The service was good, however i was celebrating my birthday and i ordered the stake, twice it came back undercooked, I sent it back twice

Absolutely amazing service! Mateo looked after us and put up with our funny little requests. I would highly recommend Brown's, an amazing team, wonderful food and the bottomless brunch was very abundant! We were a rambunctious table and probably a source of amusement for the team!

Waited almost an hour to be served. Meals were small, cold and tasteless. Risotto looked like a child’s portion, chicken and leek pie looked impressive with puffed pastry, but underneath barely any filling. Miserable staff, no welcoming. Won’t go back

Most amazing place to be , very friendly bartender Vlad. Also Momo one of the most professional bartenders ever. I was served by Mateo best waiter in the area.

We booked for brunch but got held up in traffic so stayed for lunch. Kyle was very friendly and attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Picture taking, bringing multiple drinks, etc. Thank you so much Kyle for looking after us so well!

Family meal before watching a play at the next-door Noel Coward Theatre. Perfect location for pre- theatre meal. Excellent, friendly service. Good quality food, reasonable prices ( considering the area where you can get poor food at stupid prices). Surprisingly large inside. Attractive large bar for drinks only if required. Good clean toilets too. Recommended.

Called in here for a drink and it didn’t live up to what Browns normally delivers Bartender was uninterested. They didn’t have the wine we wanted and his only suggestion when being pushed for an alternative was one significantly more expensive. He also made cocktails reading the drinks menu A shame as I like the Browns concept but not one of their better venues.

Amazing service, very friendly staff and top quality food and in such a gorgeous setting. We were made to feel very warm and comfortable. Mehran was an attentive server and I'd recommend an afternoon here to any group/party. You won't be disappointed. Thank you Mehran x
