Food took an absolute age to arrive and it was not that busy. Good selection of beers.

Went in for the England game, table was pre booked, it wasn't busy, screen wasn't very big and the sound system couldn't be heard over people talking. Other than that the food was good, the beer was good and the service couldn't be faulted. Will go in again but probably not for the football.

Great place for quality craft beer and more. Wide range of drinks including cocktails and spirits. Alcohol free options too. Always dog friendly.

Bunch of crooks who don't pay their staff properly

Wings Wednesday was awesome - all of us suffering from the meat sweats and protein overdoses. Service was great too!

The food is always good, drink selection is amazing and our server, Danny, was incredibly helpful and attentive.

As with previous visits to Brewdog for food and drinks My Wife and I were made to feel very welcomed however the staff were on the ball from arrival especially with our dog Fergus. He was served first water and cuddles from the staff. Food as always quick well presented and cooked well. All staff very pleasant and attentive without being over the top. Until the next time

Lovely table by the window with a view towards Usher Hall. Beer was good, lots of choice. Food was well presented and tasty, however, it got cold very quickly due to being served on a trendy tin tray instead of a heated plate, plus passing by the cold draft coming in through the open doors on its way from the distant kitchen. We relayed this to the staff member who eventually asked how our meal was, but she didn't listen, as she was practically walking away as soon as she'd asked the questeion. We also told the staff member clearing at the end, but he was also fairly uninterested.

Solid pub good atmosphere friendly staff. Recommended although didn't taste the food.

Went here to use the coworking option which is a nice change up. However because there's an open WiFi network I have to hotspot off my phone's data. If they could let coworking customers use the other wifi available that would make it a whole lot more usable for coworking.

I'm a long time brewdog fan, beer is always hood but but just under £6 for less than 20chips is ridiculous

Temple of seitan wings… absolute case of expectation vs reality. Next time ill stay home and just eat pure salt.

I dont like to leave negative reviews but I was really disappointed with the food. In the day and age were living in now value for money I believe is really important to any experience. And the food was really poor for the value to the price paid. We ordered the (share) chicken wings at £15.95 and there was only 7 chicken wings on the large metal tray, compared to the brewdog experience I've had in the st andrews branch the tray was overflowing with chicken wings. My wife ordered a burger and fries and I think you were lucky if there was 10 skinny fries. Just really poor value compared to the prices charged. If your looking for excellent food for value for money go to bucks bar across the road, As its out of this world !!

Does what it does well. Service decent. Typical Brewdog range of beers. No longer adventurous. The two guests were lovely. Nice also to see a good nod to St. Patrick!

We did complain about the size of the fries order and initial server in our opinion didn’t deal with it well at all. Second server and manager did however so all good.

The service was absolutely great and the beer very good! The servers were really friendly and always paying attention if you needed something. 10/10 would reccomend

Performed in the back room for Edinburgh fringe, amazing venue, great food, and the staff will let you have free samples of beer before buying a pint which I appreciated!

The whole experience was great, as soon as we came Jamie greeted us and took us to the table and gave us great service. Whilst waiting for the food the bar has board games such as connect 4, cards against humanity and chess. And along with that the food was exceptional and very cheap!

Brewdog is always a good place to go to, specially in the winter cold. The variety of beers is always a treat and their finger food is also pretty solid. A great place to meet colleagues and spend an evening.

The offer seems worthwhile, but it's an absurd lie. We waited with my family for almost an hour to receive the first order, even though we included food from the menu for our daughter. What a terrible service.

Love this BrewDog! Staff are really lovely, down to earth and friendly. Food is fantastic and there are plenty of gluten free options. And drinks of course are lovely A great place to chill with friends or have large groups I recommend the cauliflower!!

Visited brewdog at 3pm on Friday after the new year, so It was unusually quiet but that suited us. I was delighted to have booked a comfy booth and be allowed my dog in. The staff were super friendly and the beer great! Food was okay. Felt it was a bit over fried. The batter was quite hard and it took a long time to prepare but overall enjoyed our visit.

The food is poor value for money! Add chips for £3.50 - and get a small enamel mug of admittedly tasty chips which wouldn't fill a hole in your teeth! Their flagship Punk IPA £6.25 a pint is also shocking, you can get it cheaper almost everywhere else.

