had 2 burgers, one cheeseburger and one bbq. my bbq burger, the bun was over done, the burger was burnt and the onions were scorched to crumbs, really disappointed. wouldn't mind but paid 21.50 for it

Late although it was very nice but very expensive for what you get. Not much with milkshakes was expecting biscuits etc with biscotti and strawberries with strawberry.

Delivery driver pleasant and efficient:) food was top notch! I had double pepperoni pizza with stuffed crust! Best one I’ve had in a while & my friend had the dinner rollo kebab which was delicious aswell! Well worth the wait !

Everything was expected and was tasty but the burger was something else! All the flavours together were like a combo made in heaven. The burger ranged from crispy chicken inside to sauce that tickled my tastebuds! Honestly this place deserves a Michelin-Star and 5 star review. So try the Cheese Burger with Chicken filet!

Food was supposed to be here over an hour ago. Keep calling the company but they keep saying they are on their way and have been busy. Not my problem.

The collection was fine. The savory food was ok. It’s the pudding that wasn’t sadly. We ordered crepes but they were so thick and slightly overdone, that they were not possible to cut and were so chewy. Sad as we usually love this place.

had 2 burgers, one being a double chicken halloumi, the halloumi looked like a piece of tarmac and just tasted burnt! The chips must have been re cooked because they were chewy and dry. My burger was the black and blue burger. next to no taste of blue cheese at all! The bacon looked like a piece of salmon that had been ran over, the beef burger was dry and over cooked and the chicken burger was just soggy and tasteless! First and last time customers

Ordered food from here for the first time today I ordered a kebab that was a large but was more like a small, when the food arrived it was freezing, upon phoning the store the man on the phone was very rude and unhelpful I will definitely not be going back here, I’ve had to leave one star but if am honest they don’t even deserve that

Ordered the XXL mixed kebab a few times now, absolutely amazing flavour and quality, all fresh ingredients and the bread is spot on. They also make some of their own sauces in-house. Will definitely order again in the not too distant future.

Firstly the driver only delivered the food so I submitted a refund request thinking the drinks were forgotten, but the driver quickly returned and delivered the drinks and was really nice. Will order again.

Bun appetite has the feeling of a family run restaurant. They have their trials and tribulations, but always strive to provide the best service. The food may arrive later than estimated, but that is not the restaurants fault. Blame your chosen takeaway app for over-promising. However, they may provide amazing takeaway food. That is the restaurants fault. Blame the restaurant for under-promising. Order from bun appetite. You will understand why I recommend it.

Had delivery. Ordered chicken kebab with garlic mayo and salad. Chicken was hand and tasteless not even a pitta bread.

Terrible. Milkshake tasted of nothing. Burger bun was burnt. Beef burger was watery, no flavour.

Burger looked soo hot was ready to get on one knee, bit into it and it’s as pink as a salmons rectum. Milkshake was pretty good. Still though, burger was depressing, gotta go doctors for anti depressants.

Nice kebab, done in a GDK style. But the Chilli Sauce could launch a rocket. And I’m a big fan a spicy food. But the heat was unbelievable. Otherwise delicious, maybe get a slightly less spicy chilli sauce?

The best kebab in a flat bun I've had in town! Crispy flat bread, good meat and fresh vegetables - highly recommend it!

Ordered two milkshakes and an ice cream and the food tasted like it had gone off. Reported it to the premises and they were trying to pass the blame back to us. Would highly recommend from a health and safety point of view to avoid this premises. I have reported them to local food standards.

food is here is amazing 100% would recommend enjoyed every bite but one thing that put me off is the floor is sticky not major just minor customer service is a 10/10

My sister ordered 3 burgers and a chicken box . I got a smoky bbq bacon and my sister got a cheeseburger. Somehow they mistaken my blue bun as my sisters black bun so they mixed the buns up . Was good but not impressed with them mixing the buns up !

My son ordered this as a treat. My burger was raw, phoned bun appetite and they said they would send another. They then rang to ask if I had the original burger which I did. Swapped undercooked burger with new one when delivered. It was cooked but had a gritty texture to it that wasn't pleasant. On the plus side the dog liked it 😬

Ordered a couple of burgers both different but with bacon in, Bacon was burnt in both and made the burgers taste disgusting. Chips were soggy and flavourless. Won't be ordering again and will not be recommending 🤮

Ordered a collection and the Food was awful, called to say I would bring it back and was told we would be refunded for the food and not to return it.. I certainly wouldn’t order from here again, awful food and service!

Best place in melton will 100% be using again , staff friendly and more importantly the food was 5***** would recommend

Order a Cheese Burger and a maltesers milkshake. The description is misleading. It said meal served with Fries and a drink and at £7.75 I'd at least expect Fries but only got a burger. The burger was cold, raw in the middle and full of gristle. Didn't feel safe eating the burger so it went in the bin. The milkshake was just Mr whippy with chocolate flakes. Not a shread of maltesers.

