I cant fault the service in this store! The girl Allysha that works in here is just the best so friendly and makes sure you have everything you need 10/10 would happily come here over the rutherglen store any day!

Fantastic service by Alyssha. I don't normally use Subway but chose to use it one lunchtime while at our Cambuslang office and I cannot praise enough the service received. A credit to her company, Alyssha was polite and customer orientated and I will now use this Subway regular due to the excellent service received. David Gibson - Herald and Glasgow Times

Absolutely shocking attitude from the girl serving on 01.03.24 at 10am. I got a mouthful of cheek off of her because I ask for a footlang to be reheated as she stopped serving me halfway through my order and started serving someone else, I had to interrupt their wee chinwag to complete my order...which was another sub but in the meantime the footlong was sitting cooling down. She started shouting at me because she was the only member of staff - shop was hardly busy. If I could give 0 stars I would - this is the only time I've had an issue in this store and I will not be returning due to it, I'd rather drive to rutherglen and pay for parking than be shouted at by a disgruntled wee lassie !!!!

Very slow service due to lack of staff. 30 min wait to get a subway which is ridiculous

Staff unhelpful. Food cold. Won’t be returning. You’d think filling a roll and shoving it in an oven was pretty straightforward. Not here. Not cheap either.

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. I accidentally placed an order with their store instead of Rutherglen and the worker denied that they received my order and denied that they can cancel or refund orders when the app states refunds can be carried out by the store. Wasted my time and money.

Not too long to wait. Range of options available to suit individual tastes. Different staff everytime I visit. Can be heavy on the lettuce, but that's up to you to tell the sandwich artist what your after.

Absolute shocker of a shop. Went in today for a chicken salad bowl. Top heavy in lettuce and not a lot else. About 5 small pieces of chicken. They then charged me £4.79. I complained and the grumpy girl who served me couldn't give a hoot. Terrible attitude. I'm now contacting trading standards. Not letting this one go. Please avoid.

I ordered from here for delivery both meals were wrong and didn’t have cheese, I also didn’t receive the correct drink. I called to let them know and got faced with abuse telling me I was lying… and to send them a picture… then hung up.. will never use them again!!! The pics is the sub ‘with cheese’

Sub was OK but £4.49 for a 6"sub with what was suppose to be tiger bread ? The service was sooo slow. I was on my lunch and they would serve someone then make up just eat orders. First time been in for long time and be a long time before I am back

I usually go to the Cambuslang branch of Subway when I come out of the gym on my days off for my lunch. My usual order is a cold chicken tikka salad. I usually get served by the tall slim girl with dark hair who always makes my salad so neat and well presented with good portion control. Today I was served by an older guy (compared to the rest of the staff on) wearing a black t-shirt. He was very polite and friendly and seemed very in control of everything, I'm assuming he was a manager. Again my salad was very well proportioned and really good!

Blonde girl that works there should be fired, if she’s new then I understand but if not then she’s not good. Asked for sauce, she couldn’t comprehend that for some reason. She gave the bare minimum amount of meat that would fit in the scoop (literally less than half). Put the wrong salad on a sub, nearly charged me for an extra sub. Once payment was taken she just walked away so I had to read past the glass protector to get the food, no napkins.

As Varuni said, the lady working here is very rude and has been very abrupt and snappy EVERY SINGLE TIME I've been in. (Today included). Other people i know have noticed it too when they've been in. There's no problem with Subway's products but I think its time Subway issued some customer service tips which should involve not scowling at customers. A smile would be nice.

I ordered from here a couple of hours ago and when I took a bite of my salad I found a sponge in it, i have contacted the relevant people but i want to share so they cant cover it up

Use different Subways for salad usually but had a low fat sub sandwich for a change. Good food, clean tables,fast service and reasonable prices. What's not to like?

Very clean store and great Subs.

Friendly staff serving delicious sandwiches. The floor is generally quite clean. The ingredients never seem to be of bad quality and the breads that they do are just outstanding! This Subway has good security with many visible security cameras scattered around the shop. Overall, this Subway is an excellent sandwich shop that i recommend you visit

Poor customer service. The person who was serving us was rude. She said if you need more sauces added you need to tell at once as my husband wanted another sauce added to his sandwich as she was about to wrap the sandwich. She seems to be in a such a hurry when the store was quiet.

Did not enjoy my visit to Cambuslang Subway as they did not have the bread that l wanted AND did not have any meatball marinara either. Then the sullen faced female server would not allow us to have hot drinks with our subs when we were using a promotional voucher even tho the voucher does NOT specify that it must be a cold dispensed drink! 😡 Not a good visit at all so l will be declining the offer to get a free 6 inch sub when l buy another 6 inch sub 😢😢😢😢

Sandwich options are great normally, however on this occasion there was only one bread option and hardly any filling options.

Spot on place a love going in and haven a mix about with all they have to offer, grate place to go if you fancy a change or just to mix your food up to try a new.

It's Subway, like the rest, but sandwiches are always good, you know what you are getting, service is friendly and fast and you can usually get a seat.
