Took my friends here as a surprise gift. Rooms very outdated and hotel freezing cold. Asked to be move somewhere warmer was told the heating on timer and everywhere is cold. We were the only people in there. Lady on reception looked cold was left to do afternoon tea as well. Couldn’t wait to leave don’t go here. Outdated, cold not enjoyably

So a double bed is actually two beds pushed together, wall paper is peeling off of the walls in a few places it looks like there's blood staining on another wall all of this without looking for issues or trying to be awkward or anything it's just how it is within 5 minutes of entering a room. This isn't a 4* hotel....

Afternoon tea with my parents . On arrival place is ran down garden area needs tidying up looks like gardener has give up . Staff very nice and accommodating. The hotel was in need of modernising urgently , afternoon tea sandwiches was ok cakes were very poor shop bought ones and basic cost ones . Staff all so polite Shame the place used to be years a ago very good

Charged more for an item than was advertised and when I challenged this was told that prices have risen and they have not got around to updating the software on the digital displays. Didn’t seem to be a problem ringing it through the till though was it? Perhaps you should change your displays first before implementing a price rise rather than antagonising your customers. Very unprofessional.

83 High St, Coleshill, Birmingham B46 3AG, United KingdomAbsolutely disgusting get ur order wrong and when u say u want ur meal replaced because it’s missing items and u don’t want to wait 30mins for main part of ur dinner to show up they start to get angry … so they request the whole meal be returned… not unreasonable but hey this is a Chinese place I bet one of you got my old Chow Mein after I sent mine back … the chicken balls I was sent back was undercooked and soggy batter inside .. and the chow Mein the chicken was hard in it.. don’t know how but it was revolting 🤮 and they missed out my curry sauce this time around! 😂🤣didn’t bother phoning again binned the lot and cooked food . I will never eat from here again it’s been declining for months now this is the last straw TOP QUALITY CHINESE IS WOK N ROLL.. only issue it’s busy and takes a while also quite pricey

Lichfield RoadWe stayed at The Belfry as a last minute break. Our second night we had dinner at Roccas it was awful!!!!! Overcooked pasta which was just a plate of mush, and the worst kids pizza I’ve ever seen. Dry no topping. Ryder Grill is far better, amazing food friendly staff.
