Burger King in South Lanarkshire

So Burger King Is better than McDonald’s and this Burger King is got good burger and drinks and sides but is better than a City and Come here for good food It has over 25 tables and the fountain drinks has your own napkin and straw and this is the BEST

Went in and self serve kiosk where down and were told tills were off so they would get put on to serve us, stood for about 10 minutes while being ignored and watching just eat drivers being served before us so extremely disappointed in the staff and the lack of respect when it comes to their customers.

Usually get served quite quickly at the drive thru. If you're eating inside they have done away with ordering at the till, you'll need to order through the self-service machine.

Don’t know what it is about this particular Burger King but they make a fantastic version of the Plant based Whopper which is unmatched by any other Burger King I’ve been to. Well done Stewartfield in East Kilbride

Decent food, almost always freshly cooked. Service is quite slow for a fast food restaurant. There's no real atmosphere inside as it's usually not very busy.

I recently went to the Burger King in East Kilbride and was pleasantly surprised. It’s easy to find, and the staff were friendly and quick to take my order. The place was clean and had enough seating. I got a Whopper meal, and it was fresh and tasty. The burger and fries were just what you’d expect from Burger King. The customer service was solid. Even though it was busy, the staff were quick and made sure my order was right. Overall, a good experience. If you’re in East Kilbride and need a fast-food fix, this Burger King is a good option.

The food is absolutely vile. I got the whopper meal and the burger was completely drenched in mayo. Absolutely disgusting the lettuce was brown and I got a half box of chips all for £9.49. Food is vile and your staff clearly aren’t trained

Always enjoy a burger king. I do not often visit this particular branch. However, I was in the area and decided to visit the drive-through as it was raining. Ordered the classic whopper meal with fries, coffee, and some haloume fries. Asked to park as it wasn't ready. When they brought the food out ,the haloume fries were missing. A quick pop into the restaurant, and they double-checked the order and issued them with an apology. Staff were friendly enough but the shop wasn't particularly busy at the time of visit. Food was cooked well and tasty.

This branch of Burger King is absolutely amazing The service and the quality of food, leaves the other Burger King branches in Glasgow standing. The food is always piping hot. This place is a disgrace to the brand burger king. They still have no small cups for drinks.its a money maker as you have to buy large. The manager is rude the staff are incompetent and rude. Place is filthy so is there staff. And waiting time is shocking. This place should be shut down. Never again will we use this burger king. Rip off Britain. Here it is. Should be ashamed of yourselves.

Burger king was good what made it better was their introduction of vegan options in their menu. Would love to have more veg toppings on the burger than just lettuce.

Had the worst experience in here! Manager is so rude! Food wasn't actually that good, loads of dirty tables even though there was plenty staff! Manager gave kids forks to eat there ice cream, when I asked for spoons she said there was none! WTAF! Get your staff sorted. Toilets are an absolute disgrace! Daughter (10) must of took to long as they were in chasing her out!

When to Burger King for dinner after work, went in to sit. Had to order at the till as the we had a discount code. Was greeted by what I can only describe as the most rudest manager I have ever met in my life. Was growling at us the full order after anything we ordered was saying “right” asked to upgrade our chips to the cheese and bacon rolls her eyes as if she had to go out and kill the pig personally for the bacon that was being added to these fries. When our food was threw at us we asked for a fork which was then huffed and puffed about. I thought maybe it was just us but the man she served after us was treated by the same lack of manners. He actually turned to us in disbelief of the attitude and asked us her problem. Every person who went to collect their food when this was ready was in shock when the food was basically threw at them. Never in my life have I actually witnessed customer service like this in my life. Burger King maybe want to have a look into who they hire. This was at 8pm 23rd of May at the Burger King McDonald’s ek kings gate

The food and service fine...but this used to be a vibrant place with the play area now it's worse than a school canteen....just dull and dreary

It's actually quite good but the large lad behind the counter is useless and should go on a training workshop. It's all now machines this guy refused to take order or come out and help with the machine as it wasn't letting me select what I didn't want on burger .I even asked him if he could tell kitchen staff that I didn't want pickle etc but again he refused. Shame as rest of staff are really helpful

