Just had a mixed shish and kofte kebab delivered. What did you do to it? It was absolutely fantastic. Been using you for years but this kebab was the best I've had

I tried Bullwell Grill, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The food was fantastic, with a great selection of burgers, pizzas, fries, and kebabs. Each item was cooked to perfection, with fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The burgers were juicy, the pizzas were loaded with toppings, and the fries were perfectly crispy. The kebabs were also a highlight, packed with flavor and just the right amount of seasoning. The service was equally impressive. Even though it's a takeaway spot, the staff was friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was exactly right. Everything was prepared quickly, and the quality was top-notch. I’ll definitely be returning to Bullwell Grill for more of their amazing food. Highly recommend!

I've been ordering food from Bulwell Grill for years now. Lately their food has been amazing. Especially the sheesh kebab. It's marinated with herbs and spices and literally melts in your mouth. All the meats are delicious along with the pizza and fries. It's delivered swiftly and piping hot. Really nice delivery guy. It's our regular go-to takeaway place!

Hard velvet chairs, go brazy. Pizza was fire!!!! BBQ base treated me nice 👌.

Absolutely shocking….. full of hairs when rang to complain they hung up

The most disgusting place I’ve ever been. First off I ordered a load of food and it came cold with 2 hairs in the kebab!! And so I rang up and they sent a replacement which came and I thought okay I’ll see how this goes to only then find 4 hairs in the replacement kebab!!! Absolutely vile, and when I rang up they were shouting at me, refused to refund me and had the audacity to ask to send me another order which would most definitely had hairs in it and then when I was asking for money back they put the phone down on me so I called back and told them I was going to write this review and their reply? “ do it we don’t care” this is a vile place and I would never order from here again, you’re most likely to get I’ll from this disgusting place.

I’ve had the kebab 2 times now and it was better the first time even though the sauce was wrong on the first time buying but I’ve had it again today (29/10/2022) and had the right one come this time but there’s is way to much sweet chilly on this time I can’t taste any of the meet and salad so could you please not over do it on the source chef to chef

Came on time as stated and nice food but the order was wrong my partner didn't want salad at all with onion ruined her order and my meal deal the can of drink was missing. The order was clear more attention needed.

I live 5min drive from them, it took them 1hour and 55min to deliver 1 kebab and chips. I rang them twice to which they explained they was very busy, most places were shut by now so I just kept waiting eventually the food came the chicken meat was very nice the doner meat not so much the nan bread sogy, they let me off £1 and gave me small piece of cake for the long wait, not impressed would not go back again.

Absolutely terrible don’t think they listen for what you ask dreadfull best bit was the burgers bun 😂

Large chicken tikka for delivery £10,( hope you see the picture ) is it me or this is well overpriced .OK never mind the price , but you have got the delivery person arguing over £0.10 and keep saying that (YOU ARE WRONG YOU NEED TO GIVE ME £0.10) , after counting payment again , payment was correct , and driver says ( YEAH WHATEVER).,,,, just disappointed that’s all !

Ordered for the first time tonight. Waited an hour and 50 mins. No sign of the food. Rang them. They argued theyd tried to delivery 50 mins ago. Even tried ringing. No1 knocked on our door. No1 rang our phone. They said they had proof they rang. Yet it didn't ring my end. Then said they would send the food again that had already been cooked now almost 2 hours ago. So would be cold. Refused to cook fresh. Then said we would have to wait another 40 mins for delivery. So told them to refund as we'd had enough. Refused again. Extremely rude. Wasn't interested in anything we had to say. Left bad review on just eat. Emailed just eat for the refund too. Their service is just as poor. Got to wait upto 7 days for a response. So no food and no refund to get more food. Less than happy with this service!!!

Absolutely shocking save your money and time and don't bother. They're always rude, never say sorry and have absolutely shocking customer service. I ordered my food and it was about 2 hours late, cold and they got my order wrong, they never even apologised. A different time I ordered they forget my chilli sauce, I told them this and they completely just ignored me. There was no I'm so sorry about that here's your sauce on the house this time as you've already paid for it but didn't get it last time, nope there was nothing. So I paid for sauce that I never got. Their food ain't even that great and is getting worse and worse. I for one will never be ordering from there again. If there was minus stars I'd give them that but unfortunately 1 star is the lowest I can give them. Save your money and time people and don't bother buying from here. Don't waste your hard earned cash.

I ordered at half 5 today and beein ringing and rining and cant get throu for last 30 mins now and still havent recived my ordered and i order reagualry wont be ordering agaun now

2 hours wait for a delivery. They claim a power cut but they bring us the food ready to be thrown in the bin. Avoid then and you might save the dinner

Giving these a 1* after our order with uber eats last night. Delivery driver got lost and i couldnt understand him on the phone. I rang the takeaway direct in the hope that they could help they told me there was nothing they could do as i didnt order direct. So beware. Order never came

I wouldn't order from here waste of money. Order arrived late my pizza I paid for was missing. I told the guy who dropped it off he said ring the shop. I rang up and couldn't get hold of anyone. I didn't get a refund for the pizza I orderd. Overall food was apualing chicken burger was under cooked. I defiently won't be ordering from here again!!

Order form here absolute distrusting ordered 4 chicken nuggets and 6 chicken nuggets and a a garlic bread adding up to 11:00 wich I couldn’t afford so we ring again and ask to CANCELL the 4 chicken nuggets and the guy on the phone then respirated CANCELED it then took an hour to arrive the guy on the phone said the order would be 8 pound the driver then arrived and tried making us pay 13 pound we knew something wasn’t right and rang the place and he then he siad it was 11 pound and I then said well why are the prices changing the guy in the car began to become very Agated and rude and as I am young I was very uncomfortable and made it clear but he carried on being rude we then finnaly got our food after about 30 an hour and had to pay the price he didn’t give us the right order and instead added an another chicken nugget meal Instead of the garlic bread wich explains why the order was more expensive

Rude staff, tried charging me more in store then the price advertised on just eat, on his window and the menu board. Yes the price has changed, but update your stuff then! Also never ask for delivery can be waiting 1h plus even on the quiet days. Ordered for delivery 1 time said it would be 45 mins, went in to see what was up and no orders anywhere, food hasnt even been cooked and they are stood around chatting. Take your chances here some times alright. Good look eaters

Not the cheapest place I've been, tried to pay by card once and had to do it some weird dodgy way I've never encountered before; bring cash. I rarely even see the place open. Besides that, food is of average unremarkable quality..

waited over 2 hours for a kebab and large chips . chips was not large not warm and not even edible. had to run out and meet the guy after he couldn't find the house. kebab was mostly salad soggy looked like it had involved in a road traffic accident . wouldn't bother with this dump . not unless your dog's hungry. kebab came on nan not pitta. getting one star because Cannot make Any less . total waste of my hard earned cash . terrible . efes all the way
