Burger King in Bury

Ordered and delivered within half an hour and the food was lovely and hot

I didnt get my bottle of coke that I order and paid for and i couldn't get in touch with burger king either

The buns aren’t fresh on the burgers. The burgers don’t have the same taste and quality as they once did.

order never arrived and then was proceeded to be called delivered eventhough it never came

I placed my order and the delivery time changed numerous times, After a while it had said my order had been delivered at 15:55, this came through at 15:15. My order has not arrived yet

delivery said 10.05 came at 10.45. the chips were cold and did not seem a large portion. the burger I had to microwave to warm up . overall very poor

the driver had problems with the address but saw me waiting at the front door.

Ordered £25 worth of food and I was missing 2x Double cheese burgers and 20x Chicken Nuggets, Fries and Dips.

Dunno what to say. It's a Burger King, not unlike other Burger Kings. BK do a pretty good plant based whopper actually. Just as good as the normal one.

This was not the drivers fault. I ordered this around 11:30 am for Lunch but it arrived about 6 hours late, cold and hard. It seems as though the food was ready but no driver could be found this morning.

Never use the retail park McDonald’s ever again. It’s run by idiots. Got a Burger King and let me tell you. Delivered fast, everything hot and fresh.. but you missed the cheese on my burger.. still everything else was mega. Never maccies ever again around bury. Go to THIS Burger King.

Shocking!! I put extra pickle extra mayo red sauce on my whopper meal and came plain! Also chicken royal came with no lettuce and mayo after selecting plus 1 on the items more for the bin!. Total disappointment

This is probably the best Burger King ive visited in a long time. Used to come here some years ago when visiting B&Q. Its my third visit this month. Burgers have been spot on. Vegitarian wife says its the best veggie burger shes tasted to date. Girls at the drive through treat service seriously. (Its unusual to see young people in this industry committed to good service! ). Keep doing what your doing 😊 Update July 22. Still the best! Update Dec 23. Still fabulousl, well done people! The order was nearly cold, the whopper was a meal, but there was no chips. plus which nearly always happens with the delivery no sauces were included although asked for. We ate most of it as very hungry after a busy stressful day, but neither of us finished it completely. Very disappointed, as we wanted something reasonable and filling and always prefer BK burgers than other chains, so normally don't mind paying extra for the better quality but were let down badly today.

This is the best burger king. Food is always good. I drive from rochdale to here. I wish we had one.

Food tasted nice but it was a bit too fast as we both had sickness and diarrhea. Explains why we didn't wait for the food to be cooked.

The phone signal for data is so bad here. So if you're planning to order on the app then do it before arriving. Other than that it's your average BK same as anywhere else.

The driver was rude on the phone and didn't want to come to the entrance I was at. He told me that the food will go back as I was at the wrong entrance. When he got to me he was shouting and more or less threw the bag at me saying "TAKE YOUR FOOD " The food was like warm. I have never had issues with drivers before.

appalling, food was stone cold and really bad because of that. absolute waste of money. Most of it went in the bin. almost an hour and a half to get this. Clearly had been cooked an hour and a half ago too.

I'm not happy as my partner was due for work on a night shift qnd had to go without having anything to eat and had to be at work with a hour to spare and it was 2 hours late not happy

Love the food and experience.got better from previous experience. Seating arrangements still a bit as ,congested .not comfortable .toilets are clean and not maintained well .

Disgraceful service. Order places at 17.30 stating 30/40 minutes delivery… food arrive 19.55.. driver stated no driver would accept my order. There should be option to cancel. Absolute waste of time and money. Driver was very polite to explain on delivery. Should be option to cancel

I've been a few times recently, and I'm not a fan. Food ordering is poor, not able to orfer from the counter anymore, I was informed at the counter. I ordered at the screen, and the screens were all greasy, and no receipt was available. It seems that they don't have enough staff, McDonald's have someone cleaning tables etcetera. I use McDonald's when I can. The breakfast menu seems a bit well hidden. Overall, it's not a great place to eat and not very user-friendly. They shout your order number out when it's ready, but how would you know what your order number is, without a receipt, thus the visit to the counter, where no orders are taken. I thought about using the drive-through next time, but I have decided to use the drive past as a better option. Also considerably more expensive than McDonald's.

