A local restaurant I found while walking down Abbey Road. Adding potatoes and meat to panini or pasta makes it delicious and filling. It's cheap and friendly.

Sometimes stop here to have pasta for lunch when passing by. Very tasty, filling and reasonably priced. Not many original Italian delis like this left in London. Recommend a visit if in the area.

I can't remember when I first started eating here, but it's been for over 10 years. I'm a creature of habits and I get the same thing everytime. Without doubt the best lasagne in London. Amazing owners and staff. But everything they serve is amazing!!!!

Popped in for a coffee and saw some lovely looking sandwiches on display. Ordered a sandwich and was extremely pleased with it, really fresh and very tasty indeed! Will definitely visit again. The shop was clean and staff were friendly. Well worth a visit if you are in the area and fancy a quick bite to eat.

Nov 2020 I recommend the beef lasagna. it is very creamy and rich. The hits of chilli oil is suitable.

Tasty with lots of options like home made meals and tasty sandwich's. Tables outside and inside but costs a bit more if you sit. Staff friendly.

What a gem. Extremely friendly and authentic Italian food. Its a deli, so you wouldnt necesserity stay all that long, but you could as the hosts are so welcoming. Very well priced and good quality. There is outside seating. A very fine place to stop for lunch, or to visit, if you are near by at the Abbey road zebra crossing, only a few minutes down the same road. I stopped by quite randomly, but have been looking for an excuse to go back ever since.

i thought let me stop in this place for lunch , as i was working close by , what a mistake and waste of time , as soon as i walked in there this untrained unproffessional woman pointed her finger at me and said "you?" i had to reply " my name is not you " then she said " what" and i said " i said my name is not you " to which she turned red and looked down at the floor , i personally dont think you can be any less educated than that , then the guy next to her said "can i help?" but after looking down at the severley over cooked pasta and bad untrained service i thought no,and especially after i saw a fly land on the food i went next door which had 10 times better service and food, the place needs better food quality and real proffessional trained staff or soon it will shut down!

I love Bruno's Deli. ... been coming here for years and I love intruducing friends to thus place. The selection of sandwich's are great and you can choose to add other fillings which I always do. The pasta dishes are yummy to. Love the vegetable Lasagna. In the summer you can get some amazing Italian Ice cream you could ever find around. The white/chocolate desert is to die for. Honestly coming here is a treat and the price is just right. Love the staff although I miss the Lady I think her name was Lisa, she had an amazing customer service and done my food to perfection. Abbey Road would be nothing with out you Bruno.

If you like a range of pasta, risotto with meatballs or spicy chicken, or ciabatta sandwiches with prosciutto, chicken escalope followed by indulgent Italian cakes then this might be just the place for which you are looking. Bruno, the Portugeuse proprietor, oversees with cheerful liveliness and they serve coffee about which Starbucks, Costa et al can only dream. Inexpensive, no frills but very popular, this is an above average local lunchtime eatirie. Do beware of the extraordinary mob of huge american teenagers that descend on the place from their local school at about 12.45. They are loud, pushy and can, on occasion, devour most of the available food.

Best Italian food hot pasta and meat dishes cooked fresh daily. plus big selection of freshly made panini's very reasonable prices. Good coffee and family run atmosphere. 10/10.

I visited this restaurant three times last time. The food is excellent but the third visit in December was extremely disappointing regarding seating and toilet facilities. The inside of the restaurant was almost empty but the waiter would not let us go in there. I feel the cold and also do not want the noise of the station's tannoy sound system, for train times etc., going off while trying to talk. Ok if you want a quick meal but we wanted to enjoy some time there. The worst thing was the fact they have now closed their toilets to use for storage. The station toilet is quite a walk away and I believe there is a charge. Shame because food is very tasty but will not be returning. Very sad about it.

Excellent local deli serving superb Italian food including pizza

I recently located office to Abbey Road and struggled to find a good everyday lunch spot. Bruno's in by far the best deli/café in this area. Big selection, tasty, good value and quick service - not always with a smile but who's there to make friends.