We ordered food 2 days ago at 19.15 bu 21.45 it wasn’t delivered . Contacted the shop and left message no reply. Also raised the issue with Food Hub and no reply from them either! Terrible customer service especially has they have taken the money and they know they didn’t deliver the food !

Absolutely rancid. My Beef burger smells like a sock you’d find under a teenagers bed, probably doesn’t taste too dissimilar either. Dirty fries smell rank, slimy and look like they’ve been cooked in a tumble dryer. Funnily enough the Only thing even remotely edible were the chicken strips which makes sense as they’re the only thing that takes absolutely no skill to cook. Honestly you get fed better than that for free in prison, shocking.

Few times we were let down with little things like missing bits, very late delivery but always were ordering back as vege burger was really tasty. Today all food we received was cold, lacking on sauce in one of the burgers, vege burger different than usual, burned, smashed falling apart, very salty, unable to eat….. we were coming back to give a chance for improvement but never again!

Ignore the ETA they give you - food will be delivered 2+ hours later than expected. However, after reading through the other reviews I guess that this is a reoccurring issue.

Absolutely disgusting, ordered food at 7:30pm on Saturday, was told food would be an hour as they were busy, fair enough, an hour and 40 mins we were still waiting. Rang again no more information but very rude I asked for a refund I was told it would take 3 days...... brilliant!!!!! No food or money , please don't use this takeaway:(((((

We had a real craving for something sweet and ordered 4 desserts. All stole abit of each others and all agreed each one was delightful. Defo ordering puds from here again. Delicious 😋

Worst place to order from takes too long to arrive after ordering and my whole family was throwing up after ordering the mixed kebab last night so think we got food poison ... We have never felt like that after ordering food but we all felt so I'll after eating this mixed kebab from here Will never order from here ever again so please be careful ordering from this place

My wife ordered at 7.30. It didn't come till about 09.55. Customer service was rude, they either ignored or immediately hung up. When she did get through to them, they just said they were busy with no apology. Will not use again.

If I could leave a 0 Zero trust me I would, worst takeaway I’ve ever been to! Order was placed at 19:11 and advised it would be delivered between 20:00 and 20:30, which is reasonable on a Saturday night. After 6/7 attempts of trying to contact them, the order being greatly delayed and my partner being diabetic I had no choice but to drive down there with a baby in the freezing cold. Got down there to find out they had not even started the order, was very annoyed at this point and made that very clear to them. All he could say to me is that they are very busy to which I responded by saying it is a Saturday night and it is something to be expected! They then proceeded to cook the food in such a rush, when I arrived home it was followed by even more disappointment. The onion rings ordered were soggy and the batter was not cooked! The chicken burger was just in such a state and had to be reassembled and kebab well I wouldn’t go as far as calling it a kabab it more soggy bread and 2 strands on meat! I would strongly advise that if you want a takeaway which you would like to enjoy and get within a reasonable timeframe not to order from Bun Appetite!!!

Currently waiting for food we ordered over 2 hours ago, the website said 65 mins, I called 30 mins ago to offer to pick up and apparently it is on its way… still no show. I think they have had the last order from us, next time will drive to five guys for a meal and still have time to spare!!

Food was hot and tasty. If we order again I won't order through uber I would collect , as time stated was 8.15 to 8.30. At 8.45 I rang to ask if they could update delivery time? They said they were waiting for the driver. At 9 o clock a young man came to the door with our milkshake, he'd forgotten to give it to the driver (he beat the food here) then the food arrived and they'd forgotten my can. I didn't ring back as its only a can of pop and I'd already called once. (although no one apologised) I may use again as food was yummy.

Throughly enjoyed our meal, the chicken burger was perfect. Chips were cooked really well and my milkshake was amazing. Will definitely be ordering from there again, worth every penny. Highly recommend

We go to this place regularly, the burgers and kebabs are definitely the best in town. They have just started doing pizzas which tonight we have tried, 100% restaurant quality, definitely will have again.

After a bit on confusion when ordering as website crashed on processing payment, finally sorted it and got food wasn't waiting too long about 15 minutes in total. Portion size was very good, nice and tasty plenty of salad in the kebab. Will deffinatly be ordering from them again.

Before I start on the low quality food, the driver tried to over charge then come back a few mins later, by then I'd opened the food n seen it was wrong, as I'm about to phone up he was knocking at my door to swap the orders I told him I need to bag up the first delivery... he then asked if I'd had a bite? Meaning so he could still deliver it, unbelievable. Mixed kebab had very dry meat and bland, burger slid apart with grease not much taste going on as it had bacon and meant to be smokey, cant fault the chilli chicken wings tbf. Wont risk my food sitting in other homes ever let alone during covid. No flavour Meat left to dry out or re heated Worst delivery I've ever had