When it works it works well but that wasn’t to be with my order. Ordered at 5.20 didn’t arrive until 6.40. The delivery guy was sat at the bottom of the street and despite our best efforts of waving manically at him apparently the fact he didn’t have our house number for the delivery didn’t help. So food gets delivered and the hot food is bagged with cold bottled drinks so surprise surprise food is cold. Absolute rubbish! Wish I’d have cooked!!

I was the only one in at 1030. Food was piping hot because it had just been cooked. Service was friendly and polite. And it was the cleanest I've ever seen a fast food restaurant. Top job to the staff 👏🏽

Ask for no salt in fries come with not just salt but like extra just to take the mick when ask for no salt due to medical what’s the point of adding a note to your order when it clearly is acknowledged

I ordered the bbq angus meal with extra patty and received a cheese burger my partner order the cheese and bacon burger there was no salad and it was cold I will never order Burger King again

Pretty easy one to rate. When I dined in, there were only a couple of other customers. Placed our order and didn't have to wait very long for it to be ready. There was a member of staff who was putting a lot of time and effort into cleaning the floors and all the empty tables were clean and free from any leftovers etc. The burgers and fries were what you'd normally expect from a fast food. But everything was tasty and hot.

I had ordered 2 double whoppers with 2 sides each I received 1 double whopper and 1 single whopper and it’s not the first time they messed up the order joke

Food was lukewarm. I also left a note requesting the bun be separate from one of the burgers due to a gluten intolerance and the burger came with the bun on, so my grandmother couldn’t eat it and could only eat the fries.

Usual burger bar came expecting usual food quick and fast. But this time very pleasantly surprised the inside felt very clean staff look happy and very welcoming the burger was the usual but rated clean fresh and perfect everything tasted better feel this restaurant should be rated high by corporate it is hidden away and difficult to see if you not looking for it probably that’s a good thing Won’t say we will be back as we went back two days later and still felt bright clean and fresh diff staff but they all looked happy and welcoming

Do your drivers/bike riders look at door numbers? no they don't, I had to get in the car and collect my order, for the man to say he tried ringing, no he did not. Burger king is not the issue here it's the just eat rider, the food was correct but cold due to a poor delivery driver.

My wife and I have visited this outlet on many occasions over the past 7 years and it saddens me to report this outlet has literally gone down the pan. OK the food was fine, standard Burger King, but when you go to the self service napkin dispenser find it empty, which irked not just me but other customers too. An approach to a young man at service counter, brought a handful of napkins and no mention of refilling the dispenser. Customer service nil point. But the napkins are not the main complaint. As my wife and another lady discovered, the state of the ladies toilet. According to the on duty manager, the toilets are done by a member of staff daily. However the state of the toilets suggests they hadn't been done for days. They were absolutely stinking, the pans full of excrement, waste bins dirty, both ladies toilets matched each other in filth. Floor and sinks were dirty and as my wife walked in another lady warned her of the disgraceful state of the toilets. That lady had a child with her and the child refused to use the filthy environment. This is the 21st century, raw sewage in plain sight not an attractive option. In this day and age, we expect eating establishments to be spotless something we've learned since Covid outbreak. The duty manager couldn't care less, but she has a duty to inspect customer toilets to ensure they pass the relevant requirements laid down by Bury Council on the hygienic state of her place of employment. I sincerely hope the higher echelons of BK read this and act accordingly. Management shake up required, and hourly inspections of the loos imperative.

I am genuinely impressed with the exceptional service provided by Nicole. Her polite and attentive demeanor, coupled with the prompt delivery of my piping hot meal, exceeded my expectations. It is rare to experience such a seamless dining experience, but today, everything was truly remarkable.

it took over 2 hours to be delivered the restraint wasn't answering the phone your app gave me no direct way to sort it know one to speak to the driver wad very apologetic that was the only good thing out of yhe whole all deal never have I had this issue before it was a complete joke

I got the message saying my food was with the courier at 34 minutes past, with an expected delivery of 41 minutes past... the food ultimately arrived at 55 minutes past and was stone cold

Standard bk fare. The self serve was a touch light on the customer service experience aspect! Finally the dining area was rather like a polar expedition in terms of temperature. Maybe use the drive thru to avoid hypothermia.

Food delivered hot and fresh despite me putting the wrong house number on the order! The delivery driver kindly rang and we were able to meet him. Excellent service!