I had to change this, as I had a single bad experience and was immediately barred by a young man. --- I got some food, bit I had to wait for a very long time in the car park (other people were served ahead of me, also) after having used the drive through --- I mentioned to the girl, who offered me a fresh meal, but no refund. --- When I got the second load of food, I was disappointed and mentioned to the man, and told him to hurry up, I had been waiting for nearly 30 minutes by this time. He told me "if you don't like it, then don't come back". --- So I drove off. I felt I might go back though, because I do like the food in all burger king outlets, moreso than McDonald's it seems. --- When I went back a young man who I had no idea worked there, but who is familiar as I've seen him about east Kilbride, told me, that I wasnt to be served at all, and that I was now barred for life, from "burger king". --- I expressed that I felt this was unfair, but I then left. --- I won't go back to any burger king restaurants again in Scotland, because I had heard once that they share your barring status nationwide. I don't want to be embarrassed if someone else decides, somewhere else, that I am not welcome there. ---

So the man that served us was really helpful and I would have given him 5 stars. Once we sat down and started eating a female came over and interrupted us mid meal and said hi my name is Jessica can you go onto google and give me a 5 star review. Considering she had no contact with us and interrupted while we were eating which I thought was very rude im giving her 1 star review. I think someone should speak to her about this and tell her to stop doing this to customers she hasn’t even served.

Lovely lunch date with the family, my kids love a wee lunch date to east Kilbride and always without a doubt stop by Burger King as treat for them!! Food is always warm, fresh and filling!! And the regular staff and manger are more than accommodating!!!! Always come in to friendly smile and are treated as humans and not just a number/customer!! Only 2 screens to place orders from and half the time when you order you get a error message. The counter staff will not take a face to face order and usher you back to the screen again. Very customer unfriendly and the manager has a problem dealing with customers too. Best to take your business elsewhere.

Staff were too busy having a carry on.the carpark was very concerning rubbish everywhereand rats running around. . No one was interested interested in cleaningthe inside or outside place is shocking rat infestation. Totally shocking. And one of the delivery drivers was in the bathroom cubicle and came out never washed his hands.oh yes picked up 3 orders and never washed or sanitised his hands.even his delivery bag was in cubicle with him on the floor. Never will we spend our money in this burger king again. These delivery drivers dont give a toss. We just went through a pandemic now we will get another man made disease. This is worst ever in my LIFE DISGUSTING once again we have to review this place. The staff at the drive thru are rude and ignorant. This place should be shut down.this time we wont be back. The franchise owner needs to go in and look at the staff he has employed as they could be doing with a good scrub and put on a customer service course. The place needs a deep clean.its shocking.once again too much carry on in a place serving the public. Get a grip.

Placed an order £58 said order ready at 14.06 arrived at 14.45 absolutely freezing Tried phoning to cancel when we got the text to say it was ready but hadn’t been picked up yet Phone line was constantly busy Driver said he went in and picked it up and came straight down with it I live five minutes away So it must have lay there for forty minutes hence all food freezing The cold drinks were warmer than the food An order at that price should have been remade before being delivered Never again

Place is very spacious, about 80% of the place is tables and chairs. Hardly any flavors in the drinks machines, and had to ask for more cheese on my loaded fries. Person that gave us our food could maybe smile once in a while and look happy that she’s working at her job.

Burger was cold, took it back in and complained and was told they could do nothing as I had taken 2 bites out of it! Pretty shoddy in my opinion. The manageress did stick it in the microwave for me that was something.

Everytime I come to this shop I'm always greeted by happy smiles especially one member of staff called Jessica her sister used to work here too unfortunately not anymore. Always makes sure your order is as you asked for. Can't say anything bad about the customer service I get.

Went in for a lunch stop, place was clean, but one of the order screens was not working, and a staff member was quite short attitude wise, and when we went to the desk to order, felt like we were making the staff work 😕. Need to work in the please and thank you principles.

Staff don't take your order now I had to do it through the machine which kept sending me pop ups asking if I wanted to add other items to order which I didn't. If this is the future I'm out....

I drove here at 10.09 pm sat at the speaker for 10 mins no sign to tell anyone the place is shut eventually drive round to the window and wait another 5 mins until I eventually get hold of a girl she gets someone else another girl with a right attitude were shut we have nothing left !!!!! Phoned manager next morning nice enough person but got no where !!!! Folks don't use this place this place there attitude stinks and they have no manners !!!! I won't be back at this burger King it's probably the worst buger king in Scotland foods always cold drinks are flat there's always some wrong and staff are terrible !!! FOLKS DONT USE THIS PLACE !!!!!!

Enjoyed my chicken burger and coffee shop was very quiet not many people about. Ordering is a bit of a faff and can hold things up if there is a few people about.
