Brock's Bar & Grill in Rhondda Cynon Taf

Very disappointing hot chocolates. At first we thought the hot chocolates had been made with water and not milk as they were so dark but discovered this was not the case, they were just too strong and still had a good half an inch of chocolate ' sludge' in the bottom of the cups. Sorry Tesco they really were awful

Made a hefty order that included 2 McFlurrys (yes I’m shocked they had them also) Both were filled less than half full with one of them you could actually see the bottom of the container. When questioned on this the manager decided to tell me that the next time I complained to make sure I didn’t eat any (which was obviously not the case!). Her customer service was abysmal and when asked for her name to make a complaint she would not give which said it all. Knew exactly that she was in the wrong.

Great place, shame they don't deliver over the mountain but still always collect a great pizza.

Ordered toasted sub online, the man realised it was meant to be toasted. Takes it to the back where I can see him still and pretends to toast it. I get home to a stone cold soggy sub and they won’t even pick the phone up. Shocking

Ordered a ham cheese panninn complaind one small piece of ham very little cheese pannine was not toested also scrambled egg ( hafe of egg one on each Piece of toest) was not mixed right they don't care when we complaind
