Wonderful bubble tea shop! Can’t recommend enough if you’re in Newcastle. Staff are fantastic and the atmosphere is lovely. The drinks are all great value for money- you won’t find nicer bubble tea for a better price in Newcastle. My personal favourite are the mixed flavour fruit options, but their taro is also lovely.

My previous review was unfavourable, but the quality has gladly been turned around! I would recommend for bubble tea.

Literally landed in the hospital because of their mango tea but it was great, would surely land in hospital again just to have a drink of it

This place is the nicest in town hands down.both Wei and Sally greet us every time we go in and it feels as if they're our friends more than just service workers. It's a calm collected atmosphere that if I can steal an excuse to go to I will.

The best in town, the nearest to the University. I am not a fan of (overpriced) G*ng Cha anyway. Heavenly sip! No one can beat the milky/smoothness of the milk tea. My wife loves their pearls the most among other stores. I am into grass jelly (GJ). My fav so far: oolong milk tea with GJ

The prices are normal but they give one free topping for most drinks and they have a large selection as well. The manager is super friendly and its a really nice and quaint place Overall a really good bubble tea shop.

Spotted a Bubble Cha decided to visit, we’ve chosen different kind of teas, they were all really good ! Prices are very reasonable. Enjoyed our bubble teas and will definitely return.

I love it here. Huge range of flavours for allsorts of tea/bubbles or jelly. Owners are lovely, my go to place for bubble tea and i’ve taken to trying something new everytime I come. Price is absolutely worth it and I find cheaper and faster service than many other places. Cant fault them :)

I do not normally take to doing a Google review, but I am making an exception because I feel this place is more than worth it. I would absolutely give six stars if possible. I feel this review may be a little long, but it is appropriate. I have been going to this bubble tea shop since it opened and I have had a fantastic experience every. Single. Time. The staff are phenomenal, and the tea itself is, absolutely, the best bubble tea I’ve ever had. I usually get an original milk tea with less sugar and strawberry pobbles, and it is perfect every time. To prove how good this tea is, I would share that a few years ago, I moved to London. The first time I got bubble tea there, I thought “oh, this isn’t as good as Bubble Cha’s,” but I thought maybe I was just homesick. Reader, every single bubble tea place I have tried while living there has not held a candle to the bubble tea here! Every time we come home, my partner and I visit as many times as possible. The experience of going here is absolutely part of why we keep coming back too. The vibes inside the cafe are top notch, with the decorations and music being a 10/10. The variety of options for products are gold standard too, with every aspect of your drink being customisable just how you like it. Even the straws are cute! You will not find better bubble tea in Newcastle and you would be hard pressed to find it anywhere else as well.

It was so busy today but I went to do my order and the people behind the counter (I am so sorry I didn't catch anyone's names), they were so so so friendly and lovely and absolutely hilarious, despite it being 100 degrees and the shop being full to the brim, they still managed to get my order perfect and made me laugh. I hope they get respite and I will always come back here <3

Honestly best boba I've ever tasted!

Bubble tea took a little longer than we expected but we loved it. Lines were long too so we knew we had found the right place for bubble tea. I felt the flavors were authentic and I know my bubble tea! We had the coconut milk tea with boba and many different fruit mixes with or without bubbles. Refreshing and perfect for a hot day! Just wish I had gotten the large size as the drinks were great. Would come back again.

Super service and delicious tea! The staff were very kind as I had never ordered before. They also made sure our group of four (paid separately) were ready at the same time. Great service, loads of flavour options. Can't wait to go back.

Nice place in s good location but there were a lot of boxes and packaging around. It felt like the place was moving very soon. The appliances also looked slightly tired however the staff were amazing and the tea was also spot on

One of two Bubble Cha in Newcastle and if you want food would suggest you visit the one on Stowell Street who seem to serve people quicker and can actually take an order and remember to bring you all of the order Would go back for drinks but not for food

Me and my mum went here for a bubble waffle with frozen yoghurt on top and little peach balls, all together less than a fiver which is great. Was tasty and different. The staff were nice and helpful. A quirky cheap place.

Staff all Chinese and not much understanding of English language always mess up my order and are very rude. When my friend was given the wrong beverage he was shouted at in a rude manner.

Té de burbujas es una cosa interesante de la cultura taiwanés pop. Ha sido gradualmente la difusión en todo el Reino Unido y tiene éxito finalmente, una ciudad de Newcastle no es exactamente conocido por estar en la bola cuando se trata de modas y tendencias. (la gente todavía tienen con melenas y desgaste shell convenga!Burbuja de Cha es suficiente) agradable. Hay un menú lleno de opciones interesantes como waffles de burbujas. El personal habla inglés (mejor que quizás Mandarín comprensible) y una excelente relación calidad-precio.Sólo (muy pequeño! Crítica es el viejo) el chico que me bien administrado sobre una bebida caliente. He viajado en China, Taiwán y Corea del Sur. Sé lo que es un té de burbujas gracias!