Knowing Brewdog mainly for their craft beer, I was extremely surprised at their food offerings and the size of their bar on Lothian Road. It's kitted out with a solid industrial feel with loads of seating on ground level, upstairs and outside. Their burgers were delicious - we tried the Patriot with smoked bacon and cheese and the Jackpot with chorizo, black pudding and blue cheese. You can order a gravy for burger dipping delight but I would give this a skip as the gravy was merely a stock cube in some water! Terribly thin and watery and bland! Defo not the 'awesome real beefy gravy' as described on their menu. The Korean BBQ with sriracha dip had a definite kick to it but very finger licking. The Mac n Cheese was possibly the biggest disappointment as it was mac n bacon bits with no cheese. It too was bland, and a lot sad! However, beers, gins and rum was excellent as was the service. I'd defo dine here again, but only order burgers and beers!

I come here regularly as we book the private events space every two weeks. It’s a brilliant BrewDog pub! Staff here are lovely, friendly, attentive and helpful. Food is tasty (if not slightly inconsistent). And the atmosphere/ set up is as good if you’re on your own for dinner or you’re in a big group!

Still an excellent spacious bar and great table service. Just a shame that the kitchen is so small so only does the Brewdog burger menu. Not been as impressed by the post lockdown staff as much as those that used to run this place. A lot of the friendliness has gone. Recent price hikes on the food menu are a bit steep too. I still go back but not as regularly as before

There's not much to say about Brewdog, as it is a very well-known brand for its quality products. The food was good, and the staff was very attentive. The prices for the burgers are on the higher side for pub food, and the main issue is that the chips are served separately. Definitely recommended as a place to visit.

Food was very good , I went for wings Wednesday and it’s supposed to be bottomless wings , I ended up leaving the place starving because it take 45- 1 hour per plate of 5 chicken wings so I gave up after 2 hours , it’s a pity as the wings where very good

I had a disappointing experience at this pub. Despite requesting normal BBQ sauce on our chicken wings, they arrived excessively spicy with cajun spice on it. When I addressed the issue with the waiter, he denied the spiciness multiple times and claimed it was just a bit of flavor. Additionally, he falsely insisted that the kitchen only had BBQ sauce with cajun spice. Moreover, this spiciness was not even clearly marked on the menu anywhere next to the wings shared plate. No adjustments were made to resolve that, and when our burgers arrived with the correct (not spiced) BBQ sauce, it became evident that he had previously lied on that. The unprofessional service, coupled with overpriced and stomachache-inducing food, makes me hesitant to return. I advise you not eating there. Moreover, fries were to be paid as an extra to the burger and were literally a total of 10 skinny fries counted in a very very small cup. We had buffalo chicken burgers The patriots And chicken wings (share plate) with onion rings

Brilliant pub, lovely staff, great beer!

Daniele (the Italian with the great tan) was a great server and went above and beyond to make our experience memorable! Even after a blunder with our food, he made sure to make it right.

£18.25 is above the average price for a burger and chips in a pub, the quality was shocking. The batter on the chicken was grey, there was barely any meat inside, mostly just tough skin. No way I'll be back.

Good and drinks nice food, delivered coffee with no spoon or sugar, managed to find some , but it sounds like coffee is not a popular request here. Very nice place and atmosphere.

Staff were friendly and beer and food were really nice but after our order was taken I think the order was either mislaid or not passed on. One member of the party did not get their drink for around 15 minutes and we had to ask about it. After around half an hour we also had to ask about food as we were going to a gig across the road at Usher Hall, and it felt like it was only at that point that the order was given to the kitchen. We ended up eating our food in a bit of a hurry.

Food was good but not great. The staff was very attentive, though I have to say that the bar/restaurant was empty when I got there in the afternoon. Beers were enjoyable. Like it here.

Normally am a big fan of BrewDog but was pretty disappointed today. The service was great but value for money was lacking. Went for a plant based chicken style burger with avacado, red onion, cajun mayo and coriander. The burgers are pretty small and considering you pay extra for fries/any other sides, you are really paying £15 for a small burger. Fine if it's good but mine today had ONE very minimal piece of avacado, a few measley bits of red onion and a very small amount of coriander. I don't know if they were running out of ingredients but it was pretty pathetic and definitely not worth £15. 2 small burgers, a few sides, 2 nanny state beers, a kids meal and an apple juice was over £50 and that includes an Equity forPunks discount.

Friendly welcome and great service. Fine for a quick pitstop or group catch-up. Music was just the right background level and the venue was warm. Food filling and beers tasty.

