Food is ok but Girl working in the evening (no name badge) and one colleague were upset during busy time and was making face and nodding her head in the direction of one the customer(showing disappointment).They behave as if they are making millions in reality ,Working at a fast food shop only to donate as a charity,forget they are working on a minimum wage and providing poor service.

Food is amazing, the Service is great and Staff is very polite and friendly. Would recommend their burger and loaded fries.

Tried it for the first time this evening my partner and I both had different burgers the burgers were lovely, maybe a little too much mustard for my liking and fried onions could be little bit more done maybe but over all the burgers were nice. The chip portion size is big good value for money

I order from here constantly and have always loved the food, its normally perfect, i got the cali stack for about the 5th time, today my "2 patties" were 1 patty cut in half and my butterfly chicken on top of the burger was just a cheap, thin chicken steak you can buy frozen from the supermarket, last time I got a cali stack I had to take a break so i could finish it, this time I ate it in 3 bites and ordered a mcdonalds cause of how small the stack was, worse part, the price has increased since my order from a week or so ago but the quality has fallen off the chart.

Quality place to eat. Staff are friendly and helpful and the burgers are some of the best in Coventry too.

I love this place, but would love to have some more vegetarian options or have the option when ordering online to have a vegetarian burger with some of the combinations which are only available as meat. Their fries and churros are amazing. If you order in store they have some fantastic deals which beat the online prices.

You’d think with a name like Burger Boi they’d be shooting for the best burgers around. And you be right! What you may not be expecting is that they also make the absolute best hot wings around too! Have ordered from these guys many many times and will probably continue to as the food never ever disappoints. Highly recommend the triple cheese boi and the franks red hot wings. Yum!

Very bad serving i whait 40 min for my order the laidy whit the glases speek very rud and is unprofesional and all they lie me about my food and she very rude about the uber drivers they tell them to wait 10 min for oder and they wait 30 min and after they tell them to cancel the order and people waiting a lot and she dosent care and she speek whit a rude tonalyti

Order from here very the app a few times a month and the food always good, was driving past and thought I would call in - meet the guy who normally drops off my order. The place has lots of staff and delivery drives in side. Shame the staff were to busy talking amongst themselves and took ages to even acknowledge me let alone take my order. The atmosphere in the shop was not pleasant, when handed my order no eye contact or even a thank you. Shame as the food is excellent but customer service is bad will make me think next time I order should I try elsewhere

I had a fantastic experience at Burger Boi, largely due to the exceptional service provided by Julia. She was welcoming and knowledgeable, making excellent recommendations. The Cali Stack burger was massive and delicious—two stacks of beef with chicken. Every bite was flavorful and juicy. Julia ensured everything was perfect throughout.

Triple cheese boi burger was delicious and did not all spill out and was very soft, defo the best burger in cov! We actually come from Leamington just to eat here!!!!! It’s that great. Milkshakes are amazing too and great value for money! Plain chicken wings for kids are perfect and not chilly. A great way for kids to enjoy chicken wings which are not overly spicy :)

Amazing food!! I always came here to get the topped fries with added siracha and no turkey bacon because I’m vegetarian and It’s honestly soooo gooodddd. It’s clean and they always play good music. Definitely the best burger place I’ve tried :)))

Had food from Burger Boi several times now, and it has been great each time. Would recommend the American Boi burger and the XL hot mess.

Disregard every negative review about this establishment. I want to personally call up the restaurant and find out who made my burger so I can give them the entirety of my bank account. They have done it. No one will make a better burger. Everybody in that building deserves a kiss on the mouth and a lifetime of good fortune. I feel so deeply and passionately about this place that I would actually fight anyone who disagrees with me. This meal brought tears to my eyes.

Everything is just "ok" except for the prices which are way too high for how mid all the food is. I'd rate everything there a 5/10. I forgot to take a picture of the fries but again they weren't anything special.