This isn't the first time I've received poor service in this deli, so I felt compelled to write this review. They couldn't be less interested in my customer when I arrived this latest time. With barely a grunt the lady took my order and it seemed I was disturbing her by doing so. So she heats my order in the microwave takes payment and the proceeds to drop the food on the floor when collecting from the microwave. That's what you get with a terrible attitude. They replaced my order with something else as they'd run out of my original order and basically semi-heated it and all but ushered me out the door. Safe to say I won't be bothering them with my customer any longer.

Consistently delicious food. Pastas are great to takeaway and the ciabattas are the best anywhere. And for £4. Nowhere in the area can compete.

I love this place with a passion, I have been going here for many years. It is a small eatery, which there is seating area inside and out, You can choose to buy ingredients and cook in your home or select one of the many dishes served over the counter. The toasted sandwiches are so filling there is a variety to select or you can get them to make a sandwich of your choice however I can highly recommend 1. Mozzarella, Tomato, Bazil and I asks for Roasted veg, Pesto, Onion and a touch of chilli sauce to be added to it. (No Sandwich has every tasted so good) I also love the Pasta dishes you have four to choose from which are veg and meat, there is also four Lasagna you can choose such as the Vegetable lasagna mmmmmmmmm bellissimo. My friend loves the meat lasagna and is willing to travel from East Acton to get this meal, thats how good the food tastes. You can also have dinner there although ive not tried any of the dishes yet, I would assume its as nice as everything else. Not forgetting desseet every day they have something to sweet your soul, when you are feeling for something so naughtily delicious I would suggest you get self some of the white and milk chocolate profiteroles to end your evening nicely.(That's if there is any left by the evening that is)

My partner and I love this place for a nice lunch time panini... (We aren't talking about the rubbish you get in a coffee shop) it is real traditional Italian food and seriously wonderful. Very cheap and there is such an atmosphere there too. You can choose to eat in or take away, with a wonderful selection of pasta dishes, meats, sandwiches ... Make sure you try this place! Don't let the lack of reviews on this page turn you away!

Brunos serves pizza on Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings. It is the best and very well priced. The pizzas are very generous is size. I love their Italian drinks. They make excellent drinks and have other Italian dishes. I so much believe in frequenting local places and Brunos is an institution on Abbey Road.

This is a fantastic Italian deli on Abbey Road. The owners Bruno & Hugo are great fun and clearly have a strong loyal following. The number 4 with chilli oil is definitely great sandwich but pasta or pizza is also good. They definitely focus more on lunch trade and evenings is more fresh homemade pizza and only Thursday, Friday and Sat but certainly worth a visit. Opposite a great pub also ( The salt House )Enjoy :)

I have been eating here for so many years. Food is simply the best and the staff are really friendly, Bruno is just hilarious, he's always singing really loud. I am there every few weeks. My kids also love the Pasta so I end up doing a take away for them. I am on my way there now with a friend.

This is a convenient stop for take-out sandwiches for a picnic. The place itself is more like a convenience store, but the pizza are really great!! The prices are quite reasonable. Service is quick and very friendly. We liked the attention to cleanliness and care with the gloves. The food is pretty good. Love their large spicy pizzas and their Penne with vodka sauce. Not very big on variety but yummy food. Very personable and friendly services. A bit small and crowded so expect to wait a bit to take your order due to local popularity. Very recommended place to everyone.

Had an excellent meal of pasta, lasagne and grilled veg between us. Upon arrival the food did not look overly impressive on display but once plated was nicely presented and very tasty. The dessert was also great and the coffee did disappoint. Very reasonably priced for the quality food we received. Service was a tiny bit slow at moments but only because the same guy was doing everything, but nothing too bad and given he was friendly and served good food with pride was easy to overlook the odd delay. Worth trying if in neighbourhood. Looked like mostly local regular customers. Good if you fancy something different to usual chain / pub food.

I moved to this area just one month ago, but I already "fall in love" with this small coffee shop. I'm always looking for good quality coffee and friendly staff - I find that. Latte is amazing, stuff is always smiling and never forget to ask "how was your day?", Ciabattas are not expensve and lazania is great.

A truly authentic italian Deli, with excellent food at an excellent price. We often have lunch here. The food is home cooked on the premises with a wide variety. It's one of London's best kept secrets and I sure hope it remains that way.
