Very good steak house, service was good staff all very friendly and attentive. The steaks were cooked perfectly and quality of the meat was excellent, softest and most tasty bits of fillet I have had in a long time! All in all a very good experience all be it a little on the pricey side but worth the extra money for that epic steak 🥩👌🏻

If you're looking for a great place to eat in Walton on Thames, Buenasado is definitely one to check out! The atmosphere here is so nice, with a classy and modern feel. Everything looks neat and tidy, and the staff are super friendly and welcoming. And let's talk about the food – it's delicious! Seriously, every dish is packed with flavor and looks amazing when it's served. Plus, they've got a fantastic menu with plenty of options to choose from. Oh, and don't forget about the red wine – they've got some really good choices that pair perfectly with the food. (p.s Try the beef empanadas, just delicious ) I just can't get enough of this place! But here's a tip: it gets pretty busy, especially in the evenings after 6 - 7 pm. So, make sure you book a table in advance to avoid missing out on this awesome dining experience at Buenasado! Trust me, you won't regret it!

Been struggling to find a good steak for a while and this place didn't disappoint. Absolutely incredible and the staff were very friendly.

Editing my review as most times I've visited it's been good but today is was absolutely dreadful. I spoke to the manager and she treated me like I was a pain in the backside, despite trying to give very respectful feedback on the experience. The food was below average, they took so so long to clear the tables and 20 minutes before we were due to leave they told me I need to hurry up with ordering dessert as they need the table for the next booking - it was my daughters 21st birthday and I felt like they couldn't wait to get our table of 7 out. I've been coming here for years but this has dropped way below the standards it used to have, which is a real shame. There are so many alternatives locally now that we can't ever go back here for a special occasion. There is no pride, no passion or sense of customer service in the Buenasado - look for somewhere else instead.

The menu is great but it's the service which really makes this place special.

This is a hidden gem for great steak. I'd say the food is on par with Gaucho, if not slightly better. We've been a few tines and have already planned on meeting friends for a family meal in 2024. Both times we've visited with two kids under 7.

WOW this is the second time I have visited here. The steak is absolutely phenomenal and so juicy and full of taste. The meat cooked to perfection. We washed it down with a bottle of Prosecco and followed by desert. Staff friendly, helpful and knowledgeable over how to get the meat how we wanted it. We arrived early which wasn’t a problem. 10/10 will definitely visit here again. Sorry I didn’t take any photos the look and the smell of the food, I wasn’t going to waste any time to start eating it

A very nice little steakhouse. Friendly staff and delicious food (although the prawn starter was a little over seasoned). I really enjoyed the music, which is not something I have said very often (if at all), some nice layed back Latin house.

Waiters kind of watched you while you eat and it was a bit weird and we were the only people in there but the food was nice

Staff were fine but i felt the portion size was small based on what i was paying for my food. The decor was nice and area is well maintained. Just didnt hit the spot for me as i expected it to so i wont give a great score nor a bad one.

For the price it's about average... Does not have a very popular Argentine cut, rib of beef/prime rib aka Bife Ancho. Visited 3 times thus far and it's been much the same on each visit.

Visited for my wife's birthday with both grand-parents and our 9 and 6 year old boys. Very enjoyable and delicious meal at this Argentine steak and wine specialist restaurant. Our waiters were really lovely as well - personable and delightful. Hope to return soon.

Overpriced, bland food - go to Miller and Carter if you want a decent steak.

Started with miserable staff unwelcoming , then the wrong drink , staff did apologise after telling me what I had ordered. Calamari arrived chewy inedible, prawns swimming in butter. Truly awful experience again ...... tried it a while ago and was terrible so thought we would try again . NEVER EVER AGAIN. appalling. Took off charge for Calamari but seriously!!!!! Went in five Guys for a burger instead. Didn't have main as never asked so cannot comment on the steak.

Booked a table for 4 in advance for 7pm for my son's birthday. We were running late and I rang during the afternoon to see if we could come a bit later. The manager phoned me back and was able to move us to 8:15. When we arrived the service was prompt and friendly. The food was amazing. What was very special was how all of the staff, particularly the manager, made our experience so special. We felt that we were the only ones in the restaurant.

We are both foodies & were looking forward to trying this restaurant. Staff were welcoming & there is no doubt the quality of the steaks is excellent. When asked if everything was ok I mentioned that both sides were cold as well as the plates the steak was on. The waitress did say she could get her supervisor which wasn't necessary, it was just feedback for the kitchen. For each of the sides ( 3 half grilled tomatoes & 4 grilled portobello mushrooms), they were £5.50 each which I think is too expensive for reasonably cheap ingredients. I also think the cost of the sauce should be included in the price of the steak instead of paying £2.95 for a small pot. The tables were also sticky when we sat down, an easy one to address. Sadly I'm afraid we won't be returning.

