It said it was open at 4 am but it is closed made me come out of my way just for it too be closed failed customer service

Ordered the mix for two late night. Eat in. Food ready in 10 minutes. Good portion size for two people. Burgers were delicious. Fries and sauce amazing. Chicken strips were tender and tasty. Cheese balls and mozzarella sticks were as expected. Overall, a really nice place for a late night bite.

I ordered by delivery which was late and never came I called and the person on the phone was quite rude I understand you were busy but all I wanted was a time of delivery but was hanged up on and never received anything after.

Ordered this from Uber eats, The ‘Brogrz trap’ boxes are misleading as they show two drinks and two burgers in the box in the photo but you only get one. Yes the description says “any burger” and not “burger’s” but it’s clear of the intent there… I highly doubt I’m the only one, others have definitely fallen victim to that trick. Really disappointed me as the price (£18.25 on Uber) didn’t really reflect the quantity at all. There was no complimentary dips at all which is a shame especially when spending £20 on food… (not including delivery) believe it or not customers notice these little things and most fast food shops do this… but at least there’s the option to buy dips which are cheap at 30p (on Uber) so thankfully I ordered one of each just incase. Other than those things, the food was top tier I’ll be honest. Tasty, hot and juicy, I have no complaints to the Quality of the food. If it wasn’t for the trick with the trap boxes & the stinginess with the dips I’d have given 5 stars easy.

Ordered food to our hotel room but the delivery driver didn’t deliver the food

Food was genuinely very good, Chips came in a bag though that made them soggy, easy to address. But all in all the food was very tasty, just eat deliveries let the side down, over a hour past estimated delivery time, no reflection on the restaurant’s food.

Ordered at 3am as was staying at a hotel, order was late so called up and the said your order will be delivered next so after 30mins called again and was told the same thing, my order was delivered to me at 6am and when I asked the driver he said the gave him 4 deliveries that were all over Birmingham, if the the management didn’t make stupid rules for the driver plus add more drivers to the restaurant I would have had my food in 30mins never ordering again from this place, had to reheat it…

I have not got my food and the store won’t answer the phone

The brogz mix trap box was really nice and very warm. The beef and chicken burger were delicious and warm. The food was delivered early which I am happy about . Thanks . Thank you for the free drink . I will order from here again soon.

Have called plenty of times. Always mess up the order even after writing in notes still cannot follow simple instructions. Call them before they make order yet they still forget to give what they offer. Always something missing or food late or food cold. Have given plenty chances but just the same issue. Disappointed order every week

the burgers was like ice it was uncooked and unedible had to throw it away the fries was cooked but cold, the soft drinks was warmer than the food.

my food was cold and had a expected delivery time, but came nearly a hour later . its ashame because I enjoy the food from here there's no other place like it. but for the price I pay I'm expecting hot on time food and would like the order reissued for free as a good will gesture.

Bearing in mind, 15 mins is based off the latest possible time it could arrive 4.45 most restaurants come punctual to the shortest estimation time...

I ordered my food around 3:50, came after 4:50, I rang many times and the worker kept declining my call. He spoke rudely to me, he had no manners no ethics no moral values. On the app it had stated my order was with me yet I didn’t have my food with me, and so when I called the worker kelts saying it will be with me in 15 mins I waited outside and yet still it wasn’t.

Burger isn't big enough for the price and chips was delicious and so was the Burger but it was too small.

Ordered on the phone for pickup , after collecting my phone they had missed a burger , gave the wrong wings and also gave an incorrect burger , gave it back to then and they corrrcted but it was all cold , would not recommend terrible customer service overpriced food

The food was amazing. Had an amazing chicken burger with added hash brown and egg and it was tasty. However we clicked and collected. We had a 15 minute wait. He almost missed the main order but lucky we realized and had to wait an additional 10 minutes. A shame there was just 1 guy working. It would’ve made it easier if there was someone working with him.

Very bad service . Staff is so rude. I wait around 1 hour to get my order. They do not give deliveries to uber riders one of the guy was waiting to get the delivery firstly they told him to wait and after 25-30 minutes they told him to cancel the delivery because i do not know who long it gonna takes to make this order. Poor service

Bubble tea all tasted watered down and awful I’ve had bubble tea from so many other places and this is really bad quality bubble tea. I will not order again my delivery was also late, I was called at just after 3pm to say they have no driver available when the delivery time was for 3pm! It finally arrived around 35 minutes late. This place was a major letdown. The food tasted like it had been sitting around for days, lacking any hint of flavour or freshness. I've had more satisfying meals from frozen dinners. The delivery took an eternity, making me question if they were delivering my order from a different city. Overall, it was a regrettable experience that I wouldn't wish upon anyone. Save yourself the disappointment and find a better place to satisfy your cravings.

Astaghfrulillah. Firstly the delivery times an absolute mess - waited 2 hours for some uncooked, unseasoned, gloopy cheesy chips and a hot dog that was cremated. We had a mouthful of the chips they were so cold and the cheese thickened with the coldness the rasher was raw as and the burger was absolute rubber, straight after I had a few bites the burps were actually vile & I felt unwell the whole day/night and through the next day I had to drink 7UP all day. This turdy place got me so unwell it’s unreal. Inshallah you get closed down or someone comes to check on your hygiene/staff & how you’ve kept the products you serve! Expensive dirty cheap ar$e food y’all be selling 🤢🤢🤢🤢

It was a nice burger however small portion. Defo needs to be cheaper, by all means can charge that much if the chicken burger was bigger. Had mine all in like 3 bites.

Awful across the board. The food was inedible and cold. Waited over 2 hours for a basic burger meal and munch box. The cheese on the loaded fries in the munch box had congealed together, mozerlla sticks where cold and greasy, jalapeño poppers where undercooked as where the onion rings.fries for the burger meal where also Stone cold. Only thing that was right was the can of coke, but thats supposed to be cold.Just terrible quality and practice in general. Save your money and avoid.

Well when the food got here over a hour late at 3:35 estimated arrival time was between 2:15 and 2:35 I wasn’t shocked to notice it was cold, I was shocked out how small and burnt the burger was not even 1 star out of 100 never again

The smash burger was lovely lack of fries i waited 25-30mins for my food and the food was just about warm and i was the only customer there however the grilled chicken was a total regret it was not thoroughly cooked a waste of money I believe it was because they kept talking constantly and not focusing on the food also very tight on the sauces i will not return. 3stars from me.

Food was actually horrible. Spent £15 for a beef munch box. I wasn’t expecting much but what I did expect was fresh food and not the whole box to be frozen food. Best thing I had there was my Fanta Fruit twist and even that was lukewarm.

It's quickly become a daily routine. Chilli cheese bites and the wings are amazing. Mohammad Rizwan bhai provides great tasting food and service 👌

Visited Brogrz the day it opened service was brilliant, decor was unique and food was outstanding. A truly wonderful experience. I'll definitely head back for round two, three and four. I had the smash burger with loaded fries absolutely amazing.

Very nice food. Ordered through Uber eats and it came quickly. Went for the Brogrz Beef burger which was delicious, the extra halloumi on top just perfected it, good size burger. The onions rings and fries were cooked well, can’t complain especially when paired with Algerian sauce. The Oreo shake was nice, not too thick or runny which was good. Will definitely be ordering again.
