Burger Brothers in Brighton and Hove

I’ve eaten here for 10 years now. I work away 6 months at a time and the first thing I do on my return is come to Burger Brothers. It doesn’t taste like a burger, it has its own unique flavours like no other burger I’ve ever experienced anywhere else in the world. I’ve left many a review for this place always glowing which is testament to its consistency. I order a Simple Jack with prosciutto and add a chilli tickle. Sex.

I had the opportunity of visiting my son and went in to burger brothers for mouthwatering lunch. After three weeks I still feel the test of the sumptuous burger in my month. It was a 3 square meal in one. I wish I can eat it once a week 😩

I have got the most delicious burger of my life here! It was juicy, very tasty, and - I am 100% sure - cooked with care! If there was a sofa, I would have slept till morning!:) Recommended, most definitely!!!

Very, very good burgers. Just go with the flow and top up that bun with loveliness! I had their veggie burger, it was truly outstanding! I like it when a burger joint actually spends effort on creating a delicious veggy patty of their own recipe. I added portabello mushrooms and some pickles, all added to the flavor. Go here, you will not be disappointed!

Truly one of the best burgers I have ever eaten. Simply delicious and juicy meat, beautifully assembled burger and crispy chips. The lovely man at the counter was incredibly friendly, funny and we had great chats with him. Highly enjoyed coming here and I will make sure to return in the future. Recommending it to everyone that visits Brighton, give it a go and you won‘t be disappointed.

The staff is also very friendly and the meat juice still lingers. However, the space is small, so it is good to go when you are looking for something to eat quickly. It seems to have become famous among Koreans through visits to famous YouTube channels.

The quintessential burger joint that serves the best burgers, hands down. Beautiful brown buns with perfectly prepared patties, served with a tangy goat cheese and a homemade chilli sauce. Devoured the burger in union, in silence, in heaven. No cap. The only downside is now all burgers pale in comparison. Nice conversations and recommendations from the friendly staff, beloved by locals, coveted by visitors. Looking forward to the next visit.

I had a fantastic experience at Burger Brothers! Despite the small size of the restaurant with wall tables, the cozy atmosphere added to the charm of the place. When I asked the cashier for a recommendation, he confidently said that all their burgers were special. I opted for the Classic Beef priced at £10.50 with an extra topping of PEPPER PUNCH for £1.0, and it was absolutely delicious. The burger was juicy and bursting with flavor, making it a truly memorable meal. I also ordered a side of CHIPS for £3.0, which were good but nothing extraordinary. Washed it all down with Pepsi drink for £1.50, which complemented the meal nicely. The highlight of my visit was definitely the mouthwatering burger. In fact, it was so good that I ended up ordering a second one! Despite the slightly higher prices, I believe that the quality of the food and the overall experience make it well worth it. I highly recommend Burger Brothers to anyone visiting Brighton for a delightful burger experience.

This is probably the best review I have ever written! Burger Brothers has become my favorite burger place in the world! I ordered the Benetton burger with halloumi and chili sauce, and let me tell you something: BEST BURGER I HAVE EVER HAD!!! I discovered this place on YouTube through a video and saved it on my phone, thought “I might go to Brighton one day” and it happened! After I had my burger I talked to the guy I. The counter and thanked him for the burger! I genuinely think it’s going to be very hard to top that burger! Absolutely devastated that won’t be able to have these burgers any time soon (I live in Spain, so it’ll be very hard to come back) Anyway, so yourself a favor and visit this place, you won’t regret it!!! 🫶🏻 5 stars all the way for the first time!!! Absolute gem of a place!!!

Since the first visit in 2016, the Burger Brothers have been among the many reasons that make a visit to Brighton necessary. Initially, all the kitchen's attention was focused on the selected, incredibly delicious burgers, which are also available in a vegetarian version. There are now also fries on site. The space is manageable, there are few seats making it difficult to stay for a longer period of time, but you can easily take your food with you. The brothers themselves keep a relaxed overview, even when there is the biggest crowd.

A must for discerning burger lovers. The “Calssic Burger” with a vegetarian patty was outstanding! Extremely juicy and sufficiently spicy even without the addition of chili. The friendly service should also not go unmentioned.

Went to Brighton on the weekend and was suggested I try out burger brothers, the restaurant had very little seating so I took my burger to the nearby park instead! I had ‘our favourite’ because I trust they knew best… and they did! Very moist and full of flavour, one the best burgers I’ve ever had

I went here two/three years ago and had a very very very tasty burger and went back today during a trip with my students. What can I say other than the burger was EXCELLENT the front of house was charming and the chef is a genius. I never comment or offer recommendations but this time I make an exception. Simply the very top of the burger pyramid!!! Came here a year ago and was blown away by the flavours and quality, and the hospitality and coolness of the chaps there is simply top notch. I cam here again this year and absolutely blown away again. Absolutely amazing food, absolutely amazing people. Cannot wait to come back!!! Thanks for my carnivore version guys! See you soon!

Being a very popular restaurant, I had high expectations, and they did not disappoint. All the ingredients were fresh and bursting with flavour, making the meal truly enjoyable. The cheerful service from the staff brightened up the cosy space.

It is very delicious!! A place where all my friends give it a thumbs up!! Very friendly and great location! However, the hamburger is a bit too big so you have to be careful when eating it 🤣 This is sooooo good. My friends also love this place so much. Place came recommended with great reviews so me and my partner went, I got the chicken burger and he the Benneton burger. Had very high hopes but the chicken burger just tasted like most other chicken burgers and fell apart so much I couldn’t finish it. My partner also said his wasn’t amazing and very greasy and also got food poisoning from the burger so I don’t think I would recommend this place to anyone else. Staff were lovely and place was very nice just food was not living up to the expectations and the food poisoning and sickness has made it quiet an unenjoyable experience

Definitely worth trying if you want a good quality burger. The restaurant is very tiny though and looking a little run down but don't let that put you off. Staff friendly & id definitely eat there again.

It's a very small place and the menu is very simple. We added extra hot sauce to our burger. Their hot sauces have different levels of hotness and they make them themselves. Burgers were legendary!!

Food is great and staff very friendly. If you're looking for a tasty burger then you found it. Personally i prefer burgers that stay together though - the burgers here fall apart pretty fast, a common downfall of "gourmet" burger places

Definitely the best burgers in Brighton, always served with a smile and a bit of a chat. It’s a small establishment, but they have a good window seat where you can watch the world go by while enjoying a super juicy burger. Also their gluten free buns are really good for gluten free. Yum yum 😋

Superb burgers that will blow you away... seriously, they're THAT good! Only eaten here once as the two other times I've tried I've been unlucky and they were shut 😭 Cost wise I think they are very fairly priced for what you get, though I tend to avoid the shakes due amount of calories so can't vouch for them... they do look very good though if that's your thing? I've made special trips the last two times and I'm not going to Brighton ever again UNLESS I know they're open! Sort it out Brighton Tourist Board and give these guys whatever they want 😁

A tiny restaurant that offers incredibly delicious burgers. The owners are very friendly and provide their recommendations. We enjoyed the experience, although the place is small and there are limited seats, but it was worth it. They win many awards from various well known reviewers and they deserve them all.

Friendly staff, quick turn around, best burger in town! Comes in many shapes and sizes, level up your burger as much as you want! Spice level comes in 3 levels, but if you're looking for a kick, ask for the secret VVVVV hot sauce ;)
