Only 2 screens to place orders from and half the time when you order you get a error message. The counter staff will not take a face to face order and usher you back to the screen again. Very customer unfriendly and the manager has a problem dealing with customers too. Best to take your business elsewhere.

Staff were too busy having a carry on.the carpark was very concerning rubbish everywhereand rats running around. . No one was interested interested in cleaningthe inside or outside place is shocking rat infestation. Totally shocking. And one of the delivery drivers was in the bathroom cubicle and came out never washed his hands.oh yes picked up 3 orders and never washed or sanitised his hands.even his delivery bag was in cubicle with him on the floor. Never will we spend our money in this burger king again. These delivery drivers dont give a toss. We just went through a pandemic now we will get another man made disease. This is worst ever in my LIFE DISGUSTING once again we have to review this place. The staff at the drive thru are rude and ignorant. This place should be shut down.this time we wont be back. The franchise owner needs to go in and look at the staff he has employed as they could be doing with a good scrub and put on a customer service course. The place needs a deep clean.its shocking.once again too much carry on in a place serving the public. Get a grip.

Placed an order £58 said order ready at 14.06 arrived at 14.45 absolutely freezing Tried phoning to cancel when we got the text to say it was ready but hadn’t been picked up yet Phone line was constantly busy Driver said he went in and picked it up and came straight down with it I live five minutes away So it must have lay there for forty minutes hence all food freezing The cold drinks were warmer than the food An order at that price should have been remade before being delivered Never again

Food and service was incredible will be back again.

Place is very spacious, about 80% of the place is tables and chairs. Hardly any flavors in the drinks machines, and had to ask for more cheese on my loaded fries. Person that gave us our food could maybe smile once in a while and look happy that she’s working at her job.

Burger was cold, took it back in and complained and was told they could do nothing as I had taken 2 bites out of it! Pretty shoddy in my opinion. The manageress did stick it in the microwave for me that was something.

Everytime I come to this shop I'm always greeted by happy smiles especially one member of staff called Jessica her sister used to work here too unfortunately not anymore. Always makes sure your order is as you asked for. Can't say anything bad about the customer service I get.

Went in for a lunch stop, place was clean, but one of the order screens was not working, and a staff member was quite short attitude wise, and when we went to the desk to order, felt like we were making the staff work 😕. Need to work in the please and thank you principles.

Staff don't take your order now I had to do it through the machine which kept sending me pop ups asking if I wanted to add other items to order which I didn't. If this is the future I'm out....

I drove here at 10.09 pm sat at the speaker for 10 mins no sign to tell anyone the place is shut eventually drive round to the window and wait another 5 mins until I eventually get hold of a girl she gets someone else another girl with a right attitude were shut we have nothing left !!!!! Phoned manager next morning nice enough person but got no where !!!! Folks don't use this place this place there attitude stinks and they have no manners !!!! I won't be back at this burger King it's probably the worst buger king in Scotland foods always cold drinks are flat there's always some wrong and staff are terrible !!! FOLKS DONT USE THIS PLACE !!!!!!

Enjoyed my chicken burger and coffee shop was very quiet not many people about. Ordering is a bit of a faff and can hold things up if there is a few people about.

Absolutely awful, food was barely hot when we eventually sat down to it. Staff couldn’t care less about a wrong order.

There is a car park at this venue,so there is very little walking. Went to the counter and I was asked to use the self service console. I selected a Whopper meal and went through the screens. The last screen gave me an option of paying by card or cash!! There was no slot to pay cash, so I selected cash out of curiosity. I was given a receipt and informed to attend the counter to pay for my meal. The same counter I was at earlier 💁‍♂️what was the point!! I did ask why I couldn't get served at the counter and told that they didn't want to use the tills. Not everyone wants to pay by card, some people prefer using cash for small purchases and a lot of don't like the consoles.

A Busy Burger King, but even with the high volume of customers, my wait wasn't too long, and food was just what I had come to Burger King for, a tasty big burger that I gulped down in no time.

Where to start. Stale Roll, tiny greasy burger, watery fanta, disgusting cheese style sauce on chips. expensive. Made me physically sick within 10mins of leaving. My son was ill too. I will never eat such bad food from here again.

Did a just eat order cost £27 2 burgers 2 meals 2 chips . Driver delivers one meal . Called Burger King explained told nothing we can do you need to contact just eat even although they process the meal and hand the driver the order . Appalling service now have 2 kids sharing one meal . Won’t use Burger King ever again

10/10 service, it's to easy to order on the screen, but I went to an assistant as I had a discount code to use , never have trouble finding a seat , the food is always hot & fresh and the staff are very nice....

