What can I say: the food is such quality. It is made with such care and it shows

Just got this and it was literally the worst chippy food I've EVER had GREASE trust me stay away. Both puddings looked 3 month old looked mouldy and dry as a bone inside. Chips looked and tasted triple fried 2 week old . Best thing was the gravy. Never again . Go to the welcome on parsonage street

I had high hopes for this hotel, but unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. Upon arrival, I was allocated a room that could only be described as a broom cupboard — small, cramped, and with a tiny window facing a blank wall. I would guess that it had originally been a single room that had been awkwardly fitted with a double bed. To make matters worse, the shower provided hot water for barely 30 seconds. After raising this with reception, I was moved to a different room, which was thankfully a marked improvement in terms of size and natural light. However, the issues didn’t end there. The water pressure across the hotel was dreadful — the worst I’ve encountered, making showering a frustrating experience. The evening meal was uninspiring and lacked flavour, and the beer was equally disappointing. The swimming pool was green in colour and appeared poorly maintained. Breakfast didn’t redeem things either, with burnt and excessively oily food. Overall, what I had hoped would be a pleasant stay turned into a very disappointing visit. I wouldn’t choose to return

Great place for family to eat and spend time together. Great deals on food and drinks. Lots of tvs to watch the sports.
