to the touch screen to place an order, while the employee stands behind the counter and just waits. 5 stars for the fries. The rest.. oh well.

Nice well made food. Service wS very good and the whole restaurant was being run by 2 young men only., making fresh meals.

Bit disappointed with visit, bought the bacon cheese burger XL meal x 3 with loaded cheese and bacon fries to be eaten at home with others , All the burgers were "lopsided" and had to be re stacked, it was a game of hunt the bacon for all ,!! And despite only living 3 minutes drive away, the cheese on the chips had gone cold and solidified making for soggy stuck together fries 😕

He forgot sauce. Wasn't apologies. Dirty everywhere. Toilet all close. Didn't clean up step by step by sections. Slow service

Usual burger King quite grubby and dirty toilets

Stopped for a comfort break and a bite. Used the facilities, they were awful. Smelled like Jabba the Hutts' armpits. Left without eating.

There's plenty of parking and the service is quick and fresh.

Milkshake was chocolate but was so weak it tasted like vanilla they forgot the extra patty in the burger and the sauces. Other than that the burger and chilli cheese bites were great 👍🏻.

The hygiene here is non-existing. The only thing we still go there for is that the food is actually quite good. They take ages to make your food even if you are the only one there. Choose takeaway.

£8.50 for just the burger, which was burnt and they gave me the wrong one! As it's a service station branch I didn't notice until I'd driven off. Worst burger king burger I've ever had!

Was ok, they had run out of seeded buns and ketchup, which really changed the taste of the burger, but other than that the service was ok.

As of last time I went into this place will be the last time, I found them rude they will not take a order anymore you have to do it on the machine, I am dyslexic I use my phone on how to spell words. I never get a normal burger it would take a very long time using the machine to order as I always have items added and taken off my food which is why I go to the till to tell them my order. But after last week trying to get food what a waste of my time it was I will never use this burger king again 😒 and I used to go it a lot, next time I will try Newmarket. Don't use this place unless you don't mind waiting a bit of time. Oh yes and just over the road there is going to be a five guys very soon I hope, it does cost more but I have heard it is meant to be worth it 👌 and you got a Mcdonalds just over the road best of luck to all that read this.

Rubbish experience. Was not able to put my order through on the touch screen so tried to go to till, was told "Area manager will not let us serve from the till" I was told to try and order through touch screen but come back to the till and explain what alterations I needed for our food. "Burger King, Have it your way" yeah right! Bins were over flowing, food all over the floor, toilets were rank. Area manager should concentrate on stuff like this instead of banning staff from actually serving customers. Food was nice though.