Situado en el centro de la ciudad de Newcastle, este es un lugar muy accesible para ir por la comida y la bebida! Una vez que empezamos a beber té de burbujas, sigo viniendo a probar diferentes sabores y diferentes mezclas de pobble y el sabor del té verde. El menú tiene una gran selección de sabores para elegir! Me gusta mucho aquí! Tiene lugares para sentarse dentro! Si te gusta el té verde como yo hago, entonces te gustará este lugar porque da té verde algo único. Sin duda volveré por más!

The menu is huge so I asked the lady to recommend one for me. I had a cold chai with the large black tapioca and it was delicious. Will def pop in again some time

Hemos estado en ambos sitios en Newcastle. Hasta hoy, no tuvimos ningún problema con su comida o servicio (no me llamo muy amable pero eran educados por lo menos en el pasado). Se convirtió en el lugar favorito de mi hija. Hoy en día no después. Estaba vacía cuando fuimos por alrededor de las 12:30 hora de almuerzo y dos niñas canguro tanto el lugar tenía pinta de estar un poco confundidos y molesto porque de por qué la gente viene en y pedir comida. Pedimos burbujas cha y comida, hasta ahora, aunque no cortesía habitual de decir "Gracias" o cualquier pleasantries. Uno de ellos nos trajeron unos bollos de cerdo a la barbacoa mi hija ordenados y prácticamente lo tiró en la mesa sin palabras (que hizo esto cada vez que traía algo para nosotros). Mi hija dijo que "gracias". Nada. Cuando mi hija empezamos a comer, nos pareció que era sólido congelado en el medio. Llamé "perdone" y la otra chica parecía en mí, pero no nos molestamos en levantarse de su silla o me preguntan qué es lo que sucede. Tomé el plato a ella y explicó que estaba helada. Ella tomó y murmuraban algo por el calentamiento pero ninguna disculpa. Unos cuantos más clientes empezaron a venir. Esperamos pacientemente. Ellos tomaron pedidos, preparados para alimentos, incluso trajo comida para otros clientes mientras que estábamos esperando, pero no a nuestros bollos de sustitución. Perdí la paciencia y nos preguntó si estamos obteniendo dijo que cualquier reemplazo para bollos y la chica "yo soy calefacción ahora". Le pregunté cómo se tardaría y señaló que hemos estado esperando más de lo que esperábamos (lo cual, tengo que admitir, que podrían haber sido realmente necesario si querías completamente climatizada con bollos en vez de sólido congelado, pero conseguir mucho frustrado por su actitud). Dijo que "no lo sé! ". Volví al asiento bastante molesto pero no quería hacer cualquier más ágil para mi hija se molestó. Nos trajeron bollos bastante poco tiempo después (no hace falta decir que ninguna disculpa) y que comimos rápidamente y a la izquierda el lugar. Fue una visita decepcionante ya que nos encanta cha de burbujas y su yogur congelado. Aun así, recomendaría su comida y bebida, pero personalmente el servicio que hemos tenido hoy fue suficiente para hacerme dudando si ir otra vez. Quizás la próxima vez que me eróticos y decidir depende de si esas chicas están trabajando o no.

Aunque no están acostumbrados a China pueden sentir un poco visible, Tengan la seguridad de que usted todavía son bienvenidos y pueden disfrutar de las opciones. Me encantan los gofres de burbujas y puede apoyar la recomendación del director de probarlas con leche condensada ( 'estilo Hong Kong» ). El té de burbuja es muy bueno. Siempre me ha extrañado que coco medusas no tienen un sabor de coco (que no me gusta) pero es todavía una textura dulce que hace el té de burbujas incluso mejor. El yogur congelado es también una delicia. Prefiero la sucursal cerca de la universidad de Northumbria porque parece más amplia, pero ambos son estupendos.

Good to take a break from shopping and walking around town

Good location in city centre, near Northumbria and Newcastle University. Very easy to find. The staffs are very friendly and the quality of food and tea is good. Reasonably priced. Very basic decor, nothing special. Great for meetings with friends and quick evening refreshments

A friend introduced me to this place, only been about three times in total but I absolutely love it! If I'm honest the tapioca kind of freaks me out haha! So I tend to stick with mango black tea with flavoured pobbles usually passionfruit ones because they haven't had cherry in ages :( the people who work there are very lovely and helpful if you're a first timer they walk you through it.It is definitely a place if you like iced teas.
