Worst taste and bad smell in food, order wraps and chicken bites 🤮🤢

Do not order from this company as I called them because they missed some items from my order and for 2 days kept making excuses and earlier today they said they would 100% deliver my order by 6pm, it is now 6:20 pm and they are ignoring all of my calls I called them 7 times and usually they answer each time but now they are ignoring me as they don’t want to refund my order or send it over here don’t order from this place please if I could give less than 1 star I would.

Stay well clear! Food came 2 and half hours late and was really cold. Rang them straight away and was told would get a refund the next day. Didn't get a refund at all and the so called manager there is useless! Told me he couldn't do it and so many lies was said by him. Nothing but liars and scammers! Stay well away!!

Deals are amazing and value for money is good and food tastes delicious. Absolutely recommended.

I recently ordered the "must-try" Grillo Rice Box from BRRGRR Leicester, and I have to say, it was an utter disappointment. The dish was heavily marketed and looked fantastic in the pictures, but what arrived was far from satisfactory and that too in a burger box (pictures attached of what was promised and that delivered). Even though I got it on a buy one, get one free deal, I still feel conned - if I had paid the full price, I would have been furious. First off, the rice was stale, making the entire meal feel like it had been sitting out for hours before it reached me. The chicken although fresh was dry and lacked any sauce, despite specifically requesting both lemon and herb sauce and medium spice sauce. Without the sauce, the chicken was bland and nearly flavourless. At £9.99, this portion is not just overpriced, it’s a rip-off. The serving size was meager, and it left me feeling like I’d wasted my money. To make matters worse, you can get a far better rice box at Amigos on London Road for only £6, and that comes with a larger portion of rice, chicken and a drink! Overall, BRRGRR needs to seriously reconsider their portion sizes, quality, and pricing. The least they can do is market the product for what they are and not a picture far from reality. Based on this experience, I won’t be ordering from them again.

Food was good but customer service was rubbish... 1 girl doing everything can't handle the work ... messed up all orders despite repeating several times ... in the end had to pay more for the things she forgot to add to the menu ...... disappointed much 😞

I recently tried a burger at a local spot, and it was fantastic. The patty was juicy and well-seasoned, paired perfectly with fresh soft yet held everything together nicely. The melted cheese and tangy sauce added great flavor. Despite being a bit messy, the overall taste and quality were excellent. Highly recommended for any burger lover!

Good chips, disappointing burger. For £13 I expected more. The burger was good quality but when I saw the size of the box I anticipated a burger that would fill me and what I actually got was a light snack. Had it not been for the decent portion of fries I'd have felt very hungry. Fries were lovely and crisp. At the end of the day, it's a better option than McDonald's but you could get two of their meals for one of these which gives them a bit of an edge.

Chirag served us and he was so sweet! He took extra care to wrap my milkshakes for takeout and was incredibly nice. The atmosphere is also cool. We ordered rice box and 2 milkshakes which were served fairly quickly. Will be coming back!

Great food. Great deals during happy hour and Tuesdays. Vibhu proceed great service to all. We are regulars now. Grilled Chicken wrap is now the fav :) with the signature sauce

Work nearby and wanted to try somewhere new for lunch as there isn’t a whole lot of choice on this side of Melton Road. I was pleasantly surprised, the burger tasted great and the fries were more than the basic fries you would get at other burger joints. Their 2 for 1 offers are really good too. Would try this place again and try out their different burgers.

Dipped burger was terrible. Ordered the spicy one and it came out brown 🤢 also, spicy dipped burger was super tangy. Have tried loads of burgers and dipped burgers and honest truth this had to be the worst burger I’ve ever eaten in my life. Stingy with tissues to wipe our hands. Gave 1 tissue each for whole meal and also to wipe our hands after with no options to wash hands. Loaded fries was also terrible and for £6 something would expect better. Honestly would never go again, would never recommend it to any friends or family. Avoid at all cost

This place is absolutely ridiculous I was called a liar when I told them my food wasn’t delivered and I argued with the lady and she said they called 15/20 times and the driver knocked the door and waiting half hour, so when I told her this wasn’t true I haven’t had any calls or knocks on my door she said she’ll send a different driver with a fresh order but the driver was the same and he was told hes not allowed to knock the door as it late so she lied when she told me he knocked and he said he called and when he came for apparently the second time I asked him to show the call and he didn’t have it so I asked him to call it and my phone rang so another lie they never called and the food was the first order which was now stone cold when I was told it was going to be made fresh so I rang again and told them this isn’t fresh it’s the same food as before but she wasn’t having none of it after 3 hours of waiting and still no apology but agreed to send another so called fresh order which wasn’t for the 3rd time DONT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE

Amazing burger the classic clucker and they have a very good deal of buy one get one everyday the front lady vibhu told me about offers and recommended the burger.

Burgers were good but the service provided by vibhu was exceptionally good. I have not seen such a fab service anywhere.

Wow, 10/10 and mouthwatering!!!! I didn't get my drink "7 up." I guess they forgot to put it into the bag. But it's cool. Also, the girl with the red hair is stunning! Forgot to ask her name LOL.

Firstly very great service from Vibhu who was very pleasant and was happy to help and explained everything in details and even took the time out to explain the reward system and the food was very good and tasty would highly recommend the beef New Yorker burger and their portion sizes are very good and very filling would highly recommend a visit.

Ordered food at 2am for delivery at 2:40am. It arrived at 5am. The fold was cold and not as described, so was inedible. Very expensive and small portions. Requested a refund and was basically told "sorry your food was late". I can understand a delay if they're busy, but this is unreasonable.

I'm used to ordering from this restaurant and everything is always fine. However, this time, part of my order was missing, and when I called the restaurant to ask them when the rest of my order was going to be delivered, they hung up on me. The food is nice but the customer service not so much

An extremely fabulous burger shop in Leicester…with the best customer service…one of the best burgers I’ve ever eaten. Their tast and concept is very different!! Little bit expensive but totally worth the money and way better than KFC. Must give it a try especially their beef and mac n cheese burgers are out of the word!!

My experience having this Brrgrr…… was just fantastic, very juicy, tender chicken and amazing sauces. I would highly recommend if you are looking for some spicy food. Love the ambiance and service provided by staff Chirag Prajapati , he is very friendly and knowledgeable. Help us to choose the best among there. Loved it. Highly recommend to all.

If you are willing to wait an hour and still have no food go right ahead. Called the restaurant after 45 minutes said its ready but waiting for the delivery driver so another caution. Expect your food to be cold when you recieve it as 20 minutes later after calling still nothing and had to cancel the order and order from somewhere else. Looking at other reviews. This is a regular problem. So dont order delivery from this place. Maybe try it in store but definately do not order from there as you may not even get your food
