Bufala Pizza in Tower Hamlets

When I called to replace order they hung up on me and took the phone off the hook. Horrific customer service. Do not eat there!!!! From reading other reviews it seems like they are in the habit of using out of date ingredients.

I went in to order at the store yesterday evening and was extremely surprised at how rude one of the staff was to me as he told me that they don’t take orders at the store. Although closest to where I live, I will never go back.

Took a chance on this one, the menu looked good. Service: we were served quite quickly but don’t expect a smile or a nice word. Food: nothing interesting from what we have ordered: a wonton soup, chicken skewers, egg fried rice , chicken buns, chicken fried noodles. Toilets are downstairs and very old. Would not recommend it.

Celebrated my friends birthday here. Lovely selection of beer and fantastic pizza. It's small but dont let that put you off. It has a wonderful atmosphere and the staff are really friendly.