Scott was lovely bringing our food out to the car park from drive thru. Pleasant young man can see him go in and out having a laugh with the rest if the drivers. Good was superb and service through the drive thru was fast and ordered up quickly

Got my order wrong and was far away before checking, partly my fault and these things happen but wanted my second burger!! Lesson learned by me

Popped in here for some food after some shopping. It was really busy but the staff were excellent and queue went down quickly. I was surprised by how clean the place was. The food was really good. Had a big whopper and it was so juicy. I knocked my drink over and a staff member called Derek couldn't have been more helpful. Not only did he get me a replacement but he got down on his hands and knees and cleaned up my mess.

Don't order through the app, driver never appeared

Weordered through the drive thru, we both had a whopper meal and the chilli heatwave chicken fries, food was spot on I'll definitely be back for the chilli heatwave chicken fries they were very addictive👌😁. Service was absolutely fine we were asked to get a parking space and they will bring it out to us, it didn't take too long. Better than most burger kings I have been to.

Took forever to get served because of sorting just eat/deliveroo orders, felt invisible. Finally got food after about 15 mins. Quite awkward listening to the manager getting delivery driver into trouble like a child cos he was late, could have been down more privately. Food was fine but not the best environment

Okay, so I'll start by staying that for as long as I can remember I've loved a Whopper with cheese and bacon, but your East Kilbride branch are ruining them. I've been to this branch a few times over the last few months and felt they weren't up to scratch. During my visit earlier today, both my partner and I had the same thing and the buns were dry and crumbly, the filling was cold, the cheese was an unmelted slice, and there was very little sauce. I know these burgers are better than what I'm being presented with, and the East Kilbride branch drastically need to improve. If it's a training issue, then let's get some training done. If this is the best this branch can do then it's maybe no surprise that there are only a handful of patrons in the restaurant on a Saturday evening these days. I almost asked for the manager but didn't bother as I felt that I'd just be offered another burger or a refund, but for the sake of Burger King I just want them to get it right in the first place. Sadly, we probably won't be going back again. Burger King, I'm afraid you're loosing the fast food fight.

I'm a frequent to this burgerking on my drive home but the other day I decided to use up some of my loyalty points that I've been saving up to get a meal. I couldn't get the app to work so I sought after assistance and was greeted by an employee named cammy. He was extremely helpful showing me how to navigate through the menus and I was able to use my loyalty points. I will definitely be coming again.

Absolutely terrible, no other way to describe it. Ordered nearly £50 of food and everything arrived stone cold. The buns were stale and the pattys were so thin and dry that you could pop the lot of them in an envelope and still not need to pay extra postage. The chips were like cardboard and tasteless. Asked for a refund through JustEat and unsurprisingly got ripped off and denied it, even when all the food went straight to the bin. I'd rather have a microwaved Rustler Burger than the rotten 'burgers' they serve here. Staff are clueless as well. 2 drinks were incorrect and none of the sauces i paid for were in the bags. The restaurant manager should be embarrassed.

I couldn't recommend this place. Always prefer a BK over the alternatives but struggling to justify going here anymore. Service is abysmal. So slow. Place is full of just eat drivers. It's got quite a dirty and grubby feeling like staff don't keep on top of things. They no longer give you your cups to fill up your own drinks until after you get the food so you wait an eternity for the 'fast' food and then have to wait in line to get your drinks while the food gets colder, apparently they are too busy to give you the cups while you wait for 20 minutes for the food. I suggest trying somewhere else, it's not what it used to be.

Dear auld Burger King EK, I always had a wee preference Due To The Fries, way better than the other Burger Joint, Oh what a shock I got, once thriving with customers and the soft play was dynamite for the kid's, I had my 2 grandsons with me and it was so disappointing to see BK in the Sorry state it is in, NO SOFT PLAY, NO OUTDOOR TABLES, GRUBBY AND THE FRIES AND THE OTHER ALLEGEDLY FOODY THINGS, TO BE 100% HONEST, IT WAS A DISGRACE, I WAS EMBARRASSED FOR MY GRANDSONS 7 AND 3, THEY JUST WANTED TO LEAVE ""RIP"" BK

What's happened to BurgerKing? Ordered a XL double bacon burger thingy....rotten! No sauce on it, no salad on it and the bun was as dry as cardboard.... not to mention the price...£9.99!!!!!!

The place was was really lively and busy and the food was excellent cannot fault the service at all, i will be back.

Got gome and my burger was missing

Have taken the kids here a few times, they love it. One of their favourite things is the juice machine, it has a wide range of drinks including many different flavours of Fanta (grape, strawberry, raspberry and many more)

Burger was lovely but staff were unfriendly and seemed miserable to be there. I always smile and say please and thank u to staff, but nope, nothing in return. Restaurant was covered in food and wrappers too. Not a nice place to visit.

Love Burger King, but the food was cold, as the staff forgot to bring the food out to us. Very short staffed as well. Overall, I was very disappointed as this used to be a brilliant wee place to eat and take kids