Honestly if you go when the manager dane is working you will be so looked after! If every restaurant has a dane no one could ever complain. Food is spot on and all else match's. If I was to have 1 suggestion it would be the walk to the toilets need a bit of tlc but that's it! Go see dane and you will realise!

And as for the policy of sit down eat it quickly and leave within a specified time they are jokers. Then to add service charge on already grossly over priced food that rounds off the visit nicely. Shall not be returning to this establishment ever again . My suggestion is AVOID THIS PLACE.

My first visit today which was with my wife and another couple. I booked on OpenTable, and was greeted very warmly on arrival. The waiter was very attentive and helpful, and explained the steak sharer that we were interested in. When the food arrived, it was all presented, and hot. The steaks were all of high quality, and very tasty. Generally, the restaurant had a nice feel, and was clean and tidy. The toilets were also very clean. Prices are mid range, and I'll definitely be back!

Loved the burger, good size and quality meat (obviously as it's Argentinian beef). Not expensive either and service was quick and friendly. Would recommend for a good meal without breaking the bank.

my family and I are regular visitors of Buenasado, and every single time we have had the most incredible experience. Dane is a delight, really the best waiting I have ever experienced, he is attentive, professional and incredibly friendly. Aside from the beautiful steaks, it really is the experience that Dane gives us that makes it all that more worth while. I hope to keep visiting for a while yet.

Food wasn’t great, steaks were cremated and tasted like charcoal, avoid chimichiri. Staff service was good but didn’t deal with the complaint. Very disappointed especially as the Reading restraunt is immaculate and amazing!

Great food but not cheap, very friendly service, clean, nice atmosphere, knowledgeable staff, efficient. Only negative is that waiters to not always take used glassware away from the table. The steak sample was nice.

Wow! We had a fabulous meal and service at Buensado Bluewater. Our Waitress Mandy was 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 the best! She was friendly, attentive, helpful, and honestly the whole experience was wonderful. The food was perfect. The Chef cooked and presented our food to perfection. 100% recommend visiting this Gem of a Restaurant, When we travel down to Kent and visit Bluewater again we will definitely return. Mandy you are an asset to Buenasado. Thank you to all the staff which made our visit memorable.

My 19 year old son chose the Walton on Thames restaurant as he loves steaks for his b'day meal. Very pleasantly suprised at how great the experience was. Attentive staff, great atmosphere, delicious steaks ( & starters & desserts & wine). I would definately go again & would recommend

Fabulous steaks, plus a good range of starters and desserts. Always Rump for me, but others had Sirloin - all great and cooked exactly as ordered. Good wine list too - Loved the BA House Merlot. There are main courses other than steaks, but why would you go here for that?

Possibly one of the worst services I have ever experienced. 2 waiters for the entire restaurant. Attitude of the head waiter was as enthusiastic as a wet towel and he didn’t take our order properly. We waited for 40 mins for our wine and an hour for our food. When it came my order was over cooked and by the time it came out. 20 mins later my wife had already finished hers. They then charged us for a sauce that I didn’t eat as I had no food to eat it with and, unbelievably, service charge. After waiting nearly 1.5 hours I politely declined and left. The food was good of what came out.

Something clearly not right tonight. Service fell off a cliff, waiters disappeared halfway thru the evening leaving one poor girl serving solo. No apology or explanation but the service charge still remained

Very impressed. I visited last Friday lunchtime with a friend. Started off with a very impressive Negroni cocktail. Starters were excellent and the steaks superb nicely washed down with a very good Malbec. The service from Dane was exemplary and I would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant.

We decided on a whim to go and eat at this steakhouse! We happened to be in the area, were not expecting much but from the start of arrival we could tell it was fine dining experience restaurant. The servers were very friendly and attentive, what I really liked was that the seating they offered us was one that we were comfortable with. Then once we settled they presented us with the menu, which has a price range that was very agreeable for element of the style steak restaurant one would expect, for some maybe slightly on the high end but alternative main courses were there under £20 per person. We ordered two virgin Mojito’s and very kindly they advised they had the classic but also a passion fruit mix mojito, we tried both and were one of the best we’ve tried. Food once it arrived was excellent, steak was done perfectly. Overall a great experience and highly recommend this restaurant especially for the steak. Lots of parking around in the evening, during the day you would probably have to park further out.

