They have so many flavours, it's hard to choose just one! The menu is very visual, each drink represented by a photo, so that helps if you come across an exotic flavours. The staff was very knowledgeable when quizzed about flavour pairings and recommendations, you can tell they are experienced in this stuff. This place should be on the top of your list to visit, when in Newport.

This place is always great; great service, great flavours, great everything. The workers are always polite and positive, they always make my ridiculous massive orders in a timely manner, and the drinks always taste amazing. The variety of flavours is wonderful and the system to order drinks is pretty simple. Overall, I love this place!

Staff are super friendly and the wait time is short, they have a lot of options for what drink to get and a lot of different flavours to choose from! even if you’re picky with food/drink there will most likely be something that you like! definetly recomened coming here next time you are in kingsway :)

I had a drink and it was really watered down with water barely any flavour. I took it back and he was like there is nothing wrong with it. I didn’t want a refund I just wanted to have a fresh drink redone for me. So he gave the drink back to me and pretty much told me to do one. Pure attitude from the bold headed manager I believe. I won’t be back there again. What a total waste of my time and money, never had anyone taken the mick out of me like that even showed my receipt and didn’t want to know.

The boba here is amazinggg!!! all the flavours are good like none of them taste bad, every time i had been to Bubble Trouble they are always nice and polite. super tasty super service 10/10!

My first time trying bubble tea and I was pleasantly surprised. The flavours in those little balls are fantastic. I will definitely bringjng the family to try it!