Food was great selection of beer is great, staff awareness of things they do was sparse. On 3 separate visits in the space of a week I was told several different things relating to the same topic. I asked whether they do growlers and was told they did so I went back the following day to get a growler and have it filled with a beer to take home, was told they could only sell me the bottle and no alcohol after 10 due to Scottish licensing which being English I wasn’t aware of this. So I’ve come back less than a week later to now be told they don’t sell growlers. The manager said last week they did and then the assistant manager today said they don’t, they need to get their facts right before saying one thing. Staff were just wondering about aimlessly and not attending to empty plates and glasses on our table. I ordered a drink on the QR code and didn’t exactly turn up quick considering 3 staff behind bar and 1 customer at the bar. Appalling, won’t be back to this particular BrewDog again

Nice big Brewdog pub on Lothian Road, near the city centre. Very good variety of beers, well mannered staff, only downside: the price, £6.25 for a pint is expensive, especially if on a night out with friends. Overall, it's a nice place.

Staff are very helpful. The beers were offered for tasting and the food was quick and perfectly hit the spot. I had chicken loaded fries and the boys had burgers which they loved.

Group of 4 of us came in at lunchtime on 6/4/22. Place wasn’t busy, made order and after 30 minutes asked how long it would be, was told 10 minutes, waited another 10 minutes and was told tour orders still weren’t ready. My colleagues had to go back to work so I waited behind to have the food as takeaway. Was offered a 20% discount but really should have been 50% or free. Also, while we were waiting people came in after us and got their orders before us.

Had a few issues with food, but our server Emma was more than accommodating and made our experience very pleasurable! Great staff.

Beer is brilliant and on brand, you know exactly what to expect and it doesn't disappoint. Best of all you had a selection of ales on tap that you couldn't normally get which means time to settle in and get some food to go with it. Lucky enough to have an amazing chorizo and black pudding burger which was mouth-wateringly good.

Terrible experience arriving here at 9pm as a group. Took a seat and was told we can just come in and sit down!!all we wanted was drinks but told person was away to finish shift so no one was able to serve us! Honestly could not believe this. The group I was with works for a company where good service was valued! Manager sent staff over to tell us that Zero leadership/ownership! Fair to say no one in the group will return! Walked across road and got exactly what we wanted!

We only came into this bar for a swift drink, food was great.. the ale was great, but one person stood out from the rest and I believe she was running as manager for this bar? She has great knowledge and very thoughtful towards the public. Definitely back in here when passing through

Popped in while walking past on a little trip to Edinburgh. Had two kids with us three adults but they’re fine with that before what I seem to remember was 8PM. The atmosphere, the staff and the drinks were all absolutely excellent. Very happy we stopped!

We got given a really nice seat! Comfy little booth up the back. The day was going quite well but then our food took ages to come after we ordered it and it wasn’t even that busy. We all know hospitality isn’t the most glamorous or enjoyable of roles sometimes but the waitress made it very obvious she didn’t want to be here. While this does not change the food, it certainly has an effect on the experience. The food didn’t need a moody waitress to be ruined, it was already quite disappointing, especially for the prices they are charging. Very overpriced for very average quality. This will probably get a reply from someone who works there saying the usual “sorry you are disappointed bla bla bla…we pride ourselves in using the best ingredients bla bla bla” well whoever told you those ingredients are the best, they are trolling you, your food is average at best.

Having recently got a dog, we needed somewhere dog friendly to take our daughter for dinner after driving 7 hours from the Midlands with her belongings. We were originally going to go to another pub but they didn't have space so we took a chance and turned up at Brewdog without a reservation. Even though it was very busy, the staff were incredibly welcoming, and found us a table upstairs in a booth, where Alea (our dog) could tuck herself away under the table. We'd only had her two weeks, and she'd never been anywhere that busy before, but she settled down and was quite happy. My wife and I had the Cluck Norris and Buffalo Chicken burgers and they were some of the best chicken burgers we've ever had - delicious! Our daughter is vegan and had the Clucky This Time burger and loved that too. On the drinks, I have to give a special mention for the Jet Black stout - one of the nicest pints I've had. Rich, dark, smooth - just perfect! The decor is great, and our booth even had power sockets in the end of the benches where you could plug in and charge your phoe or laptop. Overall, absolutely brilliant and well worth a visit - thanks Brewdog!

The bar team couldn't have been more helpful, tasters and advice galore (mind the mulled cider, it is an taste that needs to be acquired). Like all BrewDogs not cheap, but you do get what you pay for.

Stopped in for dinner while touring Edinburgh. Lively atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. We ordered burgers and Mac and cheese. All were really good. Waiter gave wonderful beer suggestion. Very nice place for a drink and bite to eat.