I’ve been to this restaurant about 4 times now and the staff are always SO lovely! Most the time it’s all different staff as well but every time has been a pleasure! Food is such good value for the price! I’ve had a few things off the menu and it’s all lovely! And that’s coming from someone who can’t eat beef! My family and friends always request to go here when they visit! And the deserts!!!! OMG TO DIE FOR!! It’s so nice that they make them in house and it just adds so much to the experience and they are some of the best deserts I have had! I dream about there lemon meringue pie and Banoffee pie!

I’ve never been to a restaurant with such good customer service. I’ve left the restaurant in a great mood not just from the food but from how kind, knowledgable and friendly Daniel was! Definitely made us all feel at home and is such a sound guy who gave us personal recommendations on wine and steak, exactly what you need in a waitor! Would 100% come back here again and hope Daniel is on shift next time too what a great restaurant with cracking staff!!!

my question is that in the descriptions on here says you have a gluten free option?!? i booked a table a while ago and stated i am coeliac (non gluten) yet i get a phone call from the restaurant saying there kitchen is not gluten free, so had to cancel booking, so you should remove gluten free option from your Discerption, Rant over :-p

If you’re craving steak, come here! We came on a Saturday late lunch and we pretty much had the whole place to ourselves. It’s busy between 5-7:30pm. Food selection is good and they have a great ambiance. Service was fantastic, it made our experience even better. The steak was absolutely delish!! Would come here again.

Lovely food, and one of the better steak houses I’ve been to. Staff were knowledgeable and attentive, as had the rib-eye and while I normally have rare they informed me the marbling would benefit from a medium-rare and obliged, the steak was brilliant; Steak was tender, juicy and delicious,. Family was pleased with the quality and they are generally fussy! Will definitely be coming again.

Just had a really beautiful Rib-Eye steak for lunch here. It was delicious. Medium rare but on the rare side. Superb. Attentive staff plus a really good price.

Manager was great u til I complained that our steak our steak took over an hour to come and one of the steaks was over cooked, another was very fatty. Then he had a bad attitude and was unapologetic and blamed it on being busy. Wont be going back

The steak is tasty and the atmosphere is good however there are a few areas that could be improved. If I compare this to another well known Argentinian steak restaurant chain then this does not compare in terms of presentation and service. The sides could do with better presentation and the service be more professional. Also the homemade bernaise sauce is interesting as is their banoffee pie.

Absolutely nice place and excellent service. About the food very good unless one detail that for another people perhaps sounds idiot but for too many other will be with me. If you have a quality plate of meat in front of you, the frozen chips kills the quality of that plate and the proper taste of the meat. I know and I understand that they are specialised in the meat, but when you pay one price that is not the cheapest ( as well not excessive expensive), you hope to find all natural like the meat, and those natural potatoes puts the difference. If i return? Yes of course, but not ordering chips for not kill again the meat tasty. Thanks as well to the lady who attended to my wife and me for to be as polite, friendly,and for exceptional service and recommendations.

Locate on a bank of eateries just off the shopping area so quite easy to find and Sunday parking only £1. The lady who served us was attentive, but the guy who seated and take drinks order was pretty bland without a single smile all night. Starters and desserts were good, the steak could do with a bit more seasoning, peppercorn sauce was overly powering, covered the taste, delicacy and freshness of the steak completely. The sharer steak with four cuts could do with a bit of intro so for less-experienced steak eaters to know which is which. Price is slightly on the high side. Ambience was good, 80% full on a Sunday in a pricy restaurant is not bad. Slight improvement will easily bring this to a four-star eatery.

First time for us & we really enjoyed the reception, Jack the waiter was very attentive and made us feel very comfortable. I dont mind paying for a decent fillet steak but feel ripped off as if you wanted a mushroom or tomato on your plate you had to pay extra for that! I think they're massively missing a trick here (as many restaurants do) if you consider the cost of a mushroom / tomato? It's a shame a small matter like this has tarnished our overall experience, I'd be keen to revisit if the menu / accompaniments was revised?

아주 자주 가는 곳은 아니지만 갈때마다 사람은 참 없네요. 아주 무겁지도, 경박하지도 않은 인테리어에 늘 친절한 스탭분들이 인상적 입니다. 물론 가장 중요한 스테이크.. 저는 방문 때 마다 Steak Sampler board를 먹는데 다양한 부분을 충분히 먹을 수 있어서 참 좋습니다. 정말 좋은 퀄러티의 스테이크에요..
