Brotton Chippy in Redcar and Cleveland

Proper Yorkshire fish and chips from the lovely North Riding village of Brotton in the Cleveland district of Yorkshire. Highly recommended

Husband heard about this place via Skelton group on Facebook.It's great.Food fresh, reasonably priced and the staff as well as the local community are very friendly. Nothing is too much trouble.Chips fresh, fish large and our dogs love the sausages.Only negative is the parking. I'm just grateful I don't have to live there.

About time brotton finally had a chippy again and this one Is one of the best about. Keep up the good work.

just being taken over and renamed Jackson Street Fish and Chips, Every Cod they sell is responsibly sourced, caught on MSC certified vessels, a great choice of meal from lite bites to full fish and chips, friendly staff

Fish & Chips are not my favourite "fast food" but my opinion has changed dramatically since I tried these. Excellent isn't nearly good enough! Deliciously crisp light batter, wonderful white Cod, gorgeous chips. My only moan, why no Haddock?

Decidimos coger una cena de pescado &chip hoy y dar esta "fish and chips" una prueba. Nuestra orden osciló de patatas, pescado, pescado, guisantes, curry y salchichas.Mientras todo fresco y donde caliente, el pescado era 'con precaución' en el microondas, sin embargo era aparentemente muy sabroso, pero mi pescado era gris (ver fotos) y aguadas. Las patatas fritas, salchichas guisantes, etc. donde sólo está bien, aunque pueden volver con algunas mejoras.

Este lugar es el mejor fish and chips" en la zona un poco difícil de encontrar y bastante irregular horario de apertura es negativa" pero incluso si tienes que volver cuando está abierta que merece la pena por la calidad y sabor de la comida---disfrutar

Best Fish and Chips ever! Restaurant quality food from a takeaway. Unbelievable. Would defo recommend this little treasure if you're travelling around the Saltburn area. Beats any other chippy hands down.
